51 Mother and Son Conversation.

I was sitting in front of Grayfia with my legs crossed and fingers interlocked. "I would serve you tea but the thing is, tea is for people who I can consider as guests, in this situation, you are nothing more than a intruder, so I beg your pardon." I had a slight smile shen I saw sadness in her eyes.

Each word hit her like a truck. "Your behaviour at the dinner table was unacceptable. You own everyone in the family an apology."

'Hmm. I almost forgot about that. It was a few months ago for me but for her it was 12 hours ago.' I thought. "Fufufufufufu. You can't be serious. Your jokes are the funniest I have ever heard. But if you are talking seriously, how about having the whole family apologizing for simply abandoning me? How about it?" My smiled widened.

"You are letting your arrogance get to your head. This is not how I raised you." She shaked her head.

"Fufufufufu. Raised me? How funny. How did you raised me again? I can't remember. All I remember is a child that wanted some love but was negleted by his parents. And as far as I'm concerned, you raised Akihiko. not me." I shrugged before I grabbed a cup of tea and drank it.

"That isn't true. I love you as much as I love your brother. I deeply regret not showing you the same affection as I did with your brother. A mistake that I will not repeat." She looked at me.

"Fufufufufu. You love me? Not showed the same affection? When did you ever showed me affection, Grayfia? All I remember is you, trying to stop me from giving all I had in an attempt of accompanying Akihiko's power growth. And when I couldn't do it, everyone in this rotten family turned their backs at me and forgot about my existence. Locking the shame of the family inside his own bedroom. So, you truly expect to come into the room you locked your son in, say that you are sorry for locking him up and abandoning him, just because he did not had the same powers his arrogant brother had, and everything will be fixed? "Fufufufu." I got up and started to walk around the room while looking at the furniture. "For years, I was neglected. Not only by you, but by Sirzechs, and the rest of the family. While Akihiko was raised with a golden spoon, I had to suffer just because I didn't inherited the so called Power of Destruction. Funny right? After so many years of pain, sadness and suicidal thoughts... you suddenly want to show that you care for me? What has brought such a change of mind on you, Grayfia-sama? Would it have been a threat? Someone threatened to kill me, isn't it? If I continue acting like I have done, I will die, isn't it?" I asked many questions but before she could answer them, I appeared in front of her and placed a finger on her lips. "Fufufufufufu. Everything makes sense now. I have grown stronger and you, together with the guy dealing with the paperwork up there, want to figure out how. Not only that, but you also want to figure out how I got my family members considering that I didn't leave the mansion."

I saw her sadness growing after I said family members. "The Gremory is your true family." She said.

"Does a true family abandon a kid who simply wanted love? I don't think so. Since I was 8, I have abandoned the Gremories, the same that you have done to me. My true family are my top executives." I smiled.

"Please, my son. Give me another chance. I love you and I want to show you." She pleaded.

"Fufufufufufu." I laughed as I sat on her lap. "Alright. You want a chance, right? I will give you one. I will allow you to teach me whatever subject you want. From literature to boring high class dances, however, in exchange, you will teach me the Lucifuge family's Ice Magic." I proposed.

She looked at me the same way a mother would look to her son. In her eyes, she was clearly conflicted between being a mother or the strongest Queen in the Underworld.

"I can't do that. I can see it in you. You powers are growing stronger and stronger, I saw you in the last 12 hours and your powers grew from Middle Class to, at least, High Class. This is extremely quick. Not only that, but your subordinates have increased. I can feel them behind that door. Besides that, Vergo is way stronger and you have 4 other individuals that are at least High Class in strength. My instincts is telling me that. Together with them, you have another 2 who, in my eyes are pretty useless." As soon as she said that, I immediately went after her heart, trying to kill her instantly while using my claws.

But before I could claim her life. she stopped my hand before it reached her chest. When she saw what I did, her eyes widened as she looked at me. She is probably taken back by the fact that I actually tried to kill her.

"Why? Why would you kill your own mother just because I insulted a couple of strangers that you met a few hours ago?" She asked while she clenched my hand.

"Correction. They are not strangers. They are my family." I told her.

"Why do you hate me so much?" She asked.

"I don't hate you. Hate is reserved to those who you, one day, expected something from. But I never expected something from you, so how can I hate you? You have given me, everything a kid could hope for. Toys, teachers and servants that did everything I asked. You gave me everything, except one thing. You never really cared for me. That is the reason I don't hate you. Your existence, to me, is nothing more than a leaf. Can you hate a leaf?" I shaked my head. "Now, when a stranger call someone from my family useless, you gave me no choice." After saying that, I saw a couple of tears falling from her eyes.

The Queen of the Underworld was actually crying. 'The Ice Queen is quite weak when it comes to her children. Since I am still in her lap. I have the 1st seat to Grayfia crying. I never expected seeing something like that. I will not kill her, after all, I'm alive thanks to her but I will make sure that her life is a living hell.' I got up from her lap and turned to look at her. "Grayfia-sama, I have given you one last chance. But, you ended up rejecting me once again."

"I will do it. I will teach you the Lucifuge family's Ice Magic, however, you must have 5 hours of lessons with me every single day." She proposed a nice deal.

"It works for me. Now that this was decided, I ask you to leave. I have other things to take care of." I suggested her.

She got up and went in the direction of the door but before she got out, I threw her a box of tissues. "Clean yourself up." After saying this, I saw a slight smile appear on her lips as she went out.

'I'm sure that she saw this as an act of kindness, but in reality, I only consider her as a tool. I only want to learn the Legendary Magic of the Lucifuge family. However, since she is the only who knows how to use it, I had to bait her. She never had another chance. From the beginning until the end, she is just my puppet. If she behaves I might consider having her join my family, after all, I want to break the Gremories from the inside out. Everyone in the family are my chess pawns. The only one that I'm afraid of is Venelana. She will be a worthy opponent, or at least, I hope so. I don't want to get bored so soon.' I thought while I entered inside my room. "I'm going to take a bath." I told Vergo.

"The girls are still in the bathroom." He said.

"And?" I asked while I undressed myself. "Watch over Shiro. When she wakes up, I want to be there." I told him.

Then I went inside the bathroom and entered the bathtub without caring. Every girl froze, except Shizuku, she just looked at me.

"Calm down. Before you try to kill me, remember that I'm just a 11 years old kid. I'm not going to fuck you... at least not yet." I smiled. "Ahem! I need to explain somethings first. So I ask you to listen closely to what I have to say."

"You might be a kid in the physical department but you mind is not the same." Machi commented.

"Whatever. Just listen to me. The truth about me is that I'm not a human, I am a Devil." Right when I said this, I released my wings.

As soon as Neon saw them, stars appeared in her eyes.

"In the end... we made a deal with the Devil." Menchi said.

"You are technically correct. But I am only one out of thousands of Devils. And yes, you joined a family that has a Devil in it." I nodded.

"So you are going to use some kind of special power that a Devil has to resurrect Pakunoda?" Machi asked.

"Yeah. Something like that. I will explain later how this power works." I turned to Shizuku and Ponzu because they were the only ones that have not said anything.

"Nothing changes. Even if you are a Devil, you are someone who I chosed to follow." Shizuku said.

"Same thing for me. After all, Devil or not, Oemitsu is Oemitsu." And Ponzu followed right after her.

"Fufufufu. That's great to hear. Now, be careful in this world." Befors I could continued talking, Machi interrupted me.

"World?" She asked.

"Yes. Currently, we are in a different world." This was like a nuke and made everyone take their own conclusions. "In this world, if you are not careful enough, you will die. There are mythical beings that can kill you all with a single finger or even less." I warned them.

"Who was that lady that you were talking to?" Machi asked after she assimilated the information she received.

"Oh, that was the Queen of the Underworld, also known as my mother." I casually said.

"She was a complete monster." Menchi said before everyone nodded, except Neon since she doesn't have battle experience.

"Of course she is. She has more than 100 years of experience in fighting, she currently is the wife of Lucifer and she is strongest Queen in the Underworld." I nonchalantly said.

"When I activated my En, it was like I was looking at the abyss itself. If I showed any hostile intent I'm certain that I would die instantly. That was what my instincts were telling me." Machi commented.

"It was the same for me." Menchi said, with Shizuku nodding.

"In this world we are weak, however, that is temporary. We just need to grow stronger, quite simple right?" I smiled.

Ponzu, for some reason got really red. 'She just realized that I am in the bath with her.' I thought.

Ponzu jumped and tried to get out of the bath but I interrupted her. "If you get out of the water, then I will be able to see everything." This made Ponzu get even more red.

Then she immediately went underwater. "Fufufufu. This is just the start."
