7 Father

Suna was in the chairman's room for a few minutes because she had to explain herself to her grandfather.

"Your mother would be worried if she knew you entered the exam Suna-chan"

Netero said and took a sip from his tea. Suna just giggled and shook her head. She was actually bored because she can't see what her love was doing. And Suna's worried, Illumi's planning something, 'I can't let Illumi hurt my Killua' Suna thought.

"Don't worry grandfather, she won't worry, unless someone tells her"

Suna said and kissed Netero on the cheeks before heading out and finding Killua. She saw them near a cliff with all the other applicants.

"Gon, dear what's—"

Suna's question was cut off when a man jumped off a cliff. She was surprised but at the same time, amused. She knew this cliff is famous to gourmet hunters, probably because the eggs are tasty. Her grandfather gave it to her as a gift, she raised one and ate the other two.

"Oh Suna-chan, you're back"

"Yes Kurapika, please be a dear though and tell me what's the new second phase?"

"Just get one of the eggs, stupid"

Killua answered instead, making Suna smile.

Gon jumped soon and they followed. Suna didn't wait for Gon's signal and got one of the eggs herself. She got one and got one of her knives strapped on her thigh. She kicked the other side of the cliff and propelled herself to the other side before she dug her knife into the wall.

"Now!"

She heard Gon yell and all of the applicants got their own eggs and let themselves fall. A few seconds more and the updraft came, Suna let go of her knife and let herself be carried by the updraft with the others.

"Honey~ do you want to taste it? Here you goooo"

Suna cooed at Killua after they boiled their eggs.

"I have my own egg, leave me alone"

Killua spat out and Suna puffed her cheeks and was about to walk away when she heard Killua sigh.

"I suppose a taste wouldn't hurt"

Suna smiled and let Killua take a bite on the egg she cooked. Afterwards, Menchi announced how many applicants passed and they were given a free ride by Suna's Grandfather, Chairman Netero.

As they sit together inside, Gon and Killua ran out without telling her. She followed them and saw them running around the rooms inside the ship, and their last stop is the kitchen. 'My love looks like he's having fun' Suna thoughts to herself and giggled.

"Good evening sweetie pies, can I join you?"

Suna said when she approached the two. Killua just looked away when she smiled at him and Gon patted the seat beside him.

"Hey Suna, earlier you called Netero-san grandfather, are you really his granddaughter?"

Gon asked and Suna nodded.

"Killua told me he came from a family of assassins, it's cool right?"

"Yes I know dear haha"

"But can you tell me a bit about yourself and your family?"

Suna thought for a bit before nodding.

"My full name is Akisuna Lilblack, I am the daughter of grandfather's adopted daughter. We're not really related or anything dear. But Grandfather really is such a nice old man. He even thought me a lot of kinds of martial arts. Mom said my Dad left when I wasn't born yet so grandfather's like a father to me too"

Gon's eyes glistened at her story when suddenly they felt bloodlust directed at them. Suna puffed her cheeks knowing it was Netero who did that.

"You are very rude grandfather, we're talking! I'll leave you three alone, I'll be sleeping with Kurapika and Leorio"

Suna bid her goodbyes and Killua didn't even have time to react because Suna gave him a kiss on the cheek, so he was left embarrassed.

Suna actually lied about sleeping. She's at the platform outside, talking to someone. Her eyes were sharp and full of anger.

"You are not my father, you'll never be, so stop calling if you don't have any important thing to say"
