4 Start

They continued till day break where they stopped temporarily.

Jiang Ming "Have you made the decision?"

Jiang Chen " I did, but."

Jiang Ming "There should not be any buts in the path you choose."

Jiang Ming "Tell me clearly what did you choose?"

Jiang Chen "Path of Asura, I want to learn swords for close range fighting, Spear techniques for mid-range and Archery for long range fights and my fists for unarmed combat."

Jiang Ming was startled hearing this Asura is just a character created to inspire children in the path of cultivation, even though she was obsessed with Asura even she will not choose his path. If it was someone else, she would have laughed out loud and told them not to do so.

Jiang Ming "ASURA, Chen'er you shouldn't follow Asura that sternly."

Jiang Chen was silent, not replying he could not explain it clearly to his Aunt but somehow he feels like the path of Asura is made for him.

Jiang Ming just sighed, not getting any response. She then opened her bag and took out some manuals. Then she selected a few and passed them to Jiang Chen. There were six books in total.

Jiang Chen "Aunt all are basic grade. Not even common grade." [Basic is not any specific grade it does not count in any grades as they don't use any heavenly energy at all]

Jiang Ming "I know that. You have to practice them, they are the basic fundamentals and more important than any Martial skills."

Basics of Swords

Basics of Spears

Basics of Archery

Human Body and explanation

Blood spot silver moon deer movement skill

There was another movement skill, agility.

Jiang Ming "From tomorrow Will start your training."

Jiang Ming then gave him a booklet, he recognized that booklet it is a Weapons booklet of his father, he has stored designs of various weapons he created or sold at the stall.

These are just rough designs of the weapons they are then further customized according to the attributes needed.

Jiang Chen slowly absorbed all kinds of weapons and decided on a particular long sword.

Jiang Ming looking at the design started making calculations.

Jiang Ming "Hmm, no problem select a spear and type of bow you want."

Jiang Chen "Aunt are we going to make weapons now, I haven't yet reached Martial disciple stage."

Most people get their first weapons one they reach a martial disciple stage. That is when they start weapon training. Martial techniques are double-edged if we are not prepared properly, they can harm the cultivator too.

So while they were in body tempering stage they only practice common grade techniques and there are no weapon techniques in common grade techniques.

Jiang Ming "You will not be using heavenly energy, you would be only using your bare body."

Jiang Ming "Also, you are going in different path with them. So never compare yourself with any others." said in a serious tone.

Jiang Ming "You should get accustomed to your weapons, if not you will never be like Asura."

Jiang Ming "For next few years you will be training in this forest and you should always carry your weapons with you. You should never part with your weapons, even in sleep. You should remember they are your extension."

Jiang Ming "Now you go and cultivate I have to make some preparations for tomorrow, we will be going deeper into the forest."

Jiang Chen silently sat under a tree and started cultivating, using Dragon Star Pagoda technique.

With all his bones baptized under the heavenly energy the next step is baptizing his muscles followed by his other vital organs and skins. So Jiang Chen slowly continued cultivating according to the instructions of DSPT.

Early in the next morning they ventured deeper into the forest until they reached an isolated valley. Jiang Chen understood by his aunt's action this is where he is going to stay for next few years. His aunt told him that his training will only be considered finished when he reached a great perfection stage in all the five arts.

Jiang Ming "Chen'er go and take a bath first, then you will be making your weapons. This will mark as the start of your journey."

Jiang Chen followed her instructions and took a bath in the nearby pond and dressed in his training outfit.

By the time he went to Aunt Ming, he found that she had prepared a mini foundry in the valley.

There was a make over furnace, molds and all prepared.

Jiang Chen slowly checked the materials and was surprised to find Star wrought iron there.

Jiang Chen "Aunt Ming is it really, the star wrought iron?" Jiang Chen asked puzzled. It was one of the strongest material in the continent and its strength is no less to Adamantium. It was very rare and extremely pricey. But here he was seeing lumps of it, Jiang Chen made a rough estimate it should be over 5000 pounds of it.

If this matter was known to anyone in the city it would immediately draw a mini-war.

Jiang Ming "Yes, so what, we even got Silver moon wood here and Black red ore."

All these materials were rare and extremely costly.

Jiang Ming "Chen'er come lets prepare." As she said, she extended her hand and blue color flames came out of her hands and started the furnace. And threw few lumps of Star wrought iron into it.

Jiang Chen knew the procedure from then on he was also a blacksmith and he knew what he should do next.

After the metal was melted Aunt Ming threw a strange black color object into the metal and told Jiang Chen to wait. Jiang Chen was confused about what item did his aunt three into the material.

Generally they will add the Demonic Beast cores at this moment of suitable attribute along with herbs and materials suitable with that attribute, Jiang Chen was confused at what his aunt threw inside it was pitch black in color and Jiang Chen never heard about such an attribute. Then after a few minutes when Jiang Ming was completely sure that black car was thoroughly absorbed.

Jiang Ming "Throw all the items inside that white sack." instructed Jiang Chen, Jiang Chen just followed her instructions. But what puzzled Jiang Chen was the sensation from white sack it felt like his body will freeze if he was in contact few more minutes.

Jiang Chen was sure that the items in the sack were of ice attribute. But why did his Aunt bring ice attribute items for his weapons?

Jiang Ming "Chen'er add a few drops of your blood into the mold."

Jiang Chen was confused hearing this, but did what his aunt told him to. He didn't doubt her motives, he knows what ever his aunt do there should be a reason for it.

Jiang Ming "You will understand it later."

Jiang Chen just nodded his head and after waiting for a few more minutes Jiang Ming poured the metal into the mold of a single long sword.

Jiang Ming "Chen'er you know what to do next. I have exhausted my energy I should recuperate you finish that sword."

Jiang Chen continued according to the practice and was completely engrossed in his sword making he was extra careful as he knows that it would be his weapon. After a long time, his sword was ready and Jiang Chen was more than satisfied with that sword of his and he could already sense some connection with it.

That sword was three and a half feet long and three fingers width wide and ultra sharp edges. According to weapon grades it should be considered a high level mortal grade weapon with dual attributes of ice and an unknown attribute. It weighed around 800 pounds, but due to expert forging techniques of the Jiang family its size has been just as any other common Long sword.

Jiang Chen could not sense any attribute from the sword.

Jiang Ming, who has restored her energy came just in time observe the sword and even she was impressed with it.

Jiang Ming "Good. It was able to hide its attributes, but its sharpness is unmatched. Good work kid."

Jiang Chen "Aunt what is the other attribute you added?"

Jiang Ming just chuckled "You will know when the time comes. Let's finish other items too."

Both Aunt and nephew duo started making other weapons.

It took them one more week to prepare everything according to his aunt.

By the end Aunt Ming made him prepare Three swords with different attributes and three spears and a couple of bows one was completely made from Silver moon wood while the other was made from using a complex formula of metals but they were both identical to each other. And a few thousand arrows and few hundreds of attributes arrows.

Jiang Chen could guess how complex was all the process.

Jiang Ming "Chen'er do you remember the attributes we used."

Jiang Chen "Total seven attributes including the unknown ones. There were three unknown ones."

Jiang Chen "Three swords had ICE, FIRE and LIGHT attributes, three spears possessed lightning, ice and light attributes, metal bow had all seven attributes and wooden one have both lightning and fire attributes in it.All the sheathes and grips were made using that other two unknown attributes."

Jiang Ming "Chen'er remember that those three unknown attributes do not exist, never ever speak a word about them."

Jiang Chen nodded, he could already make a wild guess, but he was not sure about it yet. But thinking about attributes, there is still a long time to go.

Jiang Ming "Chen'er I will be going tomorrow and from today you should start training. Those attributes are useless for you until you form the Attribute core."

Jiang Chen was surprised to hear that his aunt will be leaving the next day, it only meant one thing that she will not be helping him in his training he has to rely on himself for training.

As the night passed it was time for Jiang Ming to leave. She didn't have any emotions while she was parting.

Jiang Ming "Chen'er don't worry about the wild beast attack here, no wild beasts come to this area and same is the case for humans and I will be coming regularly for other things."

Jiang Ming "Now it depends all on you on how you progress ,always open your mind and try to learn from everything. Everything has a DAO when you can see that you are close to the path of ASURA."

Saying this Jiang Ming left in the carriage she brought. There were 12 dummies Aunt Ming brought here from home, they are all his partners now they are his companions and they also dictate when he will be going home. Once his this partner is no more he can go home. Jiang Chen slowly sat in lotus position and started cultivating preparing his mind for it.

After some time he slowly got up and took the manual on sword art and prepared to make his first move.

He followed the instruction in the manual and tried to draw his sword from the scabbard.
