CHAPTER ONE. #Chopper the Doc

Today for chopper was one of the best days of the week, She usually go out on Saturdays and Sundays. Today was a Saturday and she had a lot to look up to. The light shinning through Chopper's window was bright enough to wake her up from her deep sleep, with a big smile on her face she got ready to start her day.

As soon as Chopper woke up she took her medicine, She saw the delicious fried egg and toast bread made by nurse Sarah. Chopper laughed cause she remembered how Sarah hate cooking but this time Sarah had no option but to cook on Saturdays, it was Sarah turn to cook for Chopper.

After Chopper had finish her morning routine Chopper heads our to look for patients to talk to. As Chopper was running round the Hospital , Dr Icent a doctor in the Hospital noticed how she was interrupting the staffs and patients in the Hospital.

Dr Icent catches her by the hand "Chopper!!, how many times do I have to warn you to stop running in the Hospital its bad for your health and my job", Dr Icent said this with a very harsh tone. " Don't worry Doc, I won't get get you fired" Chopper replied and walked away from him. To Chopper Dr Icent was like a mean over protective Dad and his big mustache only made it worst.

As Chopper moved to another place in the Hospital she saw some of the doctors talking to a patient. One of the doctors talking to the patient was Dr Alex it turns out the patient was involved in an unfortunate fire accident at home. He was the only one that was able to come out of it with minimum injures but his wife and his three kids were badly injured. Chopper was used to seeing this kind of scenario it was when Doctors tell the patient a heart breaking new and truth that would crush them emotionally.

"Am very sorry sir we did all we could" Dr Alex said it with a very emotional face, unlike before Dr Alex was good at staying calm and collective in this kind of situations but this time it was hard for him. Just the thought of telling someone his wife and all his kids wasn't able to make it eat Alex mind, Even Chopper was able to notice that Dr Alex hands were shaking from a distance.

To everyone's surprise including Chopper the man took the information with ease and no tears at all "Thank you for your work " The patient said with a fake smile on his face, it was so obvious that the smile was fake. As the patient leaves Chopper couldn't help but notice the look on his face it was an expression chopper was all to familiar with, it was an expression Chopper had been living with all her life. It was that moment someone acted like they are fine but deep down everything was falling apart.

The patient was in his room , he was facing the ground and with his hands on his head he started crying. He was filled with pain as he was in doubt. To him he had only one solution left, to him it was the only way out. He thought to himself to take his own life but he gave the world a chance to change his mind,he was looking for a sign,anything at all,even if it was the smallest of signs or a vision and at this point in his life he was looking for any kind of hope to stop him from what he was about to do.

Chopper had followed him from behind, Chopper had made up her mind to do something,anything to help him. She thought to herself she was the only one that could save him from the pain since she did not see anybody comforting him. As Chopper opened the door she saw the patient with a knife and with the look on his face she knew what he was about to do.

The patient froze as Chopper opened the door he saw her as the sign he was looking for,to him she was his hope. Chopper stepped in and with a smile on her face she pulled the knife from his hands. "Its okay to cry just because you're a grown up doesn't mean you should always man up all the time" Chopper said it with a shaky voice she usually talk to patient but this was the first time she had to stop one from commit suicide, she was obviously tense up.

"what's your name kid?", the patient asked as tears kept rolling down from his eyes down to the floor.

" Its Chopper, that what they call me around here ". " my names Ayo....."the patient said but Chopper interrupted Ayo before he could finish his statement with a hug, she know fully well that she was hugging a stranger but she cared less cause she could feel his pain. "From now on I'll call you Mr Bunny".
