25 What are you capable of?

When both of them felt their breath return to normal there was still a problem Nefertiri needed to resolve. She looked at the green skinned man and smiled softly. She stoop up with Zidites help and they walked together.

"I'm Nefertiri and you can work for me if you want your revenge." She took out her hand to shake his hand but the failed experiment looked at her not knowing what to do.

He didn't remember anything except the doctors poking him with needles.

"I… don't know my name." He took her hand in his like he was holding something precious.

"So we just need to give you a new one. The past doesn't matters. What's important is right here and now. Then the future." She smiled showing some warmth to the poor creature.

"Then what's my name?"

"Do you want to choose one yourself?" She didn't think about a name for him it was quite weird to give a living being a permanent name that's not your child or pet.

The man shook his head to the sides. He didn't really know what name he could give himself.

"I don't even know names. They used numbers to call us."

"Then what's your number?"

"003"

"Then let's just call you Zero. Isn't it interesting and different from the others?"

Nefertiri was pleased with herself.

The man was thinking about it to get the feeling of it.

"Zero." He said out loud to feel the name roll on his tongue. "I like it. It's not that bad when I know that I'm not there anymore to poke me with needles."

She smiled at him showing some teeth and Zidite couldn't stop staring at her. There was just one woman in his eyes and he didn't want to part with her ever. But it wasn't the time to think about this.

"Little fox lets go home." He pinched her nose lovingly.

"Mmm."

They got on the car with the man and the others took the other car. Nefertiri still wanted to talk with Zero. She was curious what he could and couldn't do.

"Say do you have to eat?"

"I can survive just drinking water and from photosynthesis."

"It's nice to feed someone for a cheap price." She didn't really think what she said but then she realized it didn't sound nice. "Sorry the hole tribe his living out of me and they don't even thank me."

The man was at first stupefied but then he realized that this young woman was doing something she didn't have to do without even a good word from the other side. That was sad. He felt thankful that he's going to have someone to take care of him. Maybe not how he would want it but it was still a nice feeling. He was going to have a home.

"I hope I'm going to be of help so I'm not going to be living like a parasite like the others."

"Zero your going to be my trump card don't worry. You are going to work."

"That's good Then. I would feel bad not giving something back after being dressed, feed and being given a home."

"Oh I forgot about Misha's mother." She was given a scare... she did it again. How could she keep forgetting about Misha?! Where was he now? She looked back and he was sitting there with Zero on the back of the car. She felt bad for being such a bad woman. Always not remembering a person that should be important for her.

"She's informed that I'm in a new school with a dormitory."

"Oh." She didn't expect everything was already done.

"Little fox I know you have too many things to think about so I already took care of other matters that you forget about." He looked at her from time to time.

"Thank you Hubby." She kisses his hand that was holding hers. Her heart filled with gratitude to the wonderful person beside her.

"You don't have to thank me." He smiled softly.

"Look young man that is true love you need to find one yourself for a fulfilling life." Zero was happy to see people showing some other feelings than hatred.

"I know old man. But I can't look for her now. Boss still needs me and I need to grow my power to take care of my kind."

"Good, good. You need to take good of Boss so we can have an easy mind."

"Don't worry old man she's got her husband too."

"That's good."

"It's nice that you are talking about some pretty things but I need to know something." Started Nefertiri.

"What is it?" Asked Zero.

"What are you capable of?" She didn't try to hide something from him.

"I'm not really sure. They didn't really let us use our powers. I think when they allowed it We were drugged so we don't know how to escape."

"Hmmm." Nefertiri was a little bit disappointed. "So we just need to find out."

At first Zero didn't know what to say he himself was disappointed what about this pretty young woman that needed him for something. Then she just brushed it aside looking at the bright side. This is just too good to be true.

"Let's do it!" Said happily Misha.
