2 Chapter 2 : Fight

Lugia Kingdom , Starfall Village

Woman : Dear , do you think our son had done something bad again ?

Man : Probably .

Woman : Marcus Jaeger if you don't find our son today , you will have to sleep outside .

Marcus : But ...

Woman : No !

Marcus : Elna , my dear , please calm down .

Elna : GET OUT AND FIND OUR SON ! NOW ! s

Marcus : Yes ,mam !

After Marcus had leaved the house , Annie , Alex's older sister , called her mother to her room .

Annie : Mom ,are you ok ?

Elna : I am ok ,dear . But your brother had done something again .

Annie : Mother , I hope he's ok .

Elna : So am I .

Alex(Mind) : I would love to see my family , but if I want to survive in this world I need to become stronger. Mom , Dad , Sis ...I am sorry for making you sad , but when I will come home I will take any punishment from you . Sorry .

After saying this,with tears on his eyes , Alex start thinking about what he get .

Alex : System how can I see my things ?

Alex : Ok , system open my inventory.

When Alex had finished his sentence , he found himself standing in an empty room . After some time ,he starts walking towards a wall where he had seen a warhammer and an armour .

[Host ,these are your basic weapon and armour . If host wants to build something,like a helper, he can use the basic metal to build .]

Alex : Thank you system for your help . System how can I use these two items ?

[Just touch them and you will see . ]

Stretching his arm towards the armour , Alex was shocked when a blue notification had appear in front of him . On this notification he read that he can wear this armour by pressing yes .

After this short interaction Alex had found how to use the inventory functions .

*Ding*

[Mission : Become a rank one warrior

Information about this quest : By killing monsters you can level up and you can use the system to help you advance towards the warrior path , well maybe I should say towards the battle smith path . ]

With his sword in both hands , because he is weak right now and with the armor on him , Alex was ready for battle. His skills had helped him ,because now he can use a sword like his arm .

One hour later

Near a tree , Alex can see some sort of lone wolf .

Alex(Mind) : System it is possible for me to see what this monster is ?

[Yes]

Alex : How ?

[ I don't know . ]

Alex : ... Are you for real ?

[Yes ... No , this was a joke , if you can gain the observe skill you can see the basic information of your enemies,friends,etc ]

Alex : ...

For the next ten minutes Alex tried to observe the lone wolf like there was no tomorrow . Just when he wanted to stop his observation , something pop up in front of him .

[Congratulations , you had gain the Basic Detection Skill ]

[Basic Detection : You can see the target's stats ]

With this simple description Alex start using his new skill on the wolf .

[Wild Lone Wolf (Grade Zero) - A lone monster of this forest ,deadly when he is in danger , be careful when you engage it .]

Alex : Let's do it .

Using his knowledge about assassins he tried to stealth kill this wolf ,but he had forgot one thing : Wolfs are wild animals ,detecting danger is something in their blood .

When he had seen his failure ,Alex decided to fight head on the wolf .

The wolf immediately rushed toward Alex and jumped while attacking with its mouth wide open to bite Alex, Alex parry the attack from Wild Wolf by using his sword.

When the Wild Wolf attack was parried by Alex's sword, the Wild Wolf used its mouth to attack Alex's hands. Seeing this, Alex immediately rolled .Although he was quite fast, but the wolf was way faster then him , so for this small incident Alex's hands were still scratched. Bleeding and exhausted Alex used his final trump card , the final strike .

With one powerfulstrike from Alex's sword, the wolf was finally killed.

After he added these five points , Alex start feeling the upgrade his body was currently in .

Alex : Are you my mother perhaps ?

[No, I am your system ]

[Your main objective is to become one of the best Warrior. If you were aiming to be a cook or something else, I would have forced you to do something else , I think .]

Alex : Geez, I am sorry . By the way ,you don't have a name ?

[No,but you can give me one .]

Alex : Jade ,do you like this name ?

For the rest of the day Alex had hunted the beasts in this forest like a maniac.When he had found a cave he was already level 4 with 10 STR,8 DEX,11 Con , 21 INT ,16 WIS and 16 CHA .

[Tomorrow ,you should try building some helpers .]

Alex : Ok, Jade .

[Good Night Alex ]

Alex : Good night .

Marcus : How could I find my son ? Maybe in a tavern ?

Walking on the road Marcus's attention was caught by some guards conversation .

Guard (1) : What did you do to that young man last night ?

Guard (2) : I killed him , I think .

Guard (3) : You think ? HAHA .

Marcus face was pale when he heard that last night a young man was killed by these guards .

You should know that last night his son ,Alex , hadn't come home and now he found that someone had died .
