"And why did you accept her as a teacher?" Freya asks me while smiling. I am feeling chills, where did I go wrong? Though I kinda understand her but then again I am a hypocrite.
"I accepted because she is a really good teacher and my spear arts will be top notch after training with her." I say to her while summoning back my spear. "Also I don't know how to use extract Slaughter energy or use that Shinsu Quality for a better combat usage. So she can probably teach me that too."
"What is Shinsu Quality?" They both ask me. Subject changed successfully, mission passed.
"Shinsu Quality is a special kind of Shinsu with certain attributes or properties, these qualities are only said to be possessed by special people. By the way, Freya you have two Shinsu Qualities namely Orb and Divine. And you Shishou have three Shinsu Qualities named Shadows, Slaughter and Spear. If you fail to find them. You will fail this test. At the end of the 5 minute mark, the teammates should be touching each other anywhere on the body to be considered a team. As soon as the announcement is finished. Freya comes close to me, and hugs my left arm with her bosom. Damn is this that legendary situation? "What are you doing?" I ask even though I am enjoying the feeling. Freya just smirks in answer and looks towards Shishou.
Now don't get me wrong, I do have the memories of doing even more crazier things with Freya but those are just memories and also they are from Freya's perspective. So me getting this reaction is totally justified alright. Plus this is the first time I have felt this in my life.....I think. Did I have a moment where a girl was pressing her bosom against my arm, now that I think about it I think I have. Though I am pretty sure that the girl was just overly friendly and there was nothing flirty going on there.
Anyway 3 minutes pass by like this. And now I feel a hand on top of my right hand. I look towards Shishou. And she says, "We are a team."
"Of course, others are unworthy after all." I answer. She seems satisfied with my answer.
And as we sit together like that, the rest of the time for the test passed.

And then we get teleported and arrive in a high tech looking place with a crowd around us. Everyone looks warily at each other. After that some people start talking to each other and some go away to be alone. I am of course in the latter group, being a fanfic protagonist does not cure social anxiety. Also I can only talk to chat group well enough because they are like discord friends meeting irl to me.
I feel someone getting closer to me and I look towards the person and I find that it's Rimuru. I then suddenly get self conscious and notice that I am still holding (I don't know if that's the right word for the situation) Shishou and Freya's hand. I tell them that we don't need to hold hands anymore. And they reluctantly let me go? Wait reluctantly? I get Freya but why Shishou? Is she getting weirdly competitive with Freya Or something? Whatever I don't care at the moment, doesn't seem a bad thing to me.
"I see that you are enjoying your time here." Rimuru grins at me.
"What about you?" I just brush off his insinuation.
"Meh it's alright. Nothing special happened." He answers. "And it looks like about 15 teams passed the test. Though none of them are worth mentioning so far. Well compared to us, they are really weak."
"You can't compare Regulars who aren't even F rank to us. Some of us can even defeat High Rankers who are in the Top 100 of the Tower. Well two to be precise." I tell him. We all talk some more and I tell them the basic things they need to know about the Tower. I also tell Rimuru about his Shinsu Qualities and he seems surprised and happy at my explanation.
Suddenly the doors to this area, and a certain blond trap enters the hall or room whatever you wanna call it. What the hell is that sly bast*rd here for?
"Hello my name is Hansung Yu and I am the test supervisor of this floor. Nice to meet you Regulars." He smiles towards us all and then he looks towards me. [Image Here]
