5 Chapter 3 : New Elements? ------------------------------------
It took a while for everyone to understand Yuna's ability as Xander explained that this was most probably a special case.
After a break, the tests began again and everything went smoothly till it was Viole's turn.
Viole Park was 15 years old, like Yuna, she too feared of not having any affinity for Chrysalis and Yuna's Dual Element only propagated this fear.
With each test commencing and everyone's result coming her fear kept amplifying. Even on Earth, she had never been good at anything. No matter how much she tried, she was never able to compete with others. Even when she did her best, she was always lacking. With such experiences, she undoubtedly felt very insecure and nervous.
In due time, her name was called.
Scared and reluctantly she went praying for help just this once.
She slowly walked into the chamber.
Viole didn't want some crazy power, all she wanted was to not become an outcast, like before. She just wanted to fit in like the rest for once in her life.
This time the system didn't take long like Yuna's, and the result was displayed

"Shut up Zico, I'm trying to concentrate here.
The results show that she has no affinity for any of the elements, but I have some doubts."
"Yena, everyone here was selected after they showed affinity for Chrysalis. Her not having any affinity just doesn't make any sense."
"Zico's right, don't reveal her results yet, take her somewhere else and try talking with her if you can."
Zico took Viole back to the council room. It was declared that there had been some technical issues and Viole's results would be declared later.
The tests were resumed and everything went fine.
About 97 tests had been carried out, and it was now Kai Yakuzo's turn.
He went into the chamber when his name was called like everyone else and that was that. He went in but nothing happened!
A minute passed
Two minutes passed
Five minutes passed
At the end of 10 minutes, just as Xander was about to call Kai back, the result appeared.

Kai's results were declared and it sure did cause a buzz.
A while later, after everything settled down, the two remaining tests were done and everything passed normally.
With this ended the Affinity test and the end results were displayed on the screen

A new Light element had been found and Viole still seemed to have no affinity for Chrysalis.
As Zico told her about her results expecting shock and disbelief. Viole accepted it without any questions, this was something that had been happening with her for as long as she could remeber, and she wasn't expecting it to stop any time soon.
All Viole hoped was that she wouldn't be abandoned, she had been sent with a mission to live and she wanted to at least complete that.
