Kobe's POV

Sarah came walking into my office without knocking."What do you want" I said with annoyance on my face. I knew whatever she was going to do wasn't gonna make me happy. I hate being interrupted when I had work to do. She was only wearing a robe, without answering she kept walking. "Doing what I always wanted" she replied trying to use a sexy voice which made me want to cringe "I know you want this too". She then took off her robe revealing her in lingerie. Oh hell no I'm the alpha off this pack and the strongest alpha at that. I rubbed my eyes tired with her bullshit she have always tried flirting with me. Guess she had enough with my dull answers.

"Stop" I said but she continued walking getting closer every step." Stop right there and get out of my office" I yelled in my alpha tone. She walked out in a hurry knowing she couldn't fight the urge to obey me. I decided I needed coffee and didn't want to be in this house for now. Walking out of my office I mind linked my beta Jayden and gamma Rey "Guys I need coffee let's go to the cafe"

"Ok Alpha" they replied in usion. I rolled my eyes "my names Kobe if y'all didn't know." I said correcting them. Jayden and Rey are my best friends and also my second and third in command. When I got to the car, a black SUV I have to say black is my favorite color, they were already there."let's go" I told them. Jayden drove off to the nearest cafe.

Walking in I smelt something so sweet. It smelled of pineapple, oranges, and lavender. I looked around looking for the source of the smell. "Hey you alright?" Rey asked me, I nodded still looking my eyes landed on the most beautiful girl I have ever seen. I stared taking in her beauty. She had curly hair in a slick ponytail at the back of her head. Which gave me the perfect opportunity to look at her face. Her perfect brown skin shined as the sun hit her face. She was frowning I wonder what she was thinking about.

My wolf Derek growled in my head possessively "MATE." She then turned her head and looked into my eyes, her eyes were dark brown and held curiosity in them. She teared her gaze from me."MINE" I growled which made her gaze come back to me realizing I was talking about her, her wolf probably told her I was her mate. Jayden and Rey stopped the conversation the were having and stared at me then at my mate. Everyone in the cafe was looking at me but I was used to it by now. I walked towards my mate picked her up, she instantly wrapped her legs around my waist and kissed her aggressively but with lust and longing.

Her lips were soft and sweet I think she had lip balm on. Before she could even think about what I had done she kissed me back. My mate was kissing me, she didn't dare break the kiss I could tell she was running out of breath so I broke it the second I did I wish I didn't. I put her down stared and stared into her eyes as she did me. She looked surprised and happy but there was something else I couldn't quite figure out. Confused or fear maybe??? Be fore I could even say anything she bolted out of the cafe and ran as fast as she could, that was pretty fast though I thought as I looked after her.

I was mad. Why did she run away? Was she not happy she met me or was it because I kissed her. She looked at me like I was her equal she wasn't afraid of me. She probably didn't recognize me. I knew I was going to do anything I could to find her. "Let's go back to the mansion" I told Jay and Rey.

Once we got in the car Jay and Rey both started a conversation "I cannot believe you found your mate" Jay said driving." Well believe it" I said in a harsh tone I was beyond angry I was furious my fist were clenched and I capfuls almost fell my pupils popping out my forehead "and she ran away from me" I added I'll admit I had anger issues and they were bad." Yeah but you still found her and I know your gonna look for her too"Rey added he was right they both knew me so well I was gonna look for her day and night.

I stayed quiet thinking about my mate and her soft lips on mine and her beautiful face. Plus her body she was thick and curvy just the way I liked my girl. Don't get me wrong I love all body types but when I saw her I knew she was perfect. Rey and Jay were rambling on about what they'll do when they found their mates.

30 minutes later

I was in my office looking up information about her. I told Rey to take a picture of her just in case and I'm glad I did. I found her in less than 1 hour. Her name is Alex Daniels, she's 19 years old and goes to a human college. Her pack was called the blood moon pack.

With my connections I found out there she lived and decided to go and get her tomorrow morning. I was always so sure I didn't have a mate after 22 years she just shows up out of nowhere. I knew I needed a mate and I wanted one, me and my wolf longed to be loved by our mate and to find her. We finally did."wait for me little mate I'm coming for you." I thought, I went to my room to take a shower before going to sleep. I needed rest if I was going to see my mate tomorrow.
