10 Next location

She was unhappy remembering what she's supposed to do before settling happily. Zidite knew about the new location since their meeting and he was aware what is going to come. He wanted to say the truth but not now. She didn't ask him what he was doing there. Maybe she though that he was there for a mission like her but he knew that she just associated him to the banked or something like that.

Nefertiri needed to go to her tribe right now so she asked Zidite to drive her. After they got out of the car he looked worried.

"Are you sure that I don't need to go in with you?" He already missed her presence and how sweet she smiled when she was with him. Right now Nefertiri didn't have any expression on her face she was closed in her own thoughts. She shook her head.

"There's no need. I need to get going when I'm done I'll call you so can peak me up."

She smiled at him thinking how nice it is going to be for someone to be waiting at her.

"Ok then I'll be waiting. Be careful."

He kissed her forehead and she went inside.

Nefertiri was filling as light as a feeder it was such a nice feeling.

"Nefertiri!" She heard Scar screaming her name. "Why didn't you say your goodbyes?! How dare you leave me here without a word?!"

Scar hugged her best friend hard so she could express how much she missed her and scared she was. What if she didn't come back having someone to really care for her.

"Stupid, how could I leave you? Besides I was going to come tomorrow back so we could go eat something out."

Scar was smiling like the Cheshire Cat as if knowing something that she didn't.

"Sooooo how is he?"

"Do you think we have the time for it?"

"Nah we are going to have the time for it honey."

"But first we need the information."

"You already have it, don't you?"

Scar knew very well Nefertiri. She already got most of the information about the labs around their continent but she said they need to destroy everything at the same time and till she doesn't get all of the information they need they are not going to move a finger. Besides it was better for Demise to part them to destroy them. Wasn't that what they did?

This time around they wanted them to exterminate the test subjects in a facility but little do they know she's going to destroy it.

"Call Cecile and Ruby we need to go."

"Ay ay captain!"

After the girls got together she remembered about Misha. She touched her hurting head disbelieving that she forgot about someone.

"I'm here! Mr. Lux called me when you were on your way here."

She didn't expect that Zidite remembered about Misha when she didn't. She felt really bad. He's a good kid no one said to him to be a dragon that's going to protect her.

" Let's go."

"This is going to be fun." Ruby couldn't wait any longer for some action.

Scar was thinking about the inhumane doctors that were taking part in this.

Nefertiri pated her on the shoulder trying to reassure her.

"We are going to bring it till the end. Don't worry."

They got in the helicopter that was already waiting for them, put the headphones on and the machine started to fly up.

In no time they reached one of the facilities a huge hospital in a forest. It was really good hidden. You couldn't even see it from the sky. There were trees and other plants growing on the top of it and the walls.

They got ready another group was already there, they just needed to get their task per "game".

All of them heard the ring at the same time so they got their phones and read through what the needed to do. But for Nefertiri it didn't matter anymore. She was going to destroy this place so all is going to go to waste. She gave orders to the girls and Misha and then started working on her computer. Nefertiri was determined to get their information destroy it so Demise doesn't get it. She needed time to do all the job done.

When she saw all the people there still alive and rotting it was traumatizing.

She read that they needed them to rot so they could find a cure against it and stop the aging. The were successful halfway. They stopped the rotting the aging but they couldn't apply it on someone without the test subject dying. She needs that data to disappear. She was working even faster than before her hands started to feel cramped but she didn't notice it. She just worked through all of the system security took everything that she needed and made sure that there is anything left.

"It's done." She said to the microphone. In just a few seconds there was an explosion and a fire breaking. When she looked up she saw that there was just a crater left.

"I think that Cecile did a good job." Misha was clearly amazed.

"Mmmm."

When they got back on their own Nefertiri didn't feel good. She knew how humans or even Elves could be cruel when scared. She needed to see something good in everyone to understand why they're being in such a way.

Scar was right they needed to work fast.

"Zidite" she made a pause trying to compose herself. "Can you pick me up?" She whispered trying to hold her emotions back. It was getting harder with time having Zidite in her life. She needs to toughen up till she gets what she needs.

"I'm on my way just wait for me." His voice was hinting her that he's worried about her. She was feeling all fuzzy inside.

"I'm waiting."

It was all that he needed to hear her say. Not seeing her for some hours was really hard for him and he knew that after she's going to be back she's going to need him to be there for her.

Nefertiri got sometime for herself to think. She wasn't so emotional before. What if all those emotions that she was keeping inside her are going to be so destructive that everything is going to go to waste? She needed someone from the inside to end it for all of the times.

She saw Zidite's car already felt better. Nefertiri was feeling so many emotions swirling inside of her. She needed to cream or cry anything to feel better already. Zidite got out of the car and seeing her with this turmoil of emotions was feeling guilty. He got to her as fast as he could. He cupped her face in his hands and kissed her forehead.

"I'm sorry." Zidite couldn't take this guilty feeling he got deep inside him.

"Why?"

"Because I should help you destroy Demise. Keep your back straight with my own hands and make you happy. You shouldn't see what's happening to all those people. The mutations that they are doing you are not supposed to see it."

"Why is that to important to you?" Nefertiri didn't understand anything but she felt that he was hiding something. "What didn't you tell me?" She needed to know.

Zidite smiled, he should've known that she's going to notice something.

"My grand grand grandfather started Demise when he was young. Till this time it's my father pulling the strings with the old mans that are all involved in this whole mess. I was supposed to take charge of it but when I was young I started to make my own decisions. I just saw what the whole money was doing to my mother. Then my father brought his mistress home. My mother was so broken because of all the fighting in the family. I wanted to give her a good life so she's not going to depend on him but she didn't want to. She wanted my fathers money and power. She wanted them for the experiments to succeed so she could use it for herself. I didn't lift a finger for Demise but I know everything what's happening. I should've said everything from the start. I need you to destroy them even if I could do it myself I know that's more important for you. So I'm going to give you the information that you still don't have."

She started crying. What was she supposed to think? She felt betrayed but she knew that's being plain stupid. She needs his help and he needs hers so they're in this together from the start. He is her soulmate he's her other half and they're going to fight together.
