"Secret Base"

Days passed, father called some tutor and arranged a home study to provide me classes which would test my skills in public affairs, politics and manners to meet the social standard of the elite and high class societies like those sophisticated ladies i met during the ball.

Children were taught by their private tutors and though I was not from the royal bloodline father left no means to treat me equally among the sons.

I began to take language, piano, dancing and vocal classes. In between those classes I often fled to Aito and Sora's classes to escape from the clutch of my boring lessons and have a peek at them. When I was caught I bribe them with a candy but silly me had forgotten that the youngest son was a little devil. I remember him making a smug face when I was taken away by my tutor.

Eventually the day arrives where I was supposed to meet Yuuma. I sat in the car in between Brother Sora and Haruto while Aito and Daichi were on the other side facing towards me.

It took longer than I expected as we drove across the beautiful valley. When we arrived at the location they were waiting in ahead of us. A Japanese mansion, built in the reflection of ancient and modern architecture adding a unique touch to the magnificent foundation. Set at the edge of a forest the house overlooks a stream and had a front and back yard.

The two families make a friendly gesture of meeting. "Been a long time..."Said Yuuma as soon as the gazes fell upon me. I bend my knees a little outward, bowing my head and my other feet behind to greet him back as I lift up my dress a bit.

Behind close doors, the royals are just like any other family. And as the elders got busy with their chatter and adult conversations we goes off to the yards that was covered by bushes that led the way to a secret base hidden among the vineyards after passing a different route. A place hidden from the rest of the garden that appeared to be the land of fairies and elves to me. The wind rustle in the trees and a gentle breeze swept through my hair knocking it into my face which I brushes it away only to grab my attention by the flapping of the beautiful wings of butter green butterflies, stirred by it and blowing away along with the playful wind as though they were doing some kind of a ceremony round the grassy field. And a couple of it fluttered around the Lilies.

"Pretty...." I gasp in astonishment and looks around. "D-do fairies live here!?" Ends the sentence abruptly.

"Pft- wa-h-t?" He laughs softly. "Fairies are only a myth but if I were to encounter a real one it is this girl I dearly adore.." He talks stretching his finger out toward me.

A smile so honest, it said everything and he further continues to say, "Ever since I met you I seem to believe in all that you believe..."

His gorgeous emerald eyes locked into mine in a way I never saw him. In his eyes, I was something more than just a realistic being.

"You know you are the second person I ever let someone showed off to this secret base of mine?"

"....So there is someone other than me who knows about this place?" I listened to him eagerly.

"Yeah, and it's strange she should be here by now...." His eyes tend to search for someone's presence. "I brought you here so that we could play together you know. She's someone I want you to meet."

"Who?" My heart grew impatient as we waited laying down among the fluttering flowers.

"Ah, never mind just a certain person.."

In the course of the conversation he sounded like she was someone really close to him. And thought if it was a jealousy thing for I became to take a like on her as the identity of 'that' person remained a mystery. That was the last time I ever hear him talking about her.....And thought if I should have asked for her name.

We began to meet more often in that place as I grew much fond of him. Sometimes I was accompanied by Aito during my visit to his place who continued nagging him from time and again. And I end up yelling at him for bullying my boy.

Brother Daichi was the only brother among the others who was missing in the picture. He was least seen because he was someone who was barely around, busy attending in business occasions at father's absence. While the two brothers continued to play with me.
