Chapter 1: New beginnings

Blood, inside of a grand hall spanning a full 10 cubic kilometers, for as far as the eye can see there is only blood, everywhere but one small spot surrounding a single seated man with a bloody spear strapped to his back, this man had slightly tanned skin with multiple large wounds adoring his body, although blood is visible on the wounds it strangely hasn't flowed onto the rest of his body, it seems as if he had just gone through an extremely tough battle.

"I must apologize for this mistake my king, I hadn't expected such a reaction from the Malevolent Chasm, it seems they were so desperate they decided to go down with us" said the man to apparently no one while looking at the shallow lake of blood. He attempted to move but he was too feeble to even clench his hands, apparently his wounds had indeed taken a large toll on him, slowly he began teetering over onto his side until he finally collapsed, as he did so the blood seen flowing in his wounds began to spill onto the body and the ground, the blood lake seemingly held back by an invisible barrier quickly encroached onto his now dead body, it looked like a starved animal that couldn't wait to finally devour it's meal.

The view slowly pans out from the hall, out past the entire building and stops at an aerial viewpoint, the inside of the castle walls is just like the inside of the hall, a reservoir of blood with flattened buildings peppered everywhere, the gargantuan palace surpassing 100 cubic kilometers at which the hall is located within is destroyed as well with various towers having collapsed. But the most eye-catching sight in this horrible wreckage was the 4 massive bodies, demon gods, with sizes slightly larger than the palace itself, with horns, tails, hooves, and bat-like wings surrounded the palace from the North, South, East, and West, these horrendous creatures had bulging muscles surpassing even the great Arnold Schwarzenegger's, their demonic bodies all had their limbs and heads cleaved off which produced waterfalls of blood adding to the blood lake which had already formed. Strangely, there wasn't a single human body in sight aside from the now-dead man.

"Those damn sh*theads from Malevolent Chasm! Just 'cause you're gonna get wiped out doesn't mean you get to turn into a terrorist and suicide bomb us! Cowards!"

… the ghost of the man who passed away earlier pulled down his pants and rubbed his ass all over the demon god's faces...

Inside of an orphanage a young couple, a man with light brown skin, short black hair and light brown eyes and a woman with slightly tanned skin, dirty blonde hair, and gray eyes, pointed at the picture of a black-haired boy with fair white skin of approximately 7 years of age with a poker face.

"We thought it over and have decided to accept him into our family!" the young woman said.

A middle aged white woman with black hair responded carefully, "Are you sure Ms.Wagner? Although this boy is very well-behaved and takes care of the younger children, he doesn't speak much, he may not be suited to your young family, plus there was the time he had a strange seizure with no warning a year ago, that scared me. I would rather not see him nor your family to suffer a loss so please consider carefully"

"Yes, Mrs.Woods we are sure of our decision, we wanted a boy at first so he could help and protect any daughters we have, but it turns out that we had a daughter first haha, we believe this young boy's attitude to be perfect for us! And we are confident in raising him into a happy normal boy", the young man replied with a determined smile.

The middle-aged woman smiled and accepted their application. "Well alrighty then! just give me a call if you need any advice!".

"Of course! We would like to thank you in advance Mrs.Woods" The young man replied again.

Inside of a floating SUV that has a baby seat in the back the young boy and the young couple sat

"We're going to be family from now on so you can call us mom and dad, but if you don't feel comfortable doing that yet you can call us by our first names, I'm Valerie, and he is Aryan, don't hesitate to tell us anything! ok Leo?", said the young woman named Valerie.

Leo nods in response.

During the drive to Leo's new home Valerie and Aryan did most of the talking while Leo either communicated through gestures or he replied non-committaly, this did not cause the couple to lose interest though, as they were still very excited about this new family member.
