24 A New Member

It's been 10 days since I parted with the others. Shishou and I are on the 5th Floor at the moment. I haven't used the invitations yet because I am not sure what kind of person the new arrival would be. And I don't want the current status quo to change much. But then again if a good helpful member joins, it will help the group as a whole, so at the moment I am just delaying the inevitable.

Also you might be wondering that I passed the floors too quickly. Well you are right, with FUG's concealment when we need it and administrator's straightforward tests it was easily done. Shishou and I have time to train ourselves too. We took 3 days to complete 3rd floor, we just had to hunt some Fishes and transport them to another habitat while keeping them alive. Presence Concealment is a really useful skill in hunting, since nobody will run away by sensing my aura anymore. Shishou is still superior in hunting but I don't lag behind much on the count, it's mostly her experience that gives her the edge over me.

On the 4th floor, we had to hunt some Regulars who were over hunting the fishes and destroying the habitat. The administrator gave us this test, and we took 2 days to complete it mainly because we were training most of the time.

But on the 5th floor we have a tough one, we have to do business and earn certain amount of points through it to complete it. So we opened up a mercenary business, but it will take time to earn enough to complete the test. The administrator was adamant about doing this type of test, even though I explained that I had to climb fast. It will definitely take around 9 to 10 more days to finish this test. Sometimes I do like this relaxing time because I can freely train with Shishou because of this. We go everywhere together but sadly I don't think it's because of love. It's because she wants to train me to resist seduction as she says. I feel like that's bull but her expressionless face makes it hard to say if she is seducing me or really training me. These actions stimulate my desire and many things. But they also hone my mind I guess, probably. The thing I am wondering about is why does Gamer's Mind not suppress my desires? 'A.I. Chip why does Gamer's Mind not suppress my desires?'

Wow so this is the suppressed version huh. Well whatever is happening is for my own good, probably. My Master Spearmanship skill has reached level 25. I am getting really good at wielding spear mostly thanks to that skill, but it's all getting stored in my muscle memory most likely too.

That's true but just for Kazuma I will "flirt" with Freya in the group chat more. He is still struggling with his life even with so much power now. Not financially of course but rather socially, his "useless" goddess also has a hand in it. Well it's not my business.

[Rimuru: Hey how you doing bro? How is the climb?

Amar: Currently on the 5th Floor. It will take some time, till pass this one though. What about you?

Rimuru: I have just dealt with most of the small problems at my fledgling Nation. And now I am heading out to save those children since they seem to be in urgent help. I have obviously changed some rules here, to prevent the tragedy that could have happened because of my naivete.

Freya: What kind of rules change could prevent tragedy? Can you elaborate.

Rimuru: Well when I first started all this, I made some rules. Three rules to be exact. While the first and second rule were fine in my opinion even now. The third one was problematic, I had forbidden my people to ever fight or kill humans. And because my subordinates treat my word as law, they would have not been able to even properly defend themselves because of this.

Scathach: Yes that indeed stupid.

Amar: Well it should have been something along the lines of don't provoke humans or something. Nothing like that at the very least.

Rimuru: Yeah I understand now, especially after reading that content.

Freya: I am just speechless at this.

Kazuma: You really place humans at a pedestal Rimuru. Actually I feel that those monsters that you have as subordinates are much better than humans. Such loyalty can never be found in another human, its strictly my opinion though.

Freya: Wow you can say stuff like that? I thought you were just an amalgamation of jealousy and lust.

Kazuma: Damn it!

Amar: I also agree with Kazuma on this @Rimuru. So I hope you understand what matters more to you as well.

Scathach: That's right.

Amar: Anyway I am thinking of sending the invitations now. Do you guys want some new members?

Kazuma: Just do it! Leader I have been telling you that since day 1.

Rimuru: Do it.

Amar: Alright, here we go.]
