61 Ha Ling in Action

Ha Ling took out his dual sabers and attached them to his hips, keeping them ready for action at any moment. Ha Ling turned to dual saber wielder, after he received second saber techniques from Bai family. His attacks are more thorough and defense air tight. Since, he fights with instincts mostly he has good sense too.

Sai Mo from Sai family was a water attribute fighter too, he specialized in ways of swords. He is a 5th rank Martial Artist, that gave him confidence in fighting Ha Ling who was just a fourth stage martial artist.

Everyone wanted to know about strengths of Ha Ling. Even though they want to challenge Jiang Chen too, to get the courtyard number 1. They can't just challenge Jiang Chen directly. Jiang Chen was more than just a cultivator , he is a genius alchemist and weapon maker. Offending hims would just be a reason for other families to showoff. It is already unexpected that Xue WuXia challenged him, she has her own pride being a sky grade cultivation technique genius.

Sai Mo "You seem pretty confident even though there was a level difference between us."

Ha Ling just calmly brought his left hand and took out his saber blocking the attack,'Water still as rock." this is from second technique Still water saber.

Sai Mo was shocked that his attack was blocked so easily. They both lost their balance and moved two steps behind.

Jiang Chen was standing there simply just observing the fight. But, the fight of Ha Ling shocked one person more.

WuHen "Sister. what happened?"

WuXia "We are not the only ones who use those threads as medium. Ha Ling is using a very precise control, he also use energy threads for cultivation."

WuHen "You mean Ha Ling is a genius like you too."

WuXia "Jiang Chen is."

WuHen "So both of you were able to recreate an old cultivation method by yourself."

Jiang Chen "Are you expecting that I will loose intentionally to her."

Qingcheng "Maybe, I don't know, I haven't participated in one before."

Bing'er "Jiang Chen, sister Qingcheng is out of control, she does this every time."

Jiang Chen "I told you this the first day itself, she is mean and all, you didn't listen to me."

Bing'er "So you know what you should do. You should loose the fight with her."

Jiang Chen "I am really curious on how you are communicating recently with out me hearing this."

Mo Qingcheng "That is our secret. We can't share it with you."

Jiang Chen "Are you challenging me to find about it."

Mo Qingcheng " Its not a bad idea? But what difference does it make. There is no need for such a name there." she was completely confident saying that.

Jiang Chen "Are you really Mo Qingcheng, you were not one bit like you used to be. You are getting more overbearing than me. Even I never behaved that blatantly ignoring all rules."

Mo Qingcheng "Yes,you have lot to improve. You will sure make progress."

Bing'er was rolling on the floor laughing at their banter, they never get old at all. Mo Qingcheng always acts this way with Jiang Chen, even with her she shows some restraint but Jiang Chen is different. She always manages to get her way with him.

On the other side,it has already been ten minutes since the fight started and it crossed over 50 or so rounds already.

Sai Mo "Both of us are not gaining any advantage, it will be extended fight, you still want to fight, you know my reserves would be higher than yours."

Ha Ling "Yes, that is true. You still want to fight. I haven't used my other saber."

Ha Ling's other saber was still sheathed hanging in its position.

Ha Ling "Thank you for your guidance brother Sai. I guess it is almost time we finish this off."

Ha Ling "You, don't have to hold back any longer, I am using it now."

Sai Mo "I was waiting for that too." as soon as he spoke that he started launching his attacks, they are more vigorous and more powerful than before. But Ha Ling with his two sabers out matched him move to move. Then what followed was a very intense fight. They fought toe to toe with each other, their moves are so fast no one below Martial Artist could see them. But Jiang Chen didn't keep the fight in his mind at all, he was busy trying to break the communication method those two are using. They created their own method in just four months. They are really well, his girls.

Then suddenly Ha Ling's attacks became stronger and stronger and there was rhythm in his attacks and Sai Mo was completely suppressed from then on.

Su Mo "Brother Ha Ling , started attacking now."

Elder Go "Ha Ling, defends his position, he will continue to be in first division."

Go Fen "Ha Ling can't be challenged for another week, Sai Mo you can only challenge two more times."

Go Chen "If there are any more challenges please come forward." he said looking at Xue WuXia.

Sai Chen the dual attribute cultivator from Sai family came forward.

Sai Chen "I want to challenge brother Jiang."

Go Chen "He is already challenged by Xue WuXia, you have to await a week or more to challenge him again."

Xue WuXia went on to the stage and was waiting for Jiang Chen to come up.

Xue WuXia "We still have to fight out." she said taking out her spear from storage pouch.

Xue WuXia "I use spear as my primary weapon, I will be fighting you with my Ice attribute."

Jiang Chen "Ice attribute and spear. Sure, I will use same weapon and my lightning attribute."

Jiang Chen brought out his lightning attribute spear.

WuXia "That is a very good spear." she said looking at spear. She could almost feel like it has its own character. It was very good weapon.

Everyone were stunned seeing Jiang Chen bring out his spear and he spoke it clearly that it is using his lightning attributed one. So it means Jiang Chen have a close range lightning attribute technique too.

WuXia "You hid the fact, you use spear."

Jiang Chen "I never had need to use it." he said stroking his spear.

WuXia "I changed my decision, lets challenge each other using same attribute. I will also use my Lightning technique."

Jiang Chen "It would be good comparing them." WuXia brought out her second spear made for lightning technique.

Jiang Chen could see that this spear was even weaker than the one she held previously.

Jiang Chen then summoned two spears from his Natal Palace, it is where he stored the weapons he made. He then tossed them to WuXia along with a bottle of pills.

Jiang Chen "These are the weapons I personally made. Both for lightning and ice attribute, both are extraordinary grade Human rank weapons. This can be considered a meeting gift. Your old weapons are too substandard , it would be embarrassing to fight them using my weapons."

Xue WuXia didn't shy herself from checking both spears, they are really top grade weapons. She felt they also have their own unique aura emitting from them when she touched them. They were perfect fit in her hands.

Xue WuXia "WuXia would be grateful for this. But I still will stick to my weapon for this fight." she said keeping both spears and pills in her pouch.

Everyone else were stunned at this, they have heard some information about Jiang Chen's pills and weapons, they are top grade weapons and of best quality among human ranks.

Xue family disciples were upset at this , WuXia just received a top standard weapons. It is what they tried to avoid for so long. She also received some pills.

WuXia "You helped WuHen a lot, she was hoping to become an alchemist for long, it only became reality after she met you. But, I will not hold back in the fight for that favor."

Jiang Chen "She is really good.She would have figured the way herself."
