5 Chapter 4 : Time skip and Training

Four years passed since I came to this world and now I'm six years old. I really never got out of the house that often, I did go out sometimes with my mom or go play with Kakashi in his house when uncle Sakumo is out but besides that I didn't go out of the house since it had everything that I needed inside the house.

My training started when I hit four years old, my dad would take to the backyard and make me run. He made me run until I could not feel my legs no more, I would take five minutes as pause and He would make me do cardio exercises, thirty second of intense running followed by a sixty second pause. I would do that everyday until I can not feel my body anymore before we stop.

After the physical training he would teach me some basic taijutsu movement. I was pretty quick to catch on to that so when I was five years old he started to make me do special Taijutsu training and to specialize in some kind of weapon. He asked me what kind of weapon do I want to use, the first thing that came to my mind was the sword so I told him that.

He was himself a sword user so training in swords would be fairly easy for him but not for me though. He gave me a wooden Katana to use as training material, when I become a Genin he will buy me a real one.

First we would do warmup exercises, I asked him what is the use of a warmup, I know but I need to act like a child. Thank god that we can't use the dôjutsu skills on people with the same blood as you, so they couldn't read my memories... so I asked the use of warmup exercises

Dad/: " Well... baby you see playing with a sword or a sword substitute puts tremendous pressure on the muscle groups that power it. A thorough warm-up helps the body get ready to wield the katana at full force. I would do while holding the wooden Katana some overhead raises, side to side twist, behind the back twist, side to side lunges, do some infinity moves with the katana and light vertical cuts. After that we would move to the main workout.

There are lot of of exercises that we can do but among them dad taught the 10,000 cuts workout, quick draw workout and ninja hunter workout. He also gave the descriptions of these different exercises.

Quick draw/: Long before the Wild West idea of a duel became popular Samurai would meet each other, accompanied by their retainers, and battle it out to the death for reputation and honor. The fastest draw, in that situation, could sometimes win the duel. Samurai were adept at drawing the katana and cutting with the same motion and there is an entire system of Japanese swordplay devoted to perfecting the technique of the quick draw. The Quick Draw uses the draw to slash and quickly move forward to cut. The moves can be performed on spot or as quick attack steps, the momentum of the step further adding to the ferocity and effectiveness of the cut. ( AN/: taken from Darebee.com )

You do the exercise by repeating the four starting moves of drawing the sword. Grip, Twist, Draw and Horizontal cut.

10,000 cuts/: There is only one way to master the Way of the Sword and that's to get lots of blisters, feel your forearms screaming, make your shoulders burn and build up a good sweat. This is what we call the 10,000Cuts katana workout. If you're new to this, you will find it enlightening. If you're doing it as part of the katana week series by now you're halfway there. The exercise is done by repeating ten thousand times the basic cuts. Vertical, Cross, Horizontal and uppercut.

Ninja Hunter/: When you hunt ninja you'd best be prepared to cut and defend, block and counterattack. The Ninja Hunter katana workout takes you through some complex moves that require upper body coordination, nimble footwork and deft body positioning. What you then need to do is be precise, collected and totally fearless. Remember, the real weapon is you. Your body is the katana and your mind is the ultimate weapon. The workout is done by repeating a series of combo like upward block + Horizontal cut, upward block + front kick, upward block + cross cut and downward block + thrust + upward block + Horizontal cut.

That was a routine for me, I would go it every morning before eating breakfast. After the Taijutsu training my Grandpa who is the Ninjutsu specialist in the house would take me and teach me chakra control. Once I was done with that he started to teach different D and C rank jutsu of every style. I did check my element with the chakra paper and it seems to be Water and lightning.

But he didn't want me to only be able to use two styles but all of them. At first he didn't want that but when he noticed my monster talent he wanted to see where would I go. I still didn't drop the Chakra control exercises since in our family we have a large amount of Chakra so it would be best to have full control over it.

I asked him about the space time jutsu he used and as I thought it is a Keikke Genkai in our family, he said

Grandpa/: " you need to unlock the third form of our Dôjutsu to be able to use it, once it is unlocked it will come naturally to you but you need to train to be able to control it. If you can't wait you can just learn how to use it like that kid named Minato... a real genius..."

After that my mom would teach me about everything else, Genjutsu, cooking, mathematics, history, geography and mostly common sense. My dad and my Grandpa lacks common sense, like they don't have common sense so if she let me with them I would be like that and she doesn't want her baby to be a freak who doesn't how to hold back and whatever he wants without any concern on how the surroundings see him.

Since dad married her, his lack of common sense have been reduced but my Grandpa's didn't.

For the two years I have been training I finally unlocked the first form of the Dôjutsu and when I took a look at my stats it looked like this

That's all I could see, it is not a system so can't see the progression of my techniques. But damn... I'm already at the level of a Chunnin, I mean who wouldn't with the Hellish training that I've been through.

What about my Chakra pool though, it's already at the level of a high Kage. I remember my Grandpa say that our lineage always had an immense amount of Chakra maybe that's why my Chakra pool is at this level.

To sum it up this last two years of training have made me super strong for my age. It's not like I'm stopping training in fact my dad and Grandpa said that they increase the intensity of the training since I'm in the academy. They want me to be labeled as a genius for all to see. Mom was against that because if I'm known as a super genius their enemies would try to eliminate me... that's what I was talking about lack of common sense.

Now that I think about it, I never really sparred with Kakashi, we do train together sometime When uncle Sakumo goes to mission and he stays in our house. But we really never sparred, next time I see him we're gonna do it.

I really like Kakashi, he's not that cold guy described in the early stage of the manga, guess it's because of his father's death. I'm gonna try to stop him from committing suicide since I'm here.

We've been at home all this time but Kakahi and I will have to go out everyday because we will starting the academy tomorrow.
