27 Chapter 27 : Eater

After Ace heard the order to engage , he fired at the tide while the rest of range units follow him .

Most of the melee troops were robots and beasts, while most of the range units were Humans or subspecies .

Gerald,Robert,Zero and Ra were the leaders of the melee unit while Ace,Kalan,Perimus and Jiro(Beastman) were the leaders of the range unit .

As they fired at the tide,more and more zombies noticed the food in front of them (Base army - I should name the base),while the grade zero zombies were killed the zombie leader,grade three zombie, was enraged by the resitance. With a Roar he ordered the grade one to attack the humans .

But little did he known ,Alex was near him and with a dash he arrived behind the zombie leader , but he was stopped by ten grade two .

As a grade two, the zombies were stronger than a normal warrior / evolver, but Alex was a Peak Minor Warrior and these grade two were toys for him .Using the energy blast he killed all Grade Two Zombies while the zombie leader was watching it. Feeling threatened the zombie gives a roar which means rush and kill the humans .

When the zombies heard the roar they rushed madly at Gerald unit.When they saw the zombies ,Gerald raised his sword and ordered the troops to follow him .

When the two sides reach each other a bloody(and oily ) battle started.While more and more zombies were killed some of the robots were injured(parts removed ) , but they decided to fight until they are killed or destroyed .

On the other Alex was fighting with the zombie leader.Evading the claws from the Zombie Leader, Alex decided to use CQC on him and with a energy punch he attack the leader.

Seeing the human attack,the leader start using his skill(Acid Spit) which was a unique skill for the grade three and higher grade zombies(every grade they will gain a skill - random) .The Acid reaches Alex power armor , but was stopped by the armor and in the next moment the zombie leader was sent flying by a kick in the face .When the zombie leader touches the ground ,Alex appeared in front of him and with the strongest attack (Energy Blast) he killed the leader .

[Congratulations Host , you killed a Grade Three Zombie ]

[You gained a passive skill . Do you want to see it ? ]

Alex was shocked by the notification , but he decided to study the skill when he is done with tide .

For the next hour , Alex's army killed zombies constantly and finally they successfully destroyed The Eater , but with casualties : Ten humans , three lizard beasts and twenty robots were killed / destroyed in this battle .

After they returned home , they buried the dead(Burn) in a urn inside the ground while the families were reassured by Alex that they would be protected by him and they will live inside the village and they can work normally .

When the night come , Alex decided to sit near a tree and read the new skill .

[Passive Skill : Acid Energy - Your Energy can destroy basic armors and weapons and can deal damage over time ]

For him to reach Major Realm , Alex need to store 10000 energy and that is hard ,because a grade zero gives 0,1 energy, while a rank one gives 0,5 , a rank two gives 1 and a grade three gives 1,5 energy .Alex needs to kill a bunch of zombies if he wants to advance and return home with all of people here .Of course he will ask them if they want to go in a better place.

As Alex was returning to his room, he was stopped by Jiro .

Jiro : Sir , I want to request something from you .

Alex was taken aback by the sudden request , but still managed not to show on his face .

Alex : What request ?

Jiro : I want to go out and search for my people .If you grant me this chance , I will come back with more people for our village .

Alex : I will allow this request , but you must come back alive , do you hear me ?

Jiro was shocked by Alex's worried voice , but he was sure of one thing. For this village , I will survive and bring back people .

??? :Dad, do you have any plans ?

General Miller : No , Jane I don't have any . For a base to be formed , one need to be a good leader or a tyrant , but this base is strange . All of the people inside the base are evolvers , You know what this means ?

Jane : No ?

Miller : If they want to destroy any base in this damn city they can do it.

Ralos City is a capital size city and has a population of more than one hundred fifty four millions people inside and most of them are zombies. The city is divided by four major bases : The army in the West with Miller as a leader , Red Bandits with a ex-Criminal as a leader , Pacifists(Hospital staff , police and normal people) with a Doctor as a leader and finally The Mutants with a Mutant (This isn't an argonian or a bestman . They are mutants .){I have in mind the mutants from Fallout 4}

Jane : But, what if they don't want to do anything .

Miller : I don't think so. Yesterday one of my men reported to me something . The Eater Tide has been destroyed by the village .

Jane : Impossible . This must be fake .

Miller : I fear no . I send one of my drones to the battlefield and I was shocked by what I seen. Most of the zombies were paste while I can confirm some rank two and one rank three .Even us can take a rank three than easily .

Jane : What if they had use some sort of new weapons ?

Miller : Only sword and rifles were used . We need to create a good relation with this base .I want you to go there as an ambassador .

Jane : I will do it .
