1 Third Young Master

"Ahhhh!!! What the hell is wrong with me?" A youngster could be seen sitting in a lotus position loudly cursing.

Even though he was cursing loudly, there was no trace of anger on his face but great annoyance. This youngster was the 3rd young master of the great Ling clan, Ling Ren.

He was the favorite son of the clan chief amongst many of his great siblings. Ever since he was born, he had created nothing but miracles one after another.

He started talking when he was only 3 months old. He started walking at 4 months and was able to best a regular adult in wrestling at the age of 1.

Ling Ren got up and stood in front of mirror looking at himself and sighed. Why am I so freakishly handsome?

Sigh.

He admired himself for awhile before going back to sitting in the lotus position. He started to sense the spiritual qi around him and tried to gather them into his body.

All the qi in 1 mile radius started to rush towards him until it formed a huge tornado with him as the eye of the storm.

Ling Ren used his soul to control the qi and drag it into his body but right before it made contact with his body, the spiritual qi mysteriously disappeared.

Not even a strand of spiritual qi entered his body. There was no surprise on Ling Ren's face, not even disappointment. Ling Ren has tried the same thing for tens of thousands of times.

Every time the spiritual would just disappeared even when he ate spiritual fruits, it would be to no avail.

It was like his body couldn't use the qi at all.

Sigh.

"I guess this is enough for today since I have to attend the clan party this evening."

Ling Ren got up and started getting ready for the meeting. Ling Ren walked outside and looked around at the vast wilderness that surrounded him.

It was baffling how the great young master of the Ling clan have to live live miles away from the city.

This was all because of an incident that occurred when he was just 3 years old. When Ling Ren first sensed spiritual qi, he gathered so much spiritual qi that it nearly destroyed the Ling clan compound and injured many of the mortal servants and weaker cultivators.

Thus the clan chief had to build a mansion on the side of a mountain. His mother used to live with him but as he grew older, she couldn't handle the great amount of spiritual qi that gathers when he tried to cultivate.

Ling Ren was like a Bugatti without a steering wheel, he could go fast but he couldn't control where he's going.

Sigh.

Ling Ren walked down a narrow pathway until he reached a little pond with crystal clear water. He stripped himself and jumped in right away.

After splashing around for a bit he looked down at his body which was elegantly packed with perfectly symmetrical muscles.

After enjoying the cool water, he looked down at his crotch and sighed with pride filling in his eyes.

Even though he couldn't cultivate, his body has always been getting stronger since he was born. He didn't know why or how this was possible, but at this point he didn't really care much. It always makes him wonder why he couldn't cultivate in the first place and where all the spiritual qi goes to.

Ling Ren knew that even if he sat here thinking about it, he wouldn't know the answer. What really matters is that he was getting stronger and stronger by the day.

Ling Ren stood up and took a fresh set of clothes from his inter spatial ring along with a beautifully crafted spirit boat.

Every time he look at the the purple ring on his finger, it would always make him wonder how lucky he was. Inter spatial were not by any means ordinary and only people with high status could get ahold of them.

Even in the Ling clan, only the clan chief and elders had them excluding him.

He got on his spirit boat and headed towards the city in which the main branch of the Ling clan resides in.
