The Ocean looke really beautiful today thought Garfield as he looked out of the window of flight OC 8559 from LA to the Cannarian Islands. Who knows what eldric horrors could lurk in the deep and would like to catch such an tiny vehicle like the plane in which he sat. The thought sent an icy shiver down his spine and he urged himself to think of something else. But it was no use. Garfield's thoughts keept drifting to horror scenarios in which the plane suddenly had to land due to an technical error and he and the other passengers swam soaked in the icy water, but there was something, watching them swimming on the sureface and it was just wating to grab some of them and take them into the depths where no

one can hear them scream.

Shortly before he had another hysterical attack because of his Thallasophobie, said his neighbor, a man who was getting on his years, "You are not good, should I get some help ?". Garfiel who was snapped out of his thoughts, didn't dare to look up and instead focuses on his fist's, where you could already see the white of his knuckels because he clenched them so tightly. "Thanks but that's not necessary. I'm feeling much better" he lied. The man replied "But you should at last let youself be examined, as pale as you are there is a wonder that you don't fall over". Garfield started to say something but stopped as he felt something thugging on him, or rather something inside him. 'Something is definitelly not right. Maybe I should take the old mans advice'. He was just about to get up when he feels an immense heat that burned thought his intestines. The pain was like nothing he felt before and Garfield collapsed on his seat.

A gray haze settled over everything and he felt something liquit run down his cheeks. As if thought cotton he could hear the old man screaming for help, then everything went dark and the last thing he felt was cold water eneloping him but this time he welcomed it.
