Fighting the Shadow

When the sound of the bell was heard through the waterfall, Klaus and the Shadow ran towards each other. As none of them had weapons, it became an MMA fight.

Klaus, despite having almost no fighting experience, he was mentally preparing himself for the fight. As the fight will decide his future, he thought this would be the do or die thing. This was his fight to change his destiny! If he failed, he would lose many opportunities to change his life!

If he could be one of the best players in Clash of Heroes, he would be able to earn a lot of money. Which would allow him to have more self-confidence . Gaining more self-confidence would give him opportunities to chat with women, which would complete his romantic life.

It's obvious that you don't need a lot of money to have self-confidence, but you have to admit that it helps. As each person has different ways of thinking, this was Klaus's way of thinking.

This way of thinking was "implemented" when he was in school. Since he was a child, except Finn, the other kids ignored him. This created a kind of "inferiority complex", which was being broken as he played Clash of Heroes. At least in the past 7 hours, he forgot his inferiority and his complexes. He was able to talk with two beautiful women and exceed his expectations!

He was slowly but surely regaining his confidence!

As the Ancient Chinese Philosopher Lao Tzu once said: "Because one believes in oneself, one doesn't try to convince others. Because one is content with oneself, one doesn't need others' approval. Because one accepts oneself, the whole world accepts him or her."

If he wins then he will have a great future ahead, because from what he has experienced so far in the game, he could say that this game will be a life changing for all commoners like him. If they are good players / hard-workers or just lucky, they can change from poor to rich in a few days. Never underestimate a game! Watch fornite, cs go and LoL.. How many people got rich because a computer game? Now imagine a 100% virtual reality game !!

So, if he won, he would be one of the Four Faith Heroes! This title may not mean anything for now, but at the end of the game? At the end of the game, he may be one of the few who decides the fate of the game! Not only that, since this was a God's Trial, "The Gods" also known as Godly NPC's, must be watching his fight. If he did his best and fought well, doesn't that increase his rewards?

When Klaus and Shadow were close, they both punched each other. Since neither could use weapons or skills, it became a fight in which stats and fighting experience were important! As Klaus had no fighting experience, he was at a disadvantage.

However, because he had [Sharingan] and it was a godly bloodline, the Shadow couldn't copy/have that.

So, thanks to the [Sharingan] bonus effects, his stats were much higher than the Shadow. Not only that, but the [Sharingan] effect bonus also helped Klaus a lot.

He could see in slow motion Shadow's left punch! Suddenly, Klaus twisted his whole body to the right and, with his back to the shadow, grabbed the shadow's arm and threw it over his head.

This move was so fast that Shadow couldn't anticipate it and was thrown to the ground. Without stopping, Klaus sat on Shadow's chest and punched him in the face without stopping.

*Pah, Pah, Pah, Pah* *Pow*

Four punches were delivered to Shadow's face. Since Klaus did not have a weapon and the damage caused by non-weapons was very low, it was a very sad thing watching the damage dealt.

In an attempt to throw Klaus above him, Shadow punched Klaus in the face to stop his attack and raised his chest in an attempt to throw him away.

As Klaus did not have much experience in fighting, he was pushed by Shadow. They got up quickly.

Now the two were on their feet again, ready for the next phase of the fight. The two looked at each other, trying to intimidate the opponent.

Klaus made a fake left jab and quickly gave a low kick. Since Klaus's dexterity was slightly higher than Shadow, he was able to finish his 'combo' faster than the Shadow could defend.

Shadow tried to counter-attack and hit a right hook at Klaus's head. As Klaus was not a professional, when he kicked Shadow, he didn't think about defending and was hit in the face.

This was the first damage Klaus received from the Shadow. He blamed himself because he thought everything was under his control and let his guard down.

He quickly composed himself and sent another left punch. Suddenly, without the Shadow expecting, he jumped and twisted his body, grabbing Shadow's head and hitting the ground.

He just used one of John Cena's moves! One of John Cena's most famous moves, The RKO! Even though it was 2030 and WWE was losing a lot of popularity around the world, he had grown up watching some WWE fights! Just because of the fancy moves they used.

When he threw the Shadow on the ground, for some reason, the damage was very high and caused a shock effect of 1 second!

Shadow now had half HP and was stunned on the floor. Klaus left no room to breathe and quickly moved to Shadow's back, making a rear naked choke. Seeing this move in several movies, he thought it was one of the best ways to win a fight.

As he did the Rear Naked Choke, he continued to use all his strength. Rear Naked Choke was a finishing technique that made the opponent lose his breath. After a few seconds, he grabbed Shadow's head and moved clockwise, breaking Shadow's neck.

Shadow was a shadow after all, and this move shouldn't have worked. However! As this was a game and the mission was to fight his clone, which happened to be his shadow, this moved worked!

All the HP left on the Shadow ended. The Shadow started to disappear, and a warm wind passed near him and took the Shadow in his arms back to Cachoeira. Suddenly, a sound was heard.

When the new mission update appeared, Klaus quickly got to his feet. He didn't want to waste a lot of time here because the 8 hours were about to end.

When he got up, all the equipment he had in his bag was unlocked. He quickly equipped all of his items and the [Sawn-Off Shotgun]. He was very nervous when he selected this weapon because it was very OP! If Shadow could also use this shotgun, he would probably lose. Simply because he didn't have much aim in the first place.

* Ding Ding Ding *

The bell sound was heard again. Klaus and the Shadow looked at each other. Klaus noticed that, instead of the shotgun, the Shadow was using its previous bow. Probably because it belonged. Probably because who was the previous owner.

Klaus didn't think much, since the match started, he tried to aim the shotgun at Shadow and shoot.

*Pum* *Pum* *Pum*

As he attacked a bit sneakily, only his first shot did total damage! Since Shadow was not vegetarian, he quickly tried to avoid the next bullets. It hadn't even been 5 seconds, and Shadow had only 95 HP left.

Since Shadow didn't have [Sharingan] bloodline, it only had 440HP! With this OP shotgun, Shadow almost died.

Klaus still had three more bullets ready to kiss his enemy. The shadow was low HP now, so it didn't matter where he aimed and how many bullets hit him. He was confident that these three bullets were enough to kill Shadow.
