22 Chapter 22 : Don't point the gun at my head

Ra had neither emotion nor fear. He waved his sword to instantly kill the incoming zombies. The sharp sword was glistening from the energy and each swing was aimed towards the head of zombies fiercely and accurately. The zombies` head were crushed like watermelons and the dark blood sprayed out.

There were many zombies in this horde , but Alex and Ra were right in front of the horde .

Alex : Ra , let's do a small bet .

Ra : What bet master ?

Alex : We will kill as many zombies as we can before the tide ( horde) reach the house and if you win I will help you evolve . But if I win you will have to train Robert and his sister .

Ra : Ok , master I hope you can go with a lose .

Alex : We will see .

Two shadows landed in the middle of the tide. Nodding , Alex and Ra start killing zombies .

Punching one zombie in the head should be easy for a Rank Seven,but when you need to fight with five thousand or more zombies you need to be careful , otherwise ... you die .

On the other side , Ra was doing great , with his sword he killed zombies like a machine gun .

Heads,bodies,legs,hands or any parts of the human body could be seen near two figures.

After one hour of killing spree, Alex and Ra had killed more than five thousand zombies and thing had reduced the tide into a group .

Alex : Your win.

Ra : Of course .

Walking towards the rest of the group Alex's Insight picked something . In a building near them was located a man with a rifle and he was aiming at Alex and Ra .

His name is Gerald Kolan , ex-SWAT . Currently , Gerald and his wife were hiding in this building and when Lisa ( Gerald' wife) heard the noises , she told about the noises to her husband.

Picking his rifle , which has a scope , Gerald was shocked when he has seen two men rushing into the tide , but in the next moment his brain stop working.Watching for one hour Gerald's face was pale. Only one thought can be heard inside his head (Not like you can read minds) how can a human do that ?

Lisa : Hon, it's something wrong ?

Gerald : Everything ! They are monsters . How could a human kill five thousand zombies like it was nothing .

Lisa : Hon , maybe they are evolvers ? You know , humans that absorb crystals from Mutants .

Gerald : I don't think so , but if they are evolvers , they are strong and I think they are from a Major Base .

When Gerald was about to say something , his senses start yelling : Danger .Gerald was startled when he tried to find Alex and Ra, but when he heard a voice near him , Gerald start panicking .

Alex : Sir , did you lose something ?

Gerald : Who are you ?

Alex : I am Alex . You are ?

Gerald : Gerald , what do you want ?

Alex : I should be the one that start asking .

Gerald : Why ?

Alex : Well, you were the one that pointed a gun towards us , right ?

Hearing what Alex had said , Gerald's face loses all color that a face can have,but when he tried to say something , Lisa entered the room and she was shocked by the sudden appearance of two men.

Seeing the couple with pale faces , Alex understood why Gerald pointed the gun at them , but right now Gerald was thinking on a method that would save them or at least his wife .

Gerald : If I offended you , please punish me , but forgive my wife.

Alex : I don't want to forgive any of you .

Hearing Alex , Gerald was one hundred percent sure that he and Lisa will perish today , because he pointed his gun at a evolver .

Gerald : At least do it fast , please .

Alex : I think you misunderstood me .I don't want to forgive , because you didn't do anything wrong.

Gerald : For real ?

Alex : For real . Now I want to know why are you so scared of us ?

Gerald : For my wife I had to kill a evolver like yourself .She was about to be raped by one of them so I had to do something and that something was blowing the head of a evolver in a base .

Alex : Now I understood , but you need to know that I don't bow my head to some so called leaders.

Gerald : What ?

Alex : I'm trying to build my own base . What do you think about joining us ? Your wife will be safe with us and I can try teaching you how to meditate , if you want to become a so called evolver .

Gerald : But I don't have any talent in the absorption process . I'm only a normal human , so it's my wife .

Alex : I didn't mean the way your people cultivate , but my own way .

Gerald : Could you excuse me for a minute ?

Alex : Go ahead .

Gerald : Dear , what should we do?

Lisa : This should be a good chance for us , don't you think ?You are a good hunter and he said that you can cultivate like him , maybe one day you will be stronger enough to take revenge for your sister.

After they ran of half an hour , Alex ,Ra,Gerald and Lisa arrived near a big temple .This was the place were they should meet the rest of their team ,but Alex didn't sense anything in a range of five Km .

Alex : Strange .Ace report .

Ace : Master , we are inside the temple , you can't use the energy to see inside the temple .
