34 Visiting Shangguan Mansion Again

Shangguan Ning'er "Brother Jiang Chen why did you get those cauldrons they have no purpose other than alchemy right?"

Jiang Chen "Not exactly they have many purpose other than alchemy. I need them now."

Shangguan Ning'er was confused but didn't ask further she know she can't understand everything Jiang Chen can understand.

Jiang Chen "Sister Ning'er I have recently heard there was a conflict between you both sisters, What happened?"

Shangguan Ning'er was shocked hearing this what can she answer him about that conflict "It was nothing just a small misunderstanding nothing big?"

Jiang Chen "Oh misunderstanding. If it is small you shouldn't extend it for long you two were born together and have always been together I was always envious of you that you have such a good sister who can understand everything you want and vice versa. It even surprised me that you were in conflict."

Shangguan Ning'er "She was being foolish she is not trying to understand gravity of her actions. I am trying to help her but she was not trying to understand. I wish she can learn before her actions ruin beautiful things ahead."

Jiang Chen just smiled.

Shangguan Ning'er "Brother Jiang why did we come to city square. Do you want to buy anything ?"

Jiang Chen "Yes I need to buy few beast cores."

Shangguan Ning'er "Didn't you have many of them you killed lot many beast ?"

Jiang Chen "I used them up."

Jiang Chen went to city square and acquired over hundred beast cores of wind attribute and few fore attribute cores.

Shangguan Ning'er didn't probe further she guess it was something to do for her.

Jiang Chen "Are you prepared for the journey to River Moon city?"

Shangguan Ning'er "I don't know what to prepare for? I have everything arranged but don't know it still feels lacking."

Jiang Chen smiled "Anticipation is what you are lacking. It is the fresh start for out martial path. Until now we relied on our family for everything resources,techniques,protection and experience."

Jiang Chen "Once we enter outside word and enter a sect everything depends on us alone we have to acquire things by ourselves. You know right Rivers City is too far from here it will take 3-4 months to go there on boat and even more to go by foot. Even if we die in some place it will reach our family only after 5 months. We would be outside the protection range of the family. So this is place where we will be tempered and grow. You are not in clear mind now for future you seem distracted."

Jiang Chen "It is true no amount of preparation would be sufficient when we enter outside world . We should be mentally prepared that would be sufficient to everything we lack. Open minded and adapting to situation and group of trusted friends will make things easy for us."

Shangguan Ning'er nodded her head she was scared of what will happen to Jiang Chen even she was curious to know how is outside world.

Shangguan Ning'er "Are You prepared then?"

Jiang Chen "I guess so. I am mentally prepared for it long ago. I wanted to roam to central grand freely. Also somethings are happening in Jiang family I may not be returning to River Spring city again."

Shangguan Ning'er "What happened?"

Jiang Chen "Even I am not eligible to know the answers. Many things are happening. It is not just me who is leaving River Spring city . All twelve of Jiang families younger generation are leaving the city."

Shangguan Ning'er was shocked hearing this all younger generation members of Jiang family are leaving.

Jiang Chen "Father told me to go to Rivers city after the coming to age ceremony he even prepared a ship for us. I don't know I guess their is some crisis."

Shangguan Ning'er "You are not coming along with us?" she asked bit relieved she can guess that Jiang family have made some preparations.

Jiang Chen "I will be coming along but in different ship. You can join our ship if you want." he said in flirty face. Shangguan Ning'er was blushing hearing this.

Shangguan Ning'er "I will see on the day." as they were speaking they reached to Pill Palace.

Jiang Chen entered inside and took out his identification medallion at the front desk it was not needed as everyone in city recognized Jiang Chen. He brought few more herbs and ingredients.

Clerk "Young master you have acquired this ingredients previously too. Other pill masters are just curious on what the purpose is .They said they will compensate you for the information."

Jiang Chen "Sure " he said taking out a pen and paper from his Jade belt and then started writing on it and then passed it to the clerk.

Jiang Chen "Send the payment to my courtyard. You should decide on how much this information is worth."

Jiang Chen spoke that and was leaving the Pill palace.

Shangguan Ning'er "Brother Jiang have you met sister Su Ming recently?"

Jiang Chen "Yes couple of times.Why ?" Jiang Chen spoke absent minded. Both Ning'er and Su Ming were betrothed to him. According to seniority Su Ming should be considered his first wife and Ning'er to be second. Their rivalry was always silent but more fierce than expected.

Shangguan Ning'er "Nothing I heard she joined Pill Palace as alchemist apprentice."

Jiang Chen "True she is making good improvement she will be able to become a Human ranked alchemist in six months or less."

Shangguan Ning'er didn't like this response and was silent she wanted to be most important person in Jiang Chen's life she can't share that position with others. She wanted to ask whether both of them are same in his eyes but decided not to she know Su Ming would not be coming along with them to River Moon city and from then on it may take years for them to see each other again. Shangguan Ning'er "We reached Shangguan Mansion were you planning to come here all along."

Jiang Chen "Hmm its planned after meeting."

Shangguan Ning'er "What was in the note you wrote at Pill Palace?"

As Jiang Chen and Shangguan Ning'er entered Shangguan mansion there were many gazes on them few were happy to see them together few were calm hiding their intentions.

Shangguan Ning'er "You are not allowed inside my courtyard?" she said blushing.

Jiang Chen "Don't worry I don't have any intentions now. I need a quite place I can't reveal my alchemy secret in open right."

Shangguan Ning'er "What about your own courtyard?" she wanted to strictly stop Jiang Chen. She don't want Jiang Chen to stay in Shangguan Mansion long he may know about their family plot or bring disaster to family or he might hate her.

Jiang Chen just chuckled and took out his Rusty cauldron and threw all the ingredients inside the cauldron and placed two newly brought cauldrons inside the room.

Jiang Chen "Is this room frequently used?"

Shangguan Ning'er "No. What are you making is it for me?"

Jiang Chen "No. Well you can use it too but its uses are very less for you."

Shangguan Ning'er saw other Shangguan family members were also waiting outside to know what Jiang Chen is doing.

After few minutes Shangguan Bing'er also came there to know what is happening.

Jiang Chen "Sister Ning'er can you arrange for some fresh water?"

Shangguan Ning'er immediately sent a maid to fetch water in a huge container.

After almost three hours Jiang Chen opened his cauldron and brought out poured items inside in few separate crystal bottles.

Jiang Chen "Sister Ning'er this three bottles are for you ,pass other three to Sister Bing'er too."

Shangguan Ning'er did as what Jiang Chen said then he took the last two bottles and went to the huge empty containers before him. He slowly applied the paste inside the bottle on the inside walls of container slowly. After carefully applying the paste on the cauldrons walls. He slowly and carefully filled the cauldron with water to half .

Shangguan Ning'er "Brother Jiang what is the mixture you made now?"

Jiang Chen "It is one of the ancient methods used long ago. This is called incubation paste that is used to hatch eggs and help new born beast gain strength."

Jiang Chen "Sister Ning'er that small bottle holds fire attribute pure essence there are 30 drops of it inside it and biggest one holds wind attribute pure energy essence,other one is paste that you should apply to your hands."

Shangguan Ning'er "What should I do with it? Will it help me hatch my Golden falcon faster."

Jiang Chen "It will. Now apply three drops of paste all over your hand ."

Shangguan Ning'er was applying the paste on her hands while Jiang Chen applied other paste on other cauldron and slowly filled it with water.

Shangguan Bing'er understood that Jiang Chen was even making it for her. So she started applying the other paste to her hand.

Jiang Chen "Sister Ning'er slowly keep the beast egg in your hand inside the cauldron in center." As Shangguan Ning'er did that.

Jiang Chen dropped one drop of fire attribute energy and ten drops of wind attribute energy inside it.

Jiang Chen "Sister Ning'er you have to daily pour one drop of fire attribute essence and ten drops of wind attribute essence .No less no more."

Jiang Chen "Then you should circulate your pure wind attribute energy just touching the egg with your hands submerged in water. Always apply the paste when you do it."

Shangguan Ning'er "How fast should I do it.?"

Jiang Chen "You do it now I will tell you when to stop increasing the speed."

Shangguan Ning'er did as Jiang Chen told she circulated wind attribute energy inside the cauldron slowly.There was no movement initially and then suddenly there were ripples coming from the cauldron water.

Jiang Chen "Sister Ning'er don't increase the speed any longer.You have to do this for one hour and then pull you hands slowly out it should not cause any disturbance." Shangguan Bing'er was standing there silently not moving a bit she was having a calm expression not indicating any thing at all.

Jiang Chen even helped her in completing the procedure and after one hour as Ning'er completed the process she slowly took out her hand.

Jiang Chen "Did you feel it?"

Shangguan Ning'er was filled with joy she sensed the beast inside the egg she could feel existence of a living being inside it.

Shangguan Ning'er "Yes I could feel it I felt like I was able to touch it and its energy was slowly increasing.It will hatch very soon right."

Jiang Chen "It will be able to hatch in a month or even early if you could form a connection with it will hatch even sooner."

Jiang Chen "Remember everything carefully don't try to rush things. Don't think increasing fire attribute energy will cause it o develop sooner or wind attribute energy. It will kill the baby inside it "

Jiang Chen "After the beast breaks out from the egg change the liquid to fresh liquid I will change the paste then and it will help it grow faster till it reach Rank 1."

After instructing Shangguan Ning'er thoroughly and carefully Jiang Chen left Shangguan Mansion.

Both sisters were left here alone in the room.

Shangguan Ning'er "Can you see it he is worth more than you can imagine even father and ancestor don't know such methods and expertise."

Shangguan Bing'er "So what he do posses few skills .You want us to compromise on our chance for greater good."

Shangguan Ning'er "What greater good are you speaking about? It would bring doom to out family. He was helping us honestly he just got to know I have difficulty in hatching this egg and he came out to help us both."

Shangguan Bing'er "We don't need his help we would have done it our self without his help he just reduced the time that is all."

Shangguan Bing'er "Don't get fooled by just his skills there are way too many geniuses in River Province . We are both geniuses we will find better people than him. "

Shangguan Ning'er "You are an idiot I don't know how can you be so narrow minded."

Shangguan Bing'er "You are narrow minded you can't see what we truly are capable of . Our future prospects are endless and his future is limited he would be killed by Bai family in the trip.
