Murder at dawn~

Jughead's so called death is confirmed as the search party finds Jughead's fake body. That night after the search, Toni and Cheryl head back to Thistle house in shock. Toni and Cheryl have a big talk about what they just saw. Cheryl hesitates to talk about Jughead being dead. The last sentence before they fall asleep is Cheryl saying "Tee-tee, I need to tell you something. not now... just, later. I think we need to pay cousin a visit". Toni gets out of bed to check on Juniper and Dagwood. Until she returns Cheryl is already half asleep.

The next morning Toni wakes up to find that Cheryl lay dead in her arms. Toni calls the sheriff and in matter of hours the whole Riverdale High mourns her death. Cheryl's death shocked everyone, but especially Jughead, Betty, Archie and Veronica as this death was not a part of their plan. Betty takes help of her FBI brother, Charles to find the cause and time of death.

Until the FBI runs their tests, Toni reaches out to Betty in hope to find anything to help her understand what was happening. She tells Betty what happened the night before. Betty comforts Toni and runs out of the Thistle house to find Archie and Veronica. She tries their phones but they don't pick up. That can only mean one thing, that they are in Dilton Doiley's bunker with Jughead. she quickly makes sure that no one was watching and slips into the woods to the bunker. As expected they were there with Jughead solving stonies' psycho murder mysteries. Betty pecks Jughead's lips and sits on the bed with a serious face. She says "Guys, I think Cheryl knew something..."

The tests are done.

They first land in the hands of Betty. Cheryl was poisoned, cyanide.

Betty asks " Charles, can it be a murder.." as soon as she says that Charles says it must be. Charles mutters " This cyanide is clearly made in a lab and I don't think that Cheryl or anyone in Riverdale has access to buy it....". so it was confirmed that Cheryl clearly knew or saw something that got her killed. She died at 3:00 am. It was murder at dawn...

There are four golden girls in the Riverdale cheerleaders team- Cheryl, Toni, Betty and Veronica. Now that Cheryl blossom; The queen of vixens is murdered.... They took in the vixens for questioning. Especially those who aimed for the throne. After questioning all the vixens it so comes out that Cheryl locked Ms. Appleyard in her cabin before the big game. In fact Ms. Appleyard never liked Cheryl.

Suspect number one on the board.

But, Betty feels that the case is going in the wrong way. She thinks it should be somehow connected to the stonies.... Maybe Cheryl was in the woods the night Jughead's attempt to murder happened. Maybe, that was what Cheryl wanted to tell her. She wanted to solve this case desperately. However, Cheryl is her cousin and this cousin got murdered for knowing something. If it was because of Betty or even connected to her, she would not forgive herself...

Secretly, everyone including Toni wished Cheryl was not dead for real and maybe it was just a part of some secret mission...

Now that Toni's and Cheryl's bedroom was officially a crime scene, Toni did not want to sleep in Jason's room because that room gave chills of sweet water river. Toni decided to stay at one of friends house. The first person that came into her mind was Betty. She took Juniper and Dagwood with her.

Betty on the other hand was with Charles investigating about Cheryl blossom's murder. There are certain advantages of being FBI's sister, whether it is covering up a murder which was never committed or to investigate a cousin's murder which might be somehow connected to her and her friends.

When Toni reaches to the Cooper-Jones family, they welcome her with open arms. Jelly bean took Juniper and Dagwood in her arms and Alice lead her to the couch. Toni was there in their house for only one reason, Betty. She wanted Betty to tell her that Cheryl did not really die just like Jughead.

Betty comes back home late at night. Perhaps, she visited Jughead to give him some of his favourite pop Tate's burger. She has spent the rest of the time with Charles trying to make connections of the murder with stonies. Betty was so focused on connecting it with the stonies, she might have missed some fine evidence in the crime scene...
