32 Chapter 27 : The Walls --------------------------------------------------

The base is surrounded by 3 walls. The outermost is the strongest, Wall Bone.

The middle is thick and wide with interiors to hold weapons, supplies and armory to defend Wall Bone from getting breached, Wall Support.

And the inner wall, Wall Heart. It is the tallest wall of all measuring up to 23m tall.

With these 3 defense lines, it'd take almost a week to breach all 3 walls and ambush the central base considering the support of long range weapons.

In the Medic Room,

"Haru, when are you going to wake up? I'm worried. I wanna thank you while you're conscious."

"..."

"I'm going to train harder and get stronger so that you won't have to risk your life for saving us."

In the cafeteria,

"Kai, I'm really sorry. I'll avenge you, I'll defeat the Fox so that humanity can hope for peace."

"Hey, Yuna! What are you thinking about?"

"Oh...ahh...nothing." *Nervous*

"Oh, Okay. Can I sit with you?"

"Yea, sure."

It was Viole asking. They sat together and had lunch together and had fun talking. They were getting along pretty well.

"Hey, Yuna, do you still think about Kai?"

"Uhmmm....yeah. I miss him. I'll avenge him."

"Sorry I wasn't of any help. I was occupied saving the workers that day..."

"No...no, it wasn't your fault. I'm gonna make these Manwols pay. I'm gonna kill the Fox!"

Later, in Viole's room,

*Knock* "Haru's up!"

Viole rushed as soon as Byakuya informed about Haru's condition.

As she reached the door, she saw Haru sitting up on the bed and Zico beside him talking.

"Hey, Zico, what are you doing here?"

"Oh, I was here to ask Haru some questions."

"Oh, I see, is he okay? Hey, Haru, are you okay?"

"Uhmmm....yeah, still feel a bit tired but I'm fine."

"Thank God you're okay."

"Aren't you the girl I met behind the bush?"

*Stammers* "Yeah....Oh yeah, by the way, I wanna thank you for saving us back there."

Later, in Xander's room,

"Haru doesn't seem to remember much about the simulation."

"I see, that's understandable. But did you ask him where he got his drivers and how he got there?"

"He said that when he landed, he seemed to have landed on the Mist Forest. And about the drivers, he had them in his pod with him. He doesn't remember putting them in."

"Hmmm, that's pretty sketchy. Do you think they knew something about him back on Earth?"
