Chapter 33 - Receive approval

Xiao Yi was flabbergasted as they took out some worn items from inside the house.  The loan sharks did not even hesitate to destroy several other items.

 "If you want, I'll pay it off now," Li Zheng Yu whispered with a meaningful smile.

 Xiao Yi gave Li Zheng Yu a cynical gaze. She felt like wanted to scratch his face, which looked still handsome right now.  How dare he took a chance in such a tight spot.  Really Xiao Yi could not understand that such a man existed.

 "Sir, I beg you not to destroy the belongings of my parents."  Fang Yin suddenly ran and hugged the old loan shark's legs.

 "Fang Yin, what are you doing?" Xiao Yi shouted with displeasure. She did not willing to see Fang Yin begging an old man.

 "Sir, what if you marry me?" Fang Yin isaid, ignoring Xiao Yi.

Xiao Yi widened her eyes at what her best friend had just said.

 "Fang Yin, hurry stand up. Your pride is not that low so you want to marry an old man like him," Xiao Yi sneered as she looked disgustedly at the loan sharks.  Suddenly thought back to her previous marriage.  Maybe if she didn't run away, her fate will be very bad.  Must take care of the old man and his children.  Just imagining it, Xiao Yi shuddered in horror.

 "What are you saying?"  the loan shark said angrily.  The man was about to hit Xiao Yi but before he could touch her, Li Zheng Yu had already held his hand first.

"There is no need to be rude to women," Li Zheng Yu said sarcastically and then threw the loan shark's hand violently.

"Ughhh," said the loan shark, while squinting his eyes.

Xiao Yi froze for a moment.  She was quite touched because Li Zheng Yu had helped her.

"Why did you stop me? I have to save this house," Fang Yin said.

 "Just let me do it," Xiao Yi said with a heavy sigh.  Even though it was disgusting, at least Li Zheng Yu's appearance was still much more handsome.

Xiao Yi immediately turned around to face Li Zheng Yu.

 "Okay, I agree," Xiao Yi said while pursing her lips.  The important thing now was to save Fang Yin's house first.  Her affairs with Li Zheng Yu will be taken care of later.

 "Are you sure?" Li Zheng Yu said.  His lips were grinning meaningfully.

 "Of course," Xiao Yi said curtly.  Just imagining it, already disgusted her.

 Li Zheng Yu then asked his men to take the money from the car.

 Yuwen immediately handed over the money he was carrying to the moneylender.  An agreement was made, finally Fang Yin's parents' debts were paid off.

 Fang Yin was very happy after the loan sharks left with his men.  Finally, she was able to take good care of the legacy of her parents.

 "Master, I am very grateful to you," Fang Yin said as she lowered her head to Li Zheng Yu.

Xiao Yi only rolled her eyes at Fang Yin who was very grateful to a cunning old man like Li Zheng Yu.  Even seeing Li Zheng Yu smiling triumphantly made her want to hit his head.

 "No problem, thank your friend," Li Zheng Yu said.

 "What do you mean?" Fang Yin asked with a frown.

 "Just ask her." Li Zheng Yu gave a triumphant smile because he finally made Xiao Yi fall to her knees.

 "Are you?"  Fang Yin seemed to know what Li Zheng Yu meant.

 "It's not what you think," Xiao Yi said.

 "Xiao Yi, starting tonight you must stay at my house. You don't need to bring anything because I will prepare everything."  Li Zheng Yu folded his arms across his chest.

"Hey, can't you wait until tomorrow morning?" Xiao Yi shouted while putting her hands on her hips.  If she had a lot of money, she didn't want to beg the old man in front of her.

"You could run away after this. After I saw you are not like an innocent girl," Li Zheng Yu said with a lopsided smile.

"You think I'm a liar? Alright right now if necessary we do it here," Xiao Yi said sarcastically with her chest heaving.  The thought of her sleeping one night with Li Zheng Yu made her shudder with horror.

 "Xiao Yi, what do you mean?"  asked Fang Yin.

 "Fang Yin, I'll stay at Mr. Li's house for a while. I have to take care of Mei-Yin for a while," Xiao Yi explained. She had intended to lie to Fang Yin but she would definitely feel suspicious.

 "So you accept being a nanny?"  Fang Yin said with teary eyes.  Suddenly she felt bad because Xiao Yi didn't like children.

 "This is only temporary. Later I will make the child dislike me," Xiao Yi whispered so that Li Zheng Yu wouldn't hear what she was saying.

 "Xiao Yi, I'm sad that we won't stay together," Fang Yin said.

 "Don't worry, you can visit me whenever you want. We're not too far away either."  Xiao Yi tried to put on a cheerful face so that Fang Yin wouldn't worry about her.

 After chatting and saying goodbye to Fang Yin, finally Li Zheng Yu invited Xiao Yi to go home.  He couldn't wait to teach the girl a lesson for the humiliation she had committed.
