7 Naruto and one piece

Naruto reborn as the son of Monkey D Dragon and Charlotte smoothee and is the half brother of luffy. In order to be protected from Big Mom, Dragon convinces smoothee to give him Naruto and never say a word to big mom about naruto. Then Dragon gives him to Garp to raise along with luffy

Both luffy and Naruto are the same age ( Dragon is mysterious figure and he also has needs so he has special women who keep him company)

Naruto eats a storm storm devil fruit which controls lighting, wind and water as they essentially make up a storm

Naruto joins the revolutionary army along with Sabo then later convinces Dragon to go save his brother Ace then joins the strawhats in the new world leaving the position of second commander to Sabo
