2 Lightning Strikes

'Zzzzzzt' Two small lightning bolts were heading straight towards the twins at an insane speed, the bolt on the left the color of crystal clear blue and heading towards Arianna, the other bright blood red and heading towards Bellinore. Bellinore and Arianna quickly noticed that the space around them had been locked and was now preventing them from dodging thus forcing them both to take this attack head-on.

"Shit I know this colored lightning from anywhere… isn't this too much from our parents? I mean we're only at the peak of Qi connection stage, there is no way we can block this." Bellinore cursed as he looked at his impending doom with a little frown.

"Hmm, wait remember the first step of cultivation, the Qi connection stage usually starts as soon as a person turns a year old. Their body will naturally start taking in origin energy to fill the body's six main points, the legs, arms, chest, stomach, neck, and head right?

"Yea and your point is??"

And with a slight shake of her head she explained; "The process of filling up the body with origin energy is to wash away the impurities of the body and transform it into a body fit for cultivation is a long and slow process that usually takes as long as 15 years given that almost everyone starts at one year of age, but us? To this Bellinore groaned remembering that day as both of the twins had been completely unprepared for that event. "Ugh, don't remind me of that day, it was truly miserable. But yeah, I get what you're saying. Use the lightning to wash away any hidden impurities our body may hold since we've advanced at supersonic speeds and then break through to the second stage of cultivation, right?"

"You read my mind." Then both twins mustered up a determined look preparing themselves for the upcoming bolts speeding their way. They stared down the incoming lightning bolt, their nerves having already been steeled. They watched the bolt grow bigger and bigger before,

'BANG!'

The bolts hit them full force sending them toppling backward. Extreme pain began to course through their bodies, their minds being wracked with unbelievable agony. 'Shit c'mon I'll use all of this lightning and step into the second realm of cultivation the origin layer realm right now.'

With a fierce expression, Bellinore sucked in all of the lighting energy into a single point of his body, towards the center of the stomach which is where the dantian is located. Arianna was doing the same and both of the twin's bodies started to crack and peel signifying the breaking point of Qi Connection stage. And finally, once their bodies were cracked all over;

'BOOM'

A huge lightning explosion rang out wrecking everything within 5 feet around them while shaking the floor. The twin's bodies truly have crossed the step of Qi Connection stage, into the second realm the origin layer realm. But it wasn't over yet, by using the remaining lightning energy in their bodies as well as all of the surrounding origin energy in the environment, they compressed it into a spherical mass of energy inside their dantian.

After forming their origin cores the twins fell into a highly meditative state where they can now sense and use their soul and touch upon a slight connection with lightning This connection is a crucial step as this is the start of comprehending the first stage of the law of lightning and advancing through the origin layer realm.

Bellinore sensed the deep bright red lightning in his body and formed a miniature red lightning core in his dantian and comprehended enough to reach the initial stage of the first stage of lightning law.

Arianna miniature core was crystal blue lightning and she also stepped into the initial stage of the first stage of lightning law. When both twins opened their eyes it was like lightning was coursing through both of their eyes with electricity booming through it.

At this stage, both twins are at the second layer of Origin Layer realm skipping the first layer as their miniature core is already formed and perfected. "So this is the origin layer realm huh; thankfully our bloodline helps us absorb and guide that lightning or that would've been a way more grueling task." With a crack of his bones from stretching out his arms, Bellinore opens up the palm of his hand and formed a swirling red ball of lightning.

"Hey look at this seems our lightning laws has some special properties."

"Yea mine is a crystalline blue I wonder if this is some advanced part of some lightning laws." And on Arianna's palm was the swirling blue ball of lightning energy. "The two of you are right, seems like our lightning unintentionally jump-started something."

Then twins quickly looked up and saw two figures standing there as if they were there throughout the whole process of their breakthrough. The figure on the left was a clean and handsome man with long black hair flowing down all the way to his legs. He had a sharp triangular face with sleek eyebrows and dark green eyes with a divine tattoo marking in the middle of his forehead as well. He was shaven clean and had a rectangle skinny body shape with slim long arms, a slim stomach and tall but toned legs.

With clean white skin and at a staggering tall height he was a scholarly looking man who wore a black blazer with a plain white tee shirt and slim black pants which fitted him perfectly. He also had black dress shoes and a leather belt to go with the whole outfit.

The other figure on the right the one who spoke to the twins was a charmingly beautiful woman who had long blonde hair flowing down to her legs too like a ray of sunlight. She had a diamond shape face with slim eyebrows, bright yellow eyes and just like the rest of the family had a divine tattoo marking on the middle of her forehead.

With cherry red lips and a short neck, she had short arms and a curvy spoon body shape with big breast stacking on her chest and tone legs. She currently wore a long bright blue sundress which had a stretch out design of a crow running on her dress and normal looking sandals. With a slight smile both twins slightly bowed greeting the two saying; "Good morning mom and dad"
