2 Chapter 2: Who am I?

She looked after the girl in confusion. After a few seconds the girl returned with an old lady and a middle aged man. The man seemd to be a doctor. He sat down on the bed and carefully grabbed her shoulders.

"Your Highness do you feel uncomfortable anywhere?" His eyes glittered with worry as he examined the girl on the bed.

"I.... what...?" Her memories become fuzzy. Feelings and memories started to mix in her.

She was Henae Bellnights. a Bussines woman in her late twenties. She was walking home when a hooded man grabbed her and dragged her in an alleyway. She recognized the man. He was a worker who she fired a few days ago.

The man brought out a knife. Fear started to swallow her as the moonlight shined on the blade.

After that the only thing she could remember was pain as her tears mixed with blood.

But there was other memories too. Memories of a litlle girl named Chrystalya.

She was in the body of Chrystalya Lisbethine Pergrien von Theodore. The girl died after someone tried to assasinate her. Her body was in coma for months before she finally breathed her last breath. She was only ten yesrs old. But due to her bloodline her body was of a teeneger.

She slowly muttered. "I'm... I'm chrystalya.... but I was... Henae... who am I...?"

She slowly grabbed her head and tried to make any sense about her situation. In her confusion she forgot Henae's most important memory

After a few weeks she finally managed to collect herself and the bussines woman's cool personality awake in her. She regained the memories of Henae.

She realized that she knew Chrystalya from somewhere.

Thats right. She was a character in a book. A side character in her favourite book.

Chrystalya was the crown princess of the de la Pergrien empire. The first daughter of the emperor from the late empress who passed away during delivery.

Her father neglected her. He hated her daughter for taking away his lover even though she wasn't the one to blame.

After the Empress died her father closed her in the Orchid palace and never let her out only on important ocassions. He drowned his sorrow in alcohol and couconbines. He took on nineteen lovers and had exactly eighteen daughter besides the older, Chrystalya. Bu he could brought even one boy to inherite his empire.

Chrystalya grew up secluded in the palace until the day she turned seventeen. Then, a young duke killed the emperor and took her as his wife, but only because he wanted the von Pergrien name.

After that her life was hell. he forced homself on her countless time but she couldn't hate him since she fell in love even before the revolution. When the new empero got bored of her he sent her to the Cold palace where she found out that she was pregnant.

She eventually gave birth to a crown prince. The emperor bestowed the Neforeon name to him.

After the prince turned six Chrystalya got poisoned by her own husband and thats how her stragic story ended.

And the duke's name was Alexandrien Millford. The male lead of the novel.
