12 Getting to know each other

At the morning they were learning new things about each other. Nefertiri didn't like to wake up early and eat in the middle of the night like she called it. Zidite in the other hand liked to wake up early go for a run and eat as much as he could. He was already ready to go but Nefertiri was trying to eat. Her bed hair was a real mess but she looks so cute that he just wanted to take several pictures to look at them when she's not with him. But he needed to hold list laughter in when he noticed that she forgot to put her pants on.

"Little Fox we need to get going." She looked at him not understanding what he was saying.

"Mmmm." He could just say that she was sleeping with her eyes half open.

"Nefertiri I mean it and you're not even wearing pants." He carried her princess style to their bedroom.

"What? I did put my pants on!" She woke up in that instant.

"You didn't."

"Don't joke around Mister." He couldn't take it anymore and started laughing.

"Look at your legs."

She looked down as requested and he was right!

"Holy guacamole put me down!"

She ran to the dresser, took her white formal pants and tried putting them on loosing balance but she still used her abilities not to fall. In that moment she saw herself in the mirror and scowled. Her hair was in a really bad shape.

"I guess I need fifteen minutes."

"You need to hurry up little fox. We need to be there before eight."

"You already told me that and it's not even seven am!"

"So you got more time for getting ready."

She sighed telling herself that he was right. She found her violet heels and put them on it was going to be warm today so she prepared a light jacket for the morning.

It was time to do her hair. She braided the right side of her hair and the rest she just curled to be delicate waves. In the time she still had she put some mascara on and some lipstick making her look more cold and detached.

"Let's go." She was going confidently to the door so they can do what they needed and she could show herself at his workplace and then go to hers.

"Mmm. You look beautiful." He kissed her cheek.

She flipped her hair playfully.

"Like always."

"Even with bed hair and forgetting pants."

She scowled and the pouted at him. He's being mean to her! How could he bear to do it hmm?

"Don't be mean."

"I'm just saying that I like every side of yours that you showed to me." He hugged her to himself.

They left the cozy apartment and got in his car. When they already got there his friend was waiting.

"Mr. Lux it's nice seeing you finally here. I thought you're going to be single to the rest of your life."

"How could that happen when I was waiting for my little fox to appear?" He kissed her forehead gently showing of his affection.

His gaze never leaves her figure he seemed to be mesmerized.

"So the wait was worth it!"

"Of course it was!"

"That's good because I can't stand your mother anymore." He's friend was showing a tired expression. "Oh I'm sorry. I'm so impolite my name is Daniel Montgomery. It's a pleasure to meet you."

She shook his hand.

"The pleasure is all mine. I'm Nefertiri NoName."

"Well that's an interesting family name."

She didn't say anything because the truth was she didn't take on her parents last name. It was sad but being an Oracle she didn't have that privilege. She was their priestess too. How could she have her family name?

It was weird but she accepted it with her responsibilities.

"Let's go inside."

After they got their marriage certificate she was so happy that she looked like a blooming flower. She attracted the attention not from just man but woman too.

"Aren't you too pretty to show off?" Zidite was being playfull again.

"You think? I was thinking that you're just too handsome. All those women crying because you are taken."

"Are you sure they are crying I think that they are already plotting."

Zidite was right some of the female workers took their pictures without their consent just to post them on the internet. They were trying to make some hype. How could the number one bachelor be married?!

Leaving the Civil Affairs Bureau they felt great knowing that no one would be able to separate them through marriage. The only think that could do it is memory loss but both of them sweared that even when they die they are going to recognize one another in their next life.

Feeling all their mixed emotions was something wonderful. Nefertiri knew that after they become one they're going to be able to communicate just with their thoughts. She knew anyway that even without communication in no time they're going to understand one another.

At his company everyone was looking at her with big eyes.

"Who is that?" One worker asked another.

"I have no idea." The other person whispered back.

They got in his private elevator and didn't get up but down. It was so different from what a CEO's did. They always got the top floor but Zidite thought that was boring so he prepared himself his office at the bottom.

"I really like this!"

"My office has panels as windows so you can see how it looks the outside from the top floor."

"That's just amazing."

"I'm happy that you like it."

"After all my office is on the ground floor."

"Why?"

"I don't feel like using the elevator or stairs."

They looked at each other eyes and started to communicate without words expressing their emotions through their eyes. It was a warming sight.

When they got right to his office from the elevator Zidite saw his secretary already waiting for him.

"Mr. Lux you need have a conference at ten am today."

"Thank you Silas. You can go."

"Yes sir."

The male got to another room that was arranged for him. The were in his office alone the heat rising.

Nefertiri hugged Zidite to her.

"I was thinking to give you ten percent of my shares." He started talking slowly not really sure if she's going to accept that.

"I'm not against it but do you think that I don't have enough money with my IT corporation?"

He didn't really know which company was hers and when he heard the name his world shook.

"You are the one that makes all the best programs in the country?"

"Hubby, they're the best in the world remember that!"

He combed her hair with his fingers.

"Everything that you do is the best in the world."

"Are you sure?"

"Of course."

"The do you want to see how I get rid of a rat at my company?"

"Someone got the guts to steal from you?"

"Women always are shameless and always thinking of conspiracies you should know that already."

He just hugged her more tightly and couldn't wait for the play.
