28 Chapter 24 : Evolution --------------------------------------------------

There was a huge pulse of energy flowing within Yuna. A yellow aura surrounded her and her sword turned into a pointed spiral long sword.

She was ready to face the Humanoid-Manwol now.

"Hey, you trash. Let's begin!

Hyaaa....!"

"Kwaaaaa.....!"

"Valkyrie Series : Spiral Cross!"

It hit! It was hit hard enough to break its right chest armor.

"Valkyrie Series : Spirit Kamikaze!"

A wave of 5 Valkyrie spirits were formed and they quickly charged. 4 of them grabbed its limbs and the 5th landed the final blow, a charged energy bomb that destroying the spirits.

"Haaah....haaah...." *Breathing heavily*

"Where did that come from? Yuna, is that really you?"

The Manwol wasn't so easy to get rid of, it charged back at her.

Both of them trading blows at each other. But it was quite obvious that Yuna would soon lose stamina.

They both fell back after trading blows continuously.

"You strong."

"What?! The Manwol can speak?"

Yuna stood there all bloodied and breathing heavily. The Manwol regenerated himself in an instant as if the fight never happened.

Kai was amazed by seeing the Manwol speak.

"Now...time for you....sleep."

The Manwol moved towards Yuna slowly with a dark ball on its hand. It seemed like it was desperate to finish her off.

"Kwaaaaa.....!"

"Combined : Thunder Typhoon!"

A typhoon with thunder sparking everywhere inside. The Manwol's attack was cancelled but Viole and Byakuya were out of energy. All they could rely on hand on hand combat.

"Kwaaaaa...!!!"

The Manwol was raged.

They started fighting. Viole and Byakuya were performing perfectly synchronized attacks pressuring the Manwol from both side.

"Looks like our practice paid off."

"Yeah, good that we trained together."

Kai had hopes but the Manwol began using CC attacks.

[Note: CC stands for Crowd Control. These are attacks used to clear wide range of enemies at once. Having a big radius, groups of enemies can be targeted with ease.]

The Manwol started rotating dark energy around its body 3. It had become untouchable.

After it knocked them back, it quickly grabbed Viole and modified its hand to form a pointed blade.

*Slash* Everyone thought Viole was done for. But it was clashing with a driver. It was a boy, or should I say the boy...

"The white light, it's really him...." , Yuna mumbled.
