120 Ch. 117 - You know each other?!

"Oh right! I'll introduce you to my wife and daughter! I'm sure they will definitely like you!" After realizing that it's almost been an hour since he started talking with Jin, Dracula remembered that it was his daughter's birthday and wanted to introduce Jin to his family.

"Lead the way." Jin extended his arm forward, letting Dracula walk in front of him so he could follow.

"Dad? Where are you, mom is looking for you." As Dracula was about to walk back towards the castle, he suddenly heard his daughter's voice calling out for him.

"My little Mavis! Daddy's here!" Speak of the devil!Dracula's face beamed up as he excitedly ran towards the source of the voice.

Jin followed him and they both met with Mavis who was searching for him.

"Hey dad. Mom is looking fo-." Mavis sighed in relief and said when her eyes suddenly met with Jin's.

"It's you!" Mavis pointed her finger at Jin and asked in surprise. Making Dracula stop in his tracks and frown as he didn't expect for his little Mavis to know Jin.

"Wait, you both know each other?" Dracula in confusion. He wasn't expecting this.

Nevertheless, he was also a bit excited that her daughter got to know his benefactor.

"We met at the hotel earlier when I just got out of my room. He told me that he was in a hurry." Mavis said casually. However, her eyes can't be said the same as she was staring directly at Jin's eyes, as if something about him was attracting her attention.

"Wait, you've been in the hotel? Why didn't you tell me? I could've attended you and introduced you to everyone!" Dracula questioned Jin as he felt like Jin was deliberately avoiding him.

"I was in fact, looking for you earlier. However I have quite a small problem with me right now and I can't let her be seen by the monsters inside."

"Her? Wait, you already have a wife!" Dracula squinted her eyes in suspicion before excitedly exclaiming. However, Mavis suddenly had a distant look on her face when it was mentioned that Jin had a wife which went unnoticed by both of them.

"Three actually. You just talked to the other two." Jin raised his three fingers and said with a slight smug tone. As soon as Jin mentioned that, the distant look on Mavis's face slowly faded and was replaced with a small glint in her eyes.

"The other two?" Meanwhile, Dracula was confused about who the two wives that Jin mentioned were.

"I'll introduce you to them later." Jin waved his hand and finished. As much as he wanted to reveal it however it would be better if he introduced them face to face.

"Oh right! Although you both know each other. Please allow me to formally introduce you both to each other." Dracula closed his eyes with a smile before pointing his arms towards Mavis.

"Mavis, this is my benefactor, the Great Devil Jin! Jin, this is my cutest, sweetest and most adorable daughter of mine, Mavis Dracula!" Although it may seem like Dracula exaggerated a bit on Mavis's introduction, however when Jin saw Mavis's blinking eyes with a small smile adorning her face, Jin changed his mind and felt like Dracula's even understating Mavis's introduction.

"Wait, your benefactor? You mean the Great Devil that saved Monsters from those humans? The Hero of all Monsters!? The Greatest Monster of all time!? And the most handsome monster of all!?" When Mavis heard Dracula's introduction on Jin, her eyes suddenly widened in surprise, she didn't expect that the person that she casually bumped into earlier turns out to be a big shot!

"Although I didn't know about the last one but for the rest. Yes, yes that's him." Dracula replied with a small excitement on his face. Though he felt weirded out by Mavis's last sentence as he felt like she just made it up on the spot.

Nevertheless, Dracula didn't mind it as Jin was indeed handsome and pleasing to the eyes, so she was not wrong to call him the most handsome of all.

"Holy Rabies! I'm such a huge fan!" Mavis got so excited that she even teleported in front of Jin as she leaned her body forward towards him as both of their faces are just a few centimeters away from each other.

Dracula frowned at seeing their slight closeness to each other. He felt like someone that belongs to him is slowly being stolen in front of him, though he doesn't know what it is.

Looking at Mavis's huge smile on the face, Jin can't help but feel some kind of small attraction towards her.

'Weird, normally I could resist someone's beauty however, why does she feel more pleasant and attractive to my eyes?' Jin wondered to himself while Mavis was jumping around and asking several questions.

"Oh my gosh, I can't believe this! The Great Devil turns out to be real and he's even in front of me!"

"Hey, can you tell me everything about you? I'm so curious! Is it true that you can kill a human with a single punch?"

"How about flying? I heard you can fly with your wings!"

"I also heard that you once jumped in a volcano and started swimming there as if it was nothing!"

"Do humans really fear you? I heard they even turned you into a legend that they fear everyday!"

"Where were you after the Great War? They said you went out alone to finish the humans that waged war against the monsters. Did you win?"

"What about your powers? What are your powers?"

As Mavis got even closer and closer towards Jin while her questions also started to get a bit personal, Dracula knew it was time for him to step in lest she might anger the Great Devil, Jin.

"Alright, that's all for the questions for now, my mavy wavy. How about you go back inside and tell mommy we're going back inside okay? It's your birthday, you need to be in your best condition later. Now, shoo shoo, my cutie Cerberus." Dracula grabbed Mavis's shoulders before rotating her body to face the path that leads to the Hotel's entrance before slightly pushing her so she would start walking back.

"What? But what about Jin?" Mavis was reluctant as she wanted to spend more time with Jin and ask more questions just to sate her curiosity.

"Don't worry about him. I'll take care of him and make sure he gets the best treatment he will ever get!" Dracula replied as he continued to push Mavis forward so she would start walking back.

"Okay..." With slight reluctance, Mavis prepared herself to use her very special skill that would make even the Gods kneel before her.

"Oh no no no no, my little tarantula. I know that look. You used it on me earlier but I won't fall for it the 2nd time. Close your eyes." Dracula shook his head and kept rejecting Mavis's special skill by covering her cute eyes with his hand in order to not be affected by it.

God knows how strong that skill is.

"Awww...." Mavis's shoulders slumped as she just failed in her attempt. Though she still turned her face to Jin and waved her hand at him.

"See you later, Great Devil." Mavis dejectedly told her farewell before proceeding to walk back towards the castle on her own.

Nonetheless, she still met with Jin, the Great Devil, so she felt quite lucky and thankful.

'I wonder why I feel some kind of attraction to him.' While walking, Mavis held her chest and felt her heart beating.

Normally, as Vampires, their heart beat rates are much slower than humans, so feeling the quick beat of her heart makes Mavis confused about her sudden situation.

'Maybe I should ask mom, she probably knows this.' Mavis made a note to herself, not knowing that Jin also feels the same about her and both of them don't know that the reason was due to the flash of purple glint in their eyes when they met.

Meanwhile, Dracula turned around and faced Jin, a smile that was still plastered on his face as if he was a clown instead of a vampire.

".....What?" Noticing Dracula's stare on him, Jin quickly covered his body away from him and said with a slight cautiousness on his voice.

"What? No, you misunderstand! I was just curious how you seemed like you didn't age.....You're still the same friend that I met a thousand years ago." Dracula explained quickly before the misunderstanding could escalate further.

"Oh that....I'm quite immortal." Jin seemed hesitant at first as if he was hiding something, at least according to Dracula's perspective right now. As the truth is Jin was thinking of a good reason to explain his ageless appearance.

"....Immortal?! Even vampires like me would die once we reach 10,000 years old, unless we go on a very long hibernate which stops our body from ageing."

"I guess I'm just special." As a matter of fact, what Jin just said about being immortal is true. Not only he has the devil bloodline coursing through his veins with the possibility of his fallen angel bloodline mixed in, there's also his template system which might give him a very strong character that doesn't age someday.

Hopefully.

Putting those aside, Dracula and Jin finished their conversation when Jin suddenly remembered something.

"Oh, right. Dracs." Jin called out to him.

It didn't even take a second before Dracula was facing him once again.

"Do you remember when I told you that I can't show myself inside because of a certain someone?"

"Yeah, I heard you mention that earlier. Why? If it's about the appearance, she doesn't have to be shy. I've seen much worse. Ugh, now I remember that guest who looked like a pile of poo." Dracula reassured before his face turned into disgust as he remembered a certain guest with an unsightly appearance.

"It's not about the appearances, Dracs....I'm talking about her race."

"Race? What do you mean?" Dracula just got more confused as Jin continued and finished his sentence so Dracula won't have to be confused anymore.

"She's a....human."
