9 I Still Want You

When Hana woke up the next morning, SeokJin was gone, like he said he'd be so she made some breakfast for herself and than ordered an Uber. When she got back up to her apartment she found Yoongi sleeping on the floor next to the couch and a glass of bourbon still in his hand. "Ugh, he's ridiculous," she grumbled under her breath.

"Hey, Yoongi! Wake up!" She shook him.

He jumped up. "Huh? I'm awake!"

"Well, good morning sleepy head," she replied.

"How was your night?" he asked sitting up.

"It was really fun. I really enjoyed seeing my big brother. He left sometime this morning. I miss him already." She frowned a little.

"Aw." He got up and brought her into a hug, kissing her on the forehead.

"So, what did you do last night?" She asked.

"Got super drunk and the rest is kind of a blur. I must've fallen asleep in here," he replied.

"Typical." She shook her head.

"I'm pretty sure I was working on my mixtape," he added.

"Really? Well you've gotta let me have a listen," she said walking towards his studio.

"Ah, I don't know. I think I need some more time before anyone hears it," he replied grabbing her wrist and pulling her back into his embrace.

"Come on Yoongs, I'm not just anybody. I'm you're girlfriend," she whined. "Pweeassse!"

"Ugh! You're so irresistible. Fine, come on," he said pulling her to his studio. He closed the door behind them.

"Here put these on." He passed her a pair of headphones. She sat next to him and placed them on her head. He pressed play.

The sound of his deep raspy voice filled her ears and she was in heaven. She closed her eyes and listened intently. And then it stopped. She took the headphones off and turned to look at him.

"It was great. I loved it so much." Tears were starting to form in her eyes.

He looked at her worried. "Oh god, babe what's wrong?"

"You're just so amazing. Those lyrics. They're so raw and honest. You're opening up to people more finally. I'm glad you found a way to do that. I'm just so happy." Tears were streaming down her cheeks.

"If you're happy than why are you crying? Baby, are you good." Yoongi pulled her into a hug.

"Yeah. I am. I'm fine." She managed to let out in between sobs as she rested her head on his chest.

"Well I don't know about the timing of this but I have something for you." He let her go and rummaged through some of his drawers until she heard him say, "aha" in his tiny adorable whisper. He sighed and turned back to face her. In his hand was a little black box. She almost jumped up and down with excitement but she managed to keep her cool.

He smiled his cute gummy smile. "Babe, we've had our ups and downs and we got through them minus the incident 6 months ago. Watching you- the way you reacted to my music and being so supportive all the goddamn time, I've realized there really is no one like you, you're my irreplaceable princess." He opened the small black box to reveal a fairly large diamond engagement ring. "Will you be my princess forever? Will you love me and support me forever?"

This time more tears were just flowing down her cheeks. Her make up was probably a complete mess. She smiled through the tears. "Yes. I will marry you Min Yoongi, Yes."

Yoongi's eyes lit up with happiness and hope. "You've just made me the happiest man alive." He took the ring out of its place from the box and put placed it on her finger. It was a perfect fit. They happily kissed and went out into the living room.

"I'll be back. I have to get this." Hana sniffled and gave Yoongi a kiss before stepping into the kitchen and answering her phone. "What do you want?"

"I have to see you. Please. Can you come down, I'm waiting out front," Jungkook said and hung up.

She went back over to Yoongi.

"I have to go deal with something. I'll be right back," she said.

"Uh yeah okay," he nodded placing a quick kiss on her cheek.

Hana went out to the elevators and got on. When she got to the ground floor she went out the front doors where Jungkook was waiting for her next to his car.

"What do you want?" She asked.

"I needed to see you. I thought about what you told me. And I'm not accepting it. I know there was some feelings there for me when we first met. I know you like me too," said Jungkook as he raised his hand to touch her cheek. She grabbed his hand to stop him.

He paused in silence when he noticed the ring on her finger. He grabbed her hand. "You're marrying him?! That cheating bastard?! You're marrying him?! Why?!" His grip on her wrist tightened.

"Jungkook please let go." He wouldn't. His grip only got tighter as he realized what was happening.

"Jungkook! Please you're hurting me! Let me go!" She cried.

He released her wrist. "Sorry."

"I think you should go," She said.

"Yeah I agree. I- he's just going to cheat again." With those words said he got in his car and drove away.

Hana went back up to her apartment and went in. She closed the door and started to sob uncontrollably.

"What happened? What's wrong?" asked Yoongi going over to her when he heard the door open and close.

"It was Jungkook. He came to see me. I told him the same thing as before. Then he noticed the ring. He flipped out and grabbed me, Yoongi he hurt me. But what he said before he left hurt me more." She said in between sobs barely able to breath.

Yoongi sat beside her and pulled her onto his lap. "What did he say?"

"He said that you were just going to cheat again. But you won't right? Because you love me and now that we're getting married you won't, right?" She asked looking up into his soft, tired eyes.

"Of course not. I learned from before. I don't want to cheat on you ever again and I never will. We're engaged because I made the decision that I want to grow and be the mature man I should've been 6 months ago. I love you," replied Yoongi wiping her tears away.

"Come on let's go out. It'll cheer you up," Yoongi said pulling her up to her feet and out the door with him.

They walked and walked and soon ended up at the cafe where they first met.
