Francheska's commercial shoot was finished without any delay. The director told them that after some editing, the commercial will be released on national tv after two days. Francheska thanked the director and the staff who helped them with today's shoot. After that, she goes straight to the dressing room where Rissa is waiting for her.

When Francheska opened the door, she saw Rissa talking with someone on her phone. Rissa gestured for Francheska to wait before she says a few more words to the person she's talking with on the phone before ending the call. She saw how Rissa let out a sigh and walked towards the artist she's managing.

"Is there any problem?" Francheska can't help but ask.

"It may be a problem for you. It may also be a problem for some. Who knows?" Rissa vaguely answered.

"What do you mean?"

Instead of answering her question, Rissa helped Francheska on removing the small tiara and other accessories on her head. She gathered the small hairpins on a canister before grabbing the brush on the table and gently combed Francheska's hair. After a while, Rissa opened her mouth to answer Francheska's question.

"I received a call from Director Cartel." Rissa said slowly.

"She called you? About what?"

"Well... Director Cartel wanted to apologize to you in advance."

"Huh?"

"She said that one of her producers conduct an audition for the second female lead last week. Director Cartel had already finished the list of the artists who will play in her movie. But something happened this morning. And..."

"And?" inquired Francheska.

Rissa stopped from what she was doing and let out a sigh.

"You know what? Just look at it yourself."

Rissa opened her phone and fidgetted on it for a while before showing it to Francheska. It was headline news in the entertainment section. Francheska can't help but raised an eyebrow after reading the words in bold letters showing on the screen.

"Rachel Tan is chosen as the second female lead on Director Cartel's upcoming movie."

"Director Cartel called me just now to inform me about this. She just learned about this news minutes before it was announced to the public." Rissa said. "Rachel is not supposed to be a part of her movie. But someone interfered with the Director Cartel's line-up and put Rachel on the second female lead."

"Oh." Francheska mused. She scrolled down a little to reads the comments.

- 'Oohhhh!!! Our fairy goddess is part of Director Cartel's movie?! I can't wait for it!'

- 'Me too!!! I wonder what is her role! Please release it asap!!'

- 'Bless the heavens for giving me this news! Now I can see our fairy on a big screen again!'

The news was just released thirty-three minutes ago but it quickly became the top trending news. Since Director Cartel is one of the best movie directors in their country, of course, this news will gather a lot of attention from the netizens.

"So how come Rachel suddenly grabbed the role of the second female lead without even undergoing an audition?" She wondered.

"Well..."

Rissa did not say anything, but the meaning of her looks just now is enough for Francheska to know the answer.

"I knew it." Francheska said with a sigh.

There is only one powerful person on Rachel's side who has the power to interfere with this matter.

"That stupid bastard! He has the right to do it? But why? Just because he's rich?! Ha!" Rissa tussled her short hair due to her irritation.

"Rissa, calm down." Francheska comforted her manager. "And besides, this is not the first time we encountered this scenario, right?"

"I knew it. I bet that bitch climbed in the entertainment industry not because she is talented or what, but it was because Iñigo is helping her behind the scenes."

To be honest, Francheska has the same thought as her manager. Iñigo inherited his family business three years ago. As far as she knew, Iñigo treasures her ex-stepsister too much that he is willing to spend a lot of money just to build stairs for Rachel's career.
