1 CHAPTER 1 : ENTRANCED BY THE CLOCK

Jason burst into his home soaking wet after a long day of school. Thunder and lightning roared right behind him as he slammed the door.

An ominous atmosphere loomed in his living room where 'it' was.

He ran his hand through his drenched, glossy, god-class silver hair, brushing it all off his face to reveal his ocean blue eyes.

He stared at 'it' intently as though he was trying to disintegrate it and explore its contents with mere human eyes.

Taking two steps closer he reached his right hand toward it to examine it further.

Jason was so entranced by this 'thing' that he didn't notice faint whispers begin to fill the air around him the closer he got to touching it. The lights began to flicker and an eerie smoke seemed to come out of nowhere, finding its way and settling around Jason's feet.

"Jason!!" a lady's voice called out waking him from his sudden entrancement.

"Oh! H-hey m-mom...what's up?" he answered in a shaky voice.

'Did I just imagine that?' he thought to himself, confused.

"Sorry I'm back so late. I tried to wait out the storm at school but it just got much worse so I decided to just yeet myself outta there anyway."

He dropped his bag on the couch and gave his mom a big hug, almost squeezing the life out of her while towering 6.2ft above her.

"You did what??? I must have left 100 missed calls on your phone. It's at least a 7 degree level storm out there!!! How the hell are you still in one piece?!!" Martha screamed holding her son tight in her arms.

"Hehe...come on mom...I'm built different, you know this?" Jason giggled.

"That does not matter to me young man! Hell...you could have gotten yourself killed...you're all I've got remember?!" she exclaimed trembling from her inside out.

"Nahhhh...Zeus energy remember? And apart from that, you know you're gonna get sick of me because I'm never leaving you." He smiled giving her a little head pat.

"Ughhh...just go to your room and get out of those wet clothes before you catch a cold, okay? Dinner will be ready in 10."

"Okay mom." He turned around about to head upstairs to his room when he abruptly stopped himself.

"Mom..." he whispered in a rather still strange voice.

"Y-yes honey?" Martha turned to him, a look of concern forming all around her eyes from the sudden change in her son's tone.

"That....thing.....it's strange isn't it?" Jason asked still maintaining his strange tone.

"What is with you and that old thing?!" His mom asked in a lighter tone, trying to brighten the sudden fallen look on his face.

"I don't know why your father insists on keeping that creepy old thing here. It's been creeping me out since the first day your grandfather brought it here." Martha said looking at it with the most disgusted face.

"Haha...I don't know mom...I kinda like it." Jason's mood seemed to do a complete 360 degree turn around to a rather inquisitive, happy mood which did not go unnoticed by his mom.

" Like it? Hm...That takes the price for one of the creepiest things I've ever laid eyes on!!" Martha gagged as she placed her eyes on it.

"I wonder what all those weird symbols engraved on it mean...sometimes...it actually feels like it has a presence within that's just...watching us." Jason said staring at the clock as his facial expression contorted into a look of deep entrancement once more.

"Honey, are you sure you're feeling alright? You're not feeling sick or anything?" Martha walked up to him to feel his temperature.

" I'm fine mom."

"Oooooookay creepy, no more midnight horror movies for you young man. Come on, it's just art." Martha replied with a light giggle.

"Ooh stop it mom! I'm 18 for God's sake and I'm a senior! You can't tell me what to watch!" He giggled out of control.

" It's creepy but grandpa does have a great eye for antiques." Jason replied with a soft smile across his face, then he turned around and finally headed up to his room.

His soaking wet t-shirt clung tightly to his god-chiseled eight chocolate bar abs which appeared to want out of the shirt so badly.

He took off all his clothes and prepared for a bath. The dim yellow lighting in his room caused the water droplets from the rain dripping slowly down and reaching every part of his body to glisten, pointing out the fact that his abs are not the only god-class part of his body.

He ran his hand from his hair, to his face, then to his neck in the shower caressing himself like he really needed a massage after the day he had had.

When he finally got out of the shower a heavy sleep settled on him like a weight thrown on his shoulders. He struggled to make it to his bed and started drifting to sleep.

Suddenly an eerie silence befell the room. The lights began to flicker on and off once more and whispers filled his head, growing louder and louder by the second.

He tossed and turned on his bed deeply disturbed by this 'vision' he was having.

"Jason! Jason!!! Dinner's ready!." His mom's voice called out very faintly in the background.

A distinct deep, husky male voice joined the whispers but seemed to be much closer to Jason than the rest of the voices. The dark voice continued to speak in an unknown tongue until it clearly uttered the words "...the seal is weakening...HAHAHAHA!!!!"

The deep husky voice burst into a maniacal laughter

Upon hearing such words from such a near sounding voice Jason forced his eyes open for a second.

What he saw when he opened his eyes was incomprehensible.

His lights were all off, a mysterious dark mist surrounded his bed, and.....legs? Legs attached to the waist of a well built man clad althrough with pure gold rainments and jewels definitely of ancient royalty.

"What the xxxx.....zzzz" Jason managed to utter before falling back into the heavy sleep.

"Mmmhm...mmh...my head hurts." Jason slowly opened his eyes in the morning light.

"W-what h-happened...?" He began to sit up. "Did I fall asleep...? Wh-WHAT THE XXXX!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ALL OVER ME?!!!!"

His eyes met a horrific sight upon fixating his sleep blurred eyes.

'Okay calm down, it can't be what I think it is. Let's sniff it first' he told himself.

The strong metallic scent hit his nose causing him to gag.

'IT ISSSSS WHAT I THINK IT IS' he screamed in his mind in utter panic.

Jason's heart beat out of control as he found not only his hands, but his bed and walls covered in thick fresh blood.

He rushed out of bed to his bathroom sink where he frantically washed his hands desperately trying to get the blood off.

"Jason honey!" His mom called out. "Are you alright? I heard a scream."

"I'm fine mom!!!" He screamed still scraping at his hands trying to get the blood off.

"Are you sure? I'm coming up." His mom began to climb up the stairs to his room.

'Knock knock'

"Honey you sound weird...I'm coming in."
