Getting Ready for The Plans
(A/N: This chapter has a lot to do with mastery ranks so I will give you some explanations for each rank to make it easier to understand.
Novice: As the name suggests, it's a beginner rank. it ranges from the noobs to a somewhat experienced people.
Apprentice: Someone who has studied/experienced the subject for a good period of time, but is still not that great at it. For example, a normal mechanic will have this rank in Engineering.
Expert: This is where the big leagues are. People like Bruce Lee, Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson etc are here. The best of "Our" world basically.
Master: People who have left the limits of normalcy. Those who have gone beyond humanity. The realm of fiction.
Legendary: Is like it's name, things that only happen in legends and tales of past.
Mythical: Things that are extraordinary even among the legends. Like the stronger sacred gears (not things like True Longinus or the really OP shit). The Endgame shit.
Divine: It doesn't mean divinity per se but all divine figures have it. Example of it is Zeus's Electrokinesis or things so bizarre only gods can do.

I was thirty-seven when I became a Gamer, and if we add all of Kotaro's original memories too then I will be counted as a hundred plus years old man.
Then why in the hell I didn't have the wisdom to use this earlier?!!

A forbidden jutsu to create identical clones of the user by dividing their chakra into half for each clone.
The memories of the clone will be sent back to the user upon the destruction of the clone.
The chakra used in the clone will be added back upon destruction.
Caution: This Jutsu can be fatally dangerous if your mind is not capable of computing the feedback of clones.]
156 Intelligence my ass!!
I've been using jutsus from Naruto left and right yet I have ignored one of the most useful jutsus of all time! A jutsu that could have lessened so much of my burdens.
I just feel so frustrated right now.
If I hadn't forgotten about this particular skill then my life would have been sooo much easier.
The thing that held me back this whole time was my lack of free time. I was busy with an abysmal amount of work that needed my direct attention and I just couldn't find the time needed to do some of the stuff I wanted to do.
But now?
Now I can use clones for the paper works, a clone will be responsible for looking at the results of any and all scientific projects that might have taken my time otherwise, the training of my team will be done by a clone, etc.
It opened so much of my schedule that it isn't even funny.
And I'm pretty sure if not for Orochimaru using it I wouldn't have remembered it for a long, long time too.
Do you want to know what made it all the more stupid? Kotaro himself used clones too and yet here I was, only remembering about it now.
*Sigh*
Whatever. I can't do anything about the past so I better not dwell on it anymore.
Anyway, now that I have more freedom to do what I need to I can start some parts of my plans.
The Artificial Rings creation has started its very first steps this week, and I dare to say it's coming along pretty well.
The first few days after the summoning process was spent on our clan researchers teaching everything that needed to be taught to the trio of scientists that I have recruited and even before that there were some delays because of Orochimaru's injuries.
It took a lot of work to heal his hands. His hands were so fucked up that cutting them off and using a prosthetic arm in their place would have been a much easier solution, but that was rejected by both me and him.
His efficiency would have dropped if he couldn't use his hands in a fine way so I was not going to accept that. And he, of course, didn't want fake hands instead of his owns.
But just the moment that they were done with the fundamental issues that we were facing, they started to work on the project eagerly, making up for the lost time in a short period.
They did have problems in the process, but none of the problems they faced was, by any means, related to the scientific part of their works.
It was all bantering between Orochimaru and Mayuri that always ended up in a full-fledged fight that was only stopped when their respective "Supervisors" subdued them.
They just couldn't tolerate each other's existence no matter what we did to calm them down.
I saw that coming ages ago but it's not a problem that can be solved easily, or at all for that matter unless there is some mind fuckery involved. The two mad scientists were just too much like each other for their liking.
The only person in the group of trio that was wholeheartedly working on the project was, of course, Maya.
Fortunately, she didn't seem to like getting involved with the two-man any more than strictly necessary so as a result, I didn't have to worry about her being involved in the madness that is this rivalry.
On a good note, I have started learning Fuinjutsu, Ninjutsu, etc under Orochimaru which gave me a really appreciated gift from the Game itself.

It was more than just a page of organized names.
The mentor part of it gave me a boost in learning things from my mentors depending on their level of mastery on the subject in the form of a completion percentage on the upgrade quests while the student part made learning things from me easier for anyone I teach.
And that led to my immediate apprenticeship under the snake sage so that I can enjoy the privilege of a faster growth rate.
Orochimaru's mastery of Ninjutsu, according to my Observe which I have upgraded to Expert already, is Legendary thus not only he is qualified to teach me, but also helps me in advancing it further to higher ranks.
And what made me start to salivate was his Fuinjutsu.
It was Mythical.
A rank that I didn't know jack shit about. A rank higher than my mastery of Taijutsu which already gave me endgame level boosts and techniques.
That excited me very very much, but after that excitement came another feeling.
Caution.
It made me kind of paranoid even.
What are his limits? Can he use it to fight me directly? has he already started something?
It started to wreck my mind.
So I did what I could to make sure everything was alright. I checked every single member of my clan, from simple janitors to the elders using Observe, thus calming down slightly when I found nothing suspicious.
But that didn't make me relax completely. So I will assign a clone to watch him every twelve hours before it has to cancel itself and be replaced with another one.
Even though doing this using a Shadow clone would be fatal for other people, that is not the case for me. My mind has the processing power of more than ten people thanks to my INT, so theoretically I should be able to have ten clones live a full day and have no problem processing all of the memories after they pop up.
I went ahead to test the jutsu for myself and see its applications.
"Shadow clone."
*Poof*
After using the skill there was a poof of smoke followed by the silhouette of a person of the same height as me.
What came into my view after the smoke cleared out was the face of a handsome young boy with dark blood red hair, high cheekbones, pale blue eyes, and a light purple rhombus on his forehead.
Damn, I look fine!
The clone just nodded and went on its merry way to do my orders.
A little later I received one minute worth of memories that I didn't actually experience myself.
Good, everything is working just fine with the skill itself.
But there is a problem.
My MP was divided completely, making it go from 1560 to 795. That means if I want to create say... four clones, each would have around 49 MP.
That's too low for my active skills.
Just how much chakra did Naruto have to spam clones like he did?
No matter, it doesn't mean I can't use it, I just have to use no more than one clone in a fight for now until I charge the MP storage on my forehead enough. But the good news is I can still use them to do the labor work while I focus on the more pressing matters.
So I used the skill one more time, this time creating nine clones, each having only 1MP.
One, as said before will watch over Orochimaru, one to ensure the quality of my team's training, two will start to train my calligraphy till I get the mastery for it and then move on to upgrading it, two will study Ninjutsu with a clone of Orochimaru, and the last three will start the upgrade quest of Taijutsu.
My fighting style is mostly hand to hand supported with a few mid to long-range attacks for now, And I like it like this so to keep it the way it is I will focus on Taijutsu more than the others.
After they all checked themselves for any problems they began to disperse and do their work.
Now I have a good portion of free time on my hands, so I will start parts of my plans.
*A while later, Clan heads study*
"So Let me see if I get it right.
You want us to plant the seed of conflict between the already unstable Heaven Dou and Star Luo empires, ensuring a war will break at a moment's notice.
At the same time, we will start to take control of as many as smaller powers possible through any means necessary. Then we recruit any talented individual under the guise of those same clans looking for members, increasing our manpower.
Am I correct son?" My father asked me with an incredulous expression.
Yes, that's parts one and two of my plans. To conquer a world like this you need war because even though the economy is an important part of this world's power system, it's without a doubt in the third place, first and second being Martial Souls and raw power respectively.
This war should have happened long ago but it didn't because of Spirit hall.
They have controlled the power balance between the two empires, making a mostly peaceful world that is indirectly under their jurisdiction.
If we break that fragile balance then this continent will sink into chaos overnight because of a few very critical reasons, the first of which is this. There are only two empires in this big-ass world at the moment and everyone is a part of the empires one way or another, with the exception of us and Spirit hall of course, If they fight it stands to reason for everybody inside to fight too.
Second, there are only two Neutral parties in this world as I said, us and Spirit hall, one of which is the hand behind this curtain, orchestrating the whole song.
The third reason for such a situation is the tension that the power imbalance between the two empires has created. Star Luo empire is so strong they could have vassalized Heaven Dou if not for Spirit hall's intervention.
There are many other reasons too, but these are the more important ones.
"Almost father.
We must make at least one of the three remaining major clans ally themselves with us, preferably Seven Treasure and Blue Lightning before the war starts.
After the war finally breaks out we will openly support the Heaven Dou with the excuse of how unfair and unjust this war is and vassalize them through me before long. This way there will be collective power between us and our subordinates versus Star Luo.
The Spirit hall will only have three options in such a matter. One is to support the Dai family against us, which is near impossible when we take the royal family's way of doing things into account, and the second is for them to try and use this opportunity to wage war against everybody by themselves.
I'm ninety percent sure they will not select this, but their last option is to stay out of it while breaching to people about peace.
The key factors of our plan are me, you, and mother's power. I will get strong enough to take Qian Daoliu by myself while you and mom will take the other fronts of the war.
Any questions father?"
He looked at me, with eyes singing the song of praise.
As expected of someone who has 100 Affection for me he didn't even question my decision.
"No son. I will relay the new orders to our people.
But you should have told me you want to marry the princess of Heaven Dou sooner, how am I going to tell your mother the news of his precious son's marriage?" He said the last part with a teasing smirk, hoping to see a reaction from me.
I just deadpanned at him and said,
"I like to see you tell her that. I wonder for how long will she strangle you for?"
He stopped smirking, then started to pale.
Yeah, I thought so too.

*Cough* *Cough*
"W-we will not tell her for now. Yes, that's better. H-hahaha."
I just continued to deadpan him while he laughed nervously.
So much for a super douluo.
