47 Ch. 46 - The bathroom accident

[Just went to celebrate with my mothers birthday and went drinking with my friends. I might be a bit drunk rn so I didnt manage to write a chapter today however I still have a stockpiled chapter so I would still publish today.]

"I suggest not to execute Gothel but instead, we should lock her in a prison full of mirrors." Rapunzel said, gathering the questionable looks of everyone at the table.

[A/N: I saw a comment of a reader that somehow managed to predict the punishment lol.]

"Why is that, Rapunzel?" King Frederic asked as Rapunzel proceeded to explain.

"You see, what Gothel likes the most is to keep her youth and appearance, which is the reason why she kidnapped me in the first place. Now, if we put her in prison forever full of mirrors, she would slowly see herself aging, losing her youth and appearance which I think is far better punishment for someone like her." As soon as Rapunzel was finished speaking, almost everyone stared at her in shock. They didn't expect this from someone like Rapunzel! Her appearance gave her the charm of an innocent maiden however what she just proposed is something that only cruel people could think of.

'My daughter has indeed grown up but in a bad way.' King Frederic sighed inside his mind. When he first saw Rapunzel, he thought she'd be more innocent than she looks. Looks like her resentment on Gothel is far deeper than he expected.

Meanwhile, Tigress was nodding her head in agreement while Jin just looked at Rapunzel with an amused smile.

'Weird, why does she look more beautiful when she said that? Wait, what am I saying?! I already have a wife!' Jin shook his head from this vulgar thoughts.

After finishing their dinner, it was finally night time. Surely tomorrow morning, after implementing Gothel's punishment, there would be a big festival to welcome the return of their lost princess.

As Rapunzel finally had her own room, a grand guest room was given to Jin and Tigress.

"At least the room looks a bit cozy." Jin remarked as he laid flat on the bed. The looks of the room wasn't that much however, it has its own fireplace, which is good enough since it's freezing outside, especially at night. This world isn't the same as the earth on his past world, which means there are no oils being used and smokes destroying the ecosystem, and with that the ozone layer is still in its prime and that means the sun's heat won't affect the earth too much like the earth in his past life.

Tigress also nodded her head and sat next to him on the bed, her face seems to be wanting to say something.

"Whatever it is, just say it." Jin noticed this and helped her.

"Sigh... Jin, what do you think of Rapunzel?" She asked after sighing and hesitating.

"Zel? Hmm, she's pretty, smart, innocent, a bit naive but it's different now and her long blonde hair adds to her charm. Why do you ask?" Jin placed his hand beneath his chin and started thinking for a moment before counting what he thought of Rapunzel with his fingers.

"It's nothing much, I just realized that the look that Rapunzel gave you earlier is similar to me when I first fell in love with you." Tigress shrugs her shoulders and says. Jin stopped moving as he squinted his eyes at Tigress.

"What are you implying, my little kitten? Are you jelly?" Jin asked and teased her as he poked her cheeks.

"No, I'm not. I'm just worried about her. She knows that you already have me which means that her feelings for you would be forever buried inside her heart unless she found someone else." Tigress explained as she continued after getting Jin's attention.

"However, that would be nigh-impossible after all, would your feelings change on the man who saved you and brought you back to your real parents? Unless something bad happened to her and a man saved her, then her feelings would change to another man. Jin...." Tigress finished before facing Jin and calling out his name.

"What do you think about this?" Tigress asked, making Jin's face twitched, he's on a very hard path here and what he says next would either make Tigress angry or sad.

".....Maybe we should wait first and see if her feelings for me disappear, after all, this might just be a childhood crush, I mean everyone has those and she's probably no exception." Jin answered after a moment of thinking and hesitation.

".....Fair enough. Let's sleep." Tigress said after staring at Jin's eyes before laying on the bed and proceeded to sleep.

Jin wiped off the sweat that has accumulated on his forehead before lying back on the bed, hugging and spooning Tigress on his arms. Her human form has made her smaller than her Tigress form which makes it easy for him to spoon her in his arms.

And just like that, the next morning has arrived. A maid knocked on their door, waking Jin up while Tigress woke up a bit but went back to sleep.

After untangling himself from Tigress's limbs, Jin stood up as he stretched his whole body.

*Crack!*

*Snap!*

"Ahhh~." Moaning in relief and satisfaction, Jin then opened the door, meeting the maid head on, who immediately bowed her head after seeing him.

"It is time for your bath, Lord Jin." The maid said before leading him towards a very large bathroom! If Jin didn't see the toilet inside, he would've thought this was some kind of ball room.

"What's with them?" That's when Jin noticed that there were 10 other maids inside, all bowing to him.

"We are here to help you bathe, Lord Jin. Please take off your clothes."

"Eh?"

After kicking all the maids out, Jin finally sat inside the huge sauna, releasing a mist that covers almost his entire vision in the bathroom.

"Ahhh~." Jin once again sighed in satisfaction. He doesn't know how the hell did sauna exist in this world or maybe it is not sauna and they probably call it in another term.

*Creak*

*Thud!*

'Hm? Someone went in? I could hear the footsteps but I can't see who. It must be Tigress.' Jin said to himself as a mischievous grin appeared on his face.

'Hehe, might as well as do her here. I've been itching a bit lately.' After Jin continued inside his mind, his blend quietly blended in the background. He saw a dark figure among the mist, so he sneakily walked behind the figure before pouncing on her, as they both fell on the water in the sauna.

"Ahhh!" The dark figure's soft voice yelp, definitely not Tigress's voice.

*Splash!*

'The voice sounds different... Then who the hell is this...' Jin wandered to himself as he stood up and watched the dark figure, slowly being unveiled as the mist dispersed.

Instead of seeing tanned skin and short orange hair, Jin saw a white, smooth and delicate skin coupled with a very long blonde hair that trailed across the floor.

Tracing the body with his eyes, Jin saw that the body was different and the long blonde hair looked familiar to him.

Soon, Jin laid his eyes upon the mysterious figure's face and what he saw next made him froze in shock.

It was Rapunzel.

"J-Jin...." Rapunzel blushed rapidly as she quickly covered her eyes with her palm, however her eyes can be seen between the gaps of her fingers, looking down at his toned body.

"I'm so dead..." Jin muttered in shock before another realization dawned upon him.

'Isn't her 18th birthday tomorrow? Then.....' Inside Jin's mind, he saw himself being escorted by the FBI as they pushed him inside their car seat.

"EEEHHHHHHH!!!!,"

Outside the bathroom, King Frederic and Queen Arianna stared at the bathroom as they heard Jin's yell inside.

"Is this really the solution? It's like we're giving Rapunzel away just to make ties with Jin." Queen Arianna worriedly said to her husband.

"It's fine. Rapunzel likes him, I know it. If what we heard from Rapunzel is true. Then perhaps Jin could be the one to save our Kingdom. We are on the verge of war with the neighboring Kingdoms. We need large manpower.... I'm afraid if we can't have Jin to help us, then our Kingdom would be conquered, our citizens would be killed and submerged into cruel situations.....I don't want that to happen as I am their King." King Frederic said with a sigh in anxiety.

"What about Jin's wife, Tigress? If she knows what we're doing then, she definitely wouldn't like it."

"Sigh. I've written in that parchment that I gifted Jin, declaring him as our Kingdom's Duke. With his status, perhaps it is only natural for him to have other women." King Frederic said, and just as Queen Arianna was about to reply, they suddenly heard a chilling voice behind them.

"Are you sure about that? From what I know, Jin hasn't agreed to that yet." Hearing Tigress's voice, both King Frederic and Queen Arianna shuddered in fear and shock.

"T-Tigress." King Frederic shivered as he tried to find a way to explain.

Surprisingly, Tigress sighed as she pushed them aside and stood in front of the bathroom.

"Normally I should be mad about this but if it's Rapunzel, then perhaps it would be fine for me." Tigress said before turning around to face them.

"However, I won't agree unless you both tell Jin the truth and if he disagrees about it, then you can consider us gone from this Kingdom." Tigress said with a glare before growling and kicking the bathroom's door.

*Boom!*

Inside the bathroom, Jin was standing in front of Rapunzel with his eyes covered in a large tower.

"Jin..." Tigress called out to him, making Jin think that Tigress discovered him 'cheating' on her.

"Tigress, it's not what it looks like. I was just having a bath when Rap-."

"I know. Come with me, we have something to talk about." Tigress said before grabbing Jin's hands and walked outside, thankfully his body was also covered in a towel.

Before she completely leaves, she glares at the royal couple for the last time before leaving.

Seeing this as a message for them to do as she says, they sighed and helped Rapunzel get dressed.

Since Tigress has told them so, then there's no use in keeping the secret of the situation of their Kingdom to Rapunzel anymore.

"Mother, Father? What's going on? I thought you told me this was my personal bathroom?" Rapunzel said with a hint of slight anger and satisfaction in her tone.

"I'm sorry, dear but we haven't been really honest with you. Just get dressed and come with us, we have something to tell you." Queen Arianna said with a somber tone.
