Reinhard

I got into the plane.My eyes were searching for that beautiful woman.I went to my seat.Oh my god!The same beautiful woman was sitting next to me.Was it a co-incidence?I could not believe my eyes.She stared at me like she was also surprised to see me next to her.Her eyes were shining brightly.As I wanted to talk to her she had already closed her eyes.

It might not be right to disturb her I thought and I also closed my eyes.Even I closed my eyes her face was revolving around my mind.Her face,smile and voice everything seemed familiar to me. How was it possible?After all she was just a stranger to me.But why every time I saw her I was reminded of my childhood crush Lindsley.

I was lost in my childhood memories.I went back to my school days some 20 years before.I had shifted with my parents to the new city due to the new business project of my father.My father was a famous business tycoon.I was the only son of my parents.

There I was admitted in one of the reputed schools.It was Monday and my first day in my new school.I was admitted in grade 6. Our principal took me to the class room and introduced me to my new friends.

All of a sudden my eyes stopped at a charming girl with beautiful big eyes.She had long blonde hair. Her cheeks were rosy.She was just like a princess of fairy tales.I had never noticed any girl like this before.She was my first crush.

" Meet Lindsley..She is the bright student of this class.....Lindsley! help Reinhard with your notes"the principal introduced us.

Hi! Glad to meet with you.... I smiled at her.

"Hi! Glad to meet with you too.."She replied with an innocent smile on her face.I could feel as she was feeling shy.She wasn't able to look at me directly .She was like an angel.

Soon we became close friends.Years passed and we grew closer and closer and became best friends.We helped and cared eachother .We had known each other so well.

All other girls wanted to seek my attention because I had become the champ and moreover they knew that I was the only son of a famous business tycoon.But it was Lindsley who was totally different.She was so special to me and I had already fallen for her.Her friendship was as pure as water .She was my true friend.

I got to know that she was an orphan and brought up in an Orphanage home.She had lost her parents in a car accident.This really hurt me.I could feel her pain deeply.But I wanted her to become a strong girl.

I could not tolerate anyone hurting her for her being an orphan.I could not see tears in her eyes.

It was the starting days in our grade 10. Suddenly one day we got a call from my grandmother that grandfather had suffered a cardiac arrest.So without wasting time we rushed to our grandparent's home.We realised that grandparents needed our care.Hence my father decided to stay with them in their old-age.I was very happy to stay with my grandparents.But at the same time I was already missing my crush and my best friend Lindsley.I could not even imagine my life without her.

I had tried to express my feelings to her many times but I failed .I feared that she might misunderstood me and I might lose our true friendship.And I didn't want to do so.Many years passed.And there was not a single day that passed without remembering her.I was lucky that I had a potrait of us drawn and gifted by Lindsley in our first friendship day. The portrait was close to my heart.I always kept it beside my bed.

In these 16 years I had never met any girl like her.After my graduation I had gone to meet her in Mother Mary Orphanage Home. I had thought that this time I would definitely express my feelings to her .I would purpose her for marriage.But I got to knew that she had shifted to another City.I requested the in-charge of the Orphanage Home to provide her address.But they told me that it was not permitted.I sadly returned from there.But there was still a strong hope inside me that our destiny would bring us together oneday.

Suddenly I heard the announcement that our plane had safely landed.And I was back again from my sweet childhood memory.I was just smiling.

We got out. My manager was waiting with a car.I was looking at her .I saw that someone was waiting with a car for her too.She was also looking at me curiously.However I waved my hands and smiled at her.I didn't know why but I wanted to stop her and talk to her.She also waved her hands with an innocent smile.Then she got into the car.I was just staring at the car till it got out of my sight.

"Good evening sir.We were all waiting for you .Please get inside the car." I heard my manager.

Ohhh! Good evening Mike ... Let's Go....I replied.I got into the car and sat beside the window.I was just thinking about that strange beautiful woman the whole way until our car stopped in front of the Green Mount View Hotel.I even didn't hear anything that my manager was explaining to me.I was just lost in the thoughts of that woman whom I was not going to meet again.

We got out from the car and entered the hotel.We took the lift and stopped at the tenth floor.

" Room no.323.This is your key sir. Get fresh. Give me a call whenever you get free.I will update you about tomorrow's conference.I am next to you.Have a great day sir." Mike told.

Okay be here after an hour .We have to discuss about tomorrow's conference.And please send me a cup of black coffee and a hot dog.I told to Mike.

"Sure sir " saying that Mike left.

I took bath and changed myself into casual tshirt and shorts.Soon I heard a knock at my door.I opened the door and found the waiter standing.

" Here's your black coffee and hot dog sir" the waiter said.

Okey thanks. Keep it on the table .I told him.

He came inside kept the tray on the table and left.

I shut the door and went to the balcony with my coffee and hot dog.

I sat on the chair and started taking sips of coffee.It was evening .The view from the hotel's balcony was just mesmerizing.The reddish and bluish combination was giving golden touch to the sky as the sun was ready to set down.The green trees seemed as they were dancing with the blow of gentle air.The flowers with colourful petals were amazing.The view was just soothing my heart.

Moreover the innocent smile and beautiful face of that strange woman was occupying my mind. Her charming face reminded me of my childhood crush .How was that possible? I was here for the conference .I had to focus on my conference.But I was not able to concentrate .

Please God what's happening to me? Help me out.I took a deep breath.I just finished my coffee and hot dogs.I gave a call to my manager Mike.

He was there within a minute.He started explaining me about the project deal that we were going to handover to one of the best companies. Representatives from different companies were attending the conference to get the contract deal with us. Since I was the CEO,I had to select the best presentation to sign the contract deal with. After a long discussion,it was the time for dinner.

"Let's go for the dinner sir.Our team members are waiting for us in the dining hall." Mike asked.

Sure. Let's go.We headed towards the dining hall.All our team members were waiting for me over there. All of them greeted me as I entered the hall.We sat around the big dining table.We discussed about the project for a while.Then we all parted after having dinner together.
