1 The Truth.

Ryuchen Ajero standing in front of his wife's grave. It has been a year since she died and it's her birthday today so he decided to visit her grave.

"Why are you here?"

He turns his head to look who's behind him. It was his friend Jason. His face darkened when he saw him because according to his girlfriend Lyka, Jason was his wife's lover. She saw them hugging each other before the car accident happened a year ago.

"I did not know that you could still face Chloe's grave, Mr. Ajero." he said then put the bouquet of flowers on his wife's grave. He's not calling him by his name since Chloe died, as if they're no longer friends anymore. "Are you happy now that Chloe is dead?"

"Of course!" He smirked. "She's troublesome. A crazy woman and a liar. She really doesn't deserve to be called Mrs. Ajero for the first place."

"Yeah!" after he said that, he punched him hard causing Ryuchen's lips to bleed. "She does not deserve to be called Mrs. Ajero because you don't deserve her! Throughout her life, she did nothing but love you. But what did you return to her? You made Chloe's life miserable!"

Ryuchen wiped his mouth.

'What is wrong with him?'

"She almost died when she was twelve just to save your life! She received all the humiliation and insult from your maids and employees whenever she was around even though she didn't do anything! She tortured and almost got raped when she was kidnapped by your so-called girlfriend, and you know what is the worst thing you have done to her..." Ryuchen got stunned. What is he talking about? "She didn't even see or hold her child because you killed them both and you even accused us that we're lovers?!"

Ryuchen shivered all around his body as if cold water had been poured on him. He doesn't know what Jason is talking about, but he got this tiny feeling in his heart that he doesn't understand. He feels like there is something wrong, it feels like he lost half of his life after he heard what Jason said.

"You said that she saved my life? Lyka saved my life when I was kidnapped before and she almost got raped in front of me because of Chloe! Now, you're saying that Chloe almost got raped because of her?..... and she.... we have a child?!"

Ryuchen suddenly remembered the day he was drugged. When he woke up, he saw Chloe lying beside him. He got mad at her and accused her that she was the one who drugged him even deep inside his mind, he knows it was Lyka. He even insulted her that time and called her desperate.

"Yours and her child. I took Chloe to the hospital because she felt something was wrong with her body, and then we found out that she was seven weeks pregnant. She was so happy that time but she was also scared. She doesn't know what to do with the child because she knows that you will get mad and will not accept if you find out about her pregnancy. So she decided to just abort the baby, I talked to her and told her that it is better to keep the baby because the child is innocent. She's pregnant before she dies, you probably don't know that because you didn't go to the morgue to claim her corpses and not even show in their funeral!"

But....

No one said anything to him. Not even his father's lover Liza, who went to the funeral. Ryuchen's father was on a business trip that time, so he asked him and Liza to go to the funeral, but of course he didn't go. Did his father know it too? That's why he kicked him out in the house when he found out that he didn't go to Chloe's funeral?

'Am I the only person who doesn't know that we are supposed to have a child, if the car accident did not happen?'

"....and until now, you still believed that Lyka saved your life?" he smirked. "I'm really done with your stupidity, Mr. Ajero. You still believe someone who's good at scheming?"

"What the f*ck are you talking about?!" Ryuchen shouted angrily. "Explain everything to me Jason!"

Ryuchen was dumbfounded after Jason told him everything before he left Chloe's grave.

Chloe saved his life from the kidnappers and almost died at a young age and the reason why they left the country before was for Chloe to get a better medical treatment, and what about the child?

'Chloe is pregnant.... to our child? My own flesh and blood.'

He felt his heart broken to pieces.

The image of Chloe smiling at him every morning in the kitchen got inside his head. Even though he was always ignoring her, the smile never faded on her beautiful face. Her smile shows how much she loves and cares for him and every time he gets home, he always sees her on the sofa, sleeping.... probably she's waiting for him to come home but all he did was to go straight to his room without care.

He even told the maids that they don't need to serve her and let her alone clean the villa. They had been married for more than two years but she never complained, not even once!

'I'm such an asshole! If Jason's telling the truth.... f*ck! Whether it's true or not, I shouldn't have done it to her.'

Ryuchen feels like a stupid when he look at Chloe's grave.

'What did I have done?'

Tears start to fall down on his cheeks.

Ryuchen did not know what happened after he left the cementary. The next thing he knows is that he's inside his car, his head hurts badly while bleeding. He can't move his body and also can't open his eyes properly.

Yeah! He had an accident. He got hit by a truck while driving home. Maybe this is his punishment for all the things that he has done to his wife.

'It's my KARMA.'

He's not a good husband and a good father... now that he knows the truth, how can he bring Chloe back to life?

If God will give him a chance....

He wants to make everything right...

He will treat her properly....

He wants to experience her love....

He suddenly felt his eyelids getting heavier. He was also out of breath.

'Maybe, if I die right now. Ahhh, I want to see Chloe's smile again.'
