27 What a Bunch of Bitters!

Vladimir and Marvin returned to the club room with disappoitment on their face. They were warned by the security team not to roam around Dream Academy again because they might injure another night shift staff of Dream Academy.

But, there disappointment didn't last long though because when they returned and sat at their sits, and looked at the CCTV footage, it was at the moment when James opened its arms to receive the rushing Miya.

Marvin who only smile occasionally laughed a bit when Miya suddenly dodged James open arms. While Vladimir was laughing so hard when Miya suddenly moved to the side when they were just inches apart.

Vladimir stopped from laughing and said "Are we really looking for the thief?"

Vladimir's question was actually right. In there situation it was nearly impossible to concentrate on looking for the thief. It was only Vladimir and Marvin's group who were seriously looking for the thief while James and Leo's group were having a tragedy and romantic session somewhere.

"I think it's better to investigate the places where the thief last stole things. Maybe we can find some evidence on how the thief left with the stolen things unnoticed." Marvin replied.

Since they were not progressing with their searching, and maybe the thief has already noticed them and planned not to steal today, Marvin thought that it's better to investigate the place where the thief stole things because they might find something than to do something useless.

Red thought for a bit before he stood up from his chair.

"Okay, let's all go to the computer laboratory first!" Red said before walking out of the club room.

Soon, Vanessa, Vladimir, and Marvin left the room and followed Red to Dream Academy computer laboratory.

Meanwhile, on the 9th floor hallway. Leo and Jade were holding each others hands while looking around.

Leo was nervous and his cheeks were really red while holding Jade's hand. It was understandable though, since it was his first time holding a girls hand. ,

Because of the nervousness of holding someone's hands, Leo was screaming in his heart like a girl. Literally, he was screaming in excitement mix with nervousness.

"Now that I'm holding her hand, what should I do next? " Leo asked himself.

"Hey Leo." Jade suddenly said before stopping, turning her head to look at Leo.

Leo immediately became nervous as he slowly said "Y... Yeah?"

"Thank you for showing that you cared about me." Jade said with a beautiful smile.

"Ah!" Leo was feeling speechless. He was thinking of a way to reply on what Jade said.

"You don't have to reply. I know that your a shy type of person. James told me that you were having a hard time talking to girls. He also told me that if it was not because of the bet you made, you might not be talking to me right now." Jade said before looking straight to Leo's eyes.

Looking at Jade, Leo was thinking. Is this the moment where I need to kiss her? This is what those romantic movies always showed, except that the girl will say the word kiss me! Or maybe this is just my imaginations. Yes! That's right! This is just my imagination!

Leo panicked, his hands holding Jade's hand were trembling, it was as if Leo was having a 0.0001 magnitude mini-earthquake on his hand.

"What's wrong?" Jade asked curiously. She noticed that Leo's hand were trembling.

"Um.. Can I ask you something?" Leo said while holding his nervousness.

"Yes you can!" Jade replied with a smile.

Looking at Jade's smile, Leo was having a hard time controlling his nervousness. It was already hard controlling it, how much more seeing her smile. Leo thought.

"Wi... Wi... Will you be..." Leo was having a hard time completing his sentence.

Suddenly, Leo remembered James mocking face. It was as if Leo suddenly received a powerful energy somewhere like those main characters in cultivation novel, that he immediately push aside his nervousness and asked.

"WILL YOU BE MY GIRLFRIEND?!"

Hearing Leo's confession, Jade was shocked for a moment. After awhile, she smiled sweetly and replied.

"Yes!"

Hearing Jade's reply, Leo immediately looked at Jade's eyes. It was as if his doing the same as those male leading characters before kissing the female leading character of every movie. Stare at each other, move your heads slowly to each other, both lips will slowly touch each other, and kiss!

Leo was exactly doing it. He stared at Jade's eyes, and Jade stared back at his eyes. Slowly they move their heads to each other. Their lips were slowly moving closer to each other.

"Stop right there! What are you two doing here!" Suddenly a bright light and a loud shout interrupted their sweet moment.

Leo slowly turned his head to look at who the 'h*ll' disturbed their sweet moment. Unexpectedly, what he saw was a security team approaching them.

Leo raged as he cursed the ancestors of those security guards in his heart.

"We're looking for the thief, you got a problem with that?" Leo said anger was obvious in his tone.

"Looking for the thief or planning to kiss each other? Tell me honestly!" One of the security guard replied while crossing its arms. All the members of the security team nodded hearing what one of them said.

Looking at the security team nodding their heads, Leo raged.

"Fuck off you bunch off bitters! You guys are just jealous because you all don't have any girlfriends!" Leo said, he also crossed his arms. Obviously, he knew just by the actions of the security team that they are all single.

Leo was not doing anything that can affect their jobs so why would they suddenly stop them from their sweet moment. They would only do that if they're jealous at him having a girlfriend while they don't.

The security were cursing Leo in their hearts when Leo mentioned that they're all a bunch of single.

Truth really hurts!

Leo smirked at them before walking away while holding Jade's hand.
