5 Chapter 5

It was deep in the night. Everyone should have been sleeping, but in one particular house, the party just started.

It was in a large mansion designed in an old english. It was simple on the outside, but when you entered in the hall, beige walls with large paintings from the war hanging. A big chandelier on top with dim lights. The floor was carpeted with blue colored.

Music could be heard thru the big door that was just across the room. It was very grand.

Deep inside the mansion, there was an old man on his 80s. He was holding his cane while sitting on the chair as support. He was puny looking old man, but his aura was strong.

The man who sat across him, sat straight back and was busy looking at the folder.

"This are the once the matchmaker passed to me," the old man said,

The man had no desire to look at it but he had to. It would be unwise to not to do so.

"Grandfather, I can't possibly go out with them" he placed down the folder,

the old man was quiet. "They are beautiful and I am well aware they came from prestigious family" he began, "But somehow..." he deep sighed.

"That girl makes me want her" he added,

"Girl?" the old man said,

the man relaxed a bit. The old man might be scary but he was a loving grandfather. He wandered who could have captured the heart of the big dragon man.

This man was Mr. sung born in the year of the dragon. He was really weak looking boy at the young age. But unknowingly he had an IQ that they never expected. In time, those who bullied him within the family fear him. He could withstand their attacks and he eventually learned martial arts as well that he was brutal to those who crossed him.

'And this girl know you?" the old man said,

the man chuckled. His eyes showed he was scheming of something and he again chuckled, "I know she can accept me, if I can capture her heart" he said

"Oh, she doesn't like my handsome grandchild. Now, I am intrigued" the old man laughed so loud.

"Yes grandfather that girl doesn't love me yet, Her heart was stolen along time ago that she lost confidence in herself, but as time goes by, I could see herself standing up" he said, "Like I did" he added.

The old man smiled. " Good for you, did you bring her"

"Yes I did, she is left to be pamper by my richness" he laughed, "and she is quiet fabergasted"

The old man could not contain his laughter. it was loud that his grandson was stunned how happy he was.

He supported his weight by his cane and stood proud.

He went closer to his grandson.

At the other side of the room, Sam was sitting in a very comfy chair. She was facing herself in a mirror. Everyone behind her was busy as one was busy with her hair. Earlier, she was already on the dress that was deliver to her. She was only expecting one person to attend to her, but what came to her were the gentlemen in a suite. They escorted her out of her house and drove her to this huge mansion with a vast green landscape.

She was pulled to the room and was asked to be follow with every bit of their instructions.

Then,

"Hey" the man with pulled back hair came into her view, "Charles!" She was delighted to see him. She stood and ran to him.

"You have to explain to me why I am wearing this very expensive dress" she pointed out.

"Its my grandfather's birthday, and ..." he hesitated if he should lie to her or not,

"Your grandfather is rich if he lives here, then why are you sharing an apartment with me" she wondered. He smiled. He stepped closer to her. Their height difference was evident. Sam was no near 5"5' and Charles was around 5"11' in height. He caressed her arms as he pulled her toward him.

He lowered down his head so he could whispered through her ears, "Because there is someone I cant let her be alone"

Sam could feel her ears getting flushed. Somehow, she finally sensed something to Charles. He chuckled when he noticed her flushed cheeks. He again lowered down and this time it was not her ears but her lips.

Their lips touched together and Charles was taking the move to kiss deeply to her, that she barely could keep up.

"You are mine, Samantha" he said after their deep kiss together.
