37 Hard day

After Nefertiri helped Zidites tribe they went back to their busy schedule. Zidite couldn't leave his office for too long as he was the CEO and even if the CFO was present he still didn't feel at ease leaving the company for too long. There was always a rat inside waiting so as they though after they came back to the 'outside' world the news about many mishaps hit them both in the face. Her company's antivirus was carrying one so she started to think about the mole inside of her company but she didn't know who was so brave as to do that. After she went back many of her employees were running around like headless chickens. She really wanted to slap them just so they can think rationally again.

"Meeting in five minutes! Everyone is to be present!"

Then she walked to her office took the documents she needed and went to the big hall for emergencies. She didn't make a meeting just with the shareholders in a situation like that her company wasn't big but sufficient.

Her employees were stepping from one leg to another just to relieve some of the stress they were feeling. The really hope she's not going to change into a demon from hell in this meeting. No one noticed that something was wrong with their program. This was a really bad situation. Why wasn't Zero here when they need him?! He was one of the best but he got some days off when the boss was away and now this situation came just to smack them straight at their faces. They had so much hope in him that maybe they got too lazy to improve their skills. That's right maybe they should try harder to be better than they are now. Standing in place isn't that good they need to improve. So after this day many of them started to learn new things about coding and everything that was needed to improve themselves.

"So I don't know who did this. But! After this incident I really hope some of you are going to improve and be better than they are as of now! We are going to search for that rat who did this and then...! We will get rid of him in the most cruel ways we can think of! Our stocks are falling! Let's improve this situation! Let's create something new!"

After her speech Nefertiri choose the people who are going to search for the responsible for this incident and then she let her employees know that they were free to search for new ideas what they want to create to they can choose it together.

The day in the company was hard but it didn't mean that they were feeling dejected. Every fall will help them rise higher if they just try hard enough. Feeling like a one big family they parted ways after their hard day of work.

Zidite in this time has numerous meetings that he missed while he was away. He didn't even have the time to eat his lunch. His company was the opposite from his wife's. Everyone was trying to compete with each other and be better than the other. So the day went on in not such a great atmosphere. When he was finally home he couldn't wait to see his mate and spend some time with her.

It was already getting dark when he got home and a warm light greeted him when he came inside. The light was coming from the kitchen so he put his things in their respective places and went to greet his beloved. When he saw her preparing dinner her long hair in a ponytail and some home wear he felt that he's lucky. Now there was someone for him to come home for. The lonely feelings weren't there after a day of work.

"Welcome Home" she greeted him without looking his way, he was so mesmerized that he forgot to make a sound or even move after he saw her.

"I'm home." He said softly trying the words on his tongue.

When Nefertiri was done with what she was doing she looked at him with sparkling eyes with happiness and moved to give him a peck on the lips. Wasn't he the one who should take the initiative. But this was also good, he doesn't have to worry if she still is getting used to all of this. She looked rather happy today even if there were some problems in her company it didn't look as if she was worried. Maybe she got her own plans but he wasn't sure if he could ask. After all he is a owner of a company too so maybe she doesn't want to exchange with him too much about work.

"Zi, don't think too much if you do there's going to the blood is going to rush up to your head."

He smiled in her direction hearing his shortened name from her lips she started to call him that after some time in the tribe. At first it came to her as something natural but she was blushing while saying Zi sweetly to him melting his heart more and more giving the needed warmth to feel loved. He didn't shorten her name, he really likes how it sounds.

"Come let's get this whole lot of things on the table and let's eat!" It was rather rare to see her this enthusiastic so he was rather surprised.

"Leave the heavy things to me, wife."

"Hm."

He got to do what he needed of him and soon they were eating the best food he ever have had.

"How was your day!" He asked curiously.

"It wasn't bad. Tho whole virus thing is rather interesting. I can't wait to catch the person who did this. All my employees are excited too."

"Wife, what made you so happy?"

"Just the though that you are going to come home. It was rather lonely being by myself before. Since a long time ago I was always alone at home so this is what brings me the most happiness."

"Me too. I really like it when I come home and you're already there greeting me."

"Let's make many happy memories together!"
