4 4: Mysterious Energy

"He's here" a loud shot came from the entrance as a group of police officers rushed in.

"Huh??" The leasing officer was shocked as he noticed the criminal had already been taken out.

"Now they come?"

"We would've been dead if it wasn't for the kid"

The customers all became furious as they noticed the police officers come in.

...

After asking around the police officers found out that the criminal was taken out by Kaito, Kaito then explained the situation to the chief officer.

"Kid, to take out a criminal so fast, you are really strong" the chief said with a laugh as he watched the unconscious criminal's body get taken away.

"It was nothing, I did what I had to" Kaito replied expressionlessly.

"Of course, with great power comes great responsibility" the chief officer said with a laugh.

The officers consoled the toshikoshi couples and promised to pay for the damages..

The scene was soon cleaned up and most of the customers left.

After talking to the toshikoshi couples kaito decided to head back to the orphanage, it was getting really dark.

He was getting restless to go through his newly found quirk powers, Kaito had a feeling there was more to his quirk than normal, due to the information he had gained earlier before school started.

Kaito was seated atop the bunk bed as the sound of snoring filled her ears, all of his roommate were currently asleep.

"It's time to try this" he muttered under his breath as he sat up on the bed in a cross-legged position as if he was going to meditate.

It was a little uncomfortable due to the softness of the bed, but he had to bear with it for now.

Kaito calmly closed his eyes and deeply meditated, a strange energy being pulled inside his body.

Kaito couldn't feel or see it, but there was a strange core in his abdomen attracting that mysterious energy at his will.

Outside the orphanage.

The stars shone brightly in the night sky as they scattered across endlessly.

A brightly descended from a singular star as it shone over the whole orphanage, no one in the world was able to see this strange stellar energy.

Kaito was surrounded by a golden glow as he meditated, he felt extremely good but he didn't know what was going on around him.

The next morning.

"What the f*ck, did you fall asleep meditating?" One of his roommates said in shock as he watched Kaito breath calmly while meditating.

"Huh?" Kaito opened his eyes, seeing th sunlight from the window he became suddenly confused.

"Did I meditate through the whole night?" Kaito thought in deep shock, strangely, he was full of energy and felt even stronger than before.

"Is this a cultivation technique or what?" Kaito smiled as he stretched his arms.

"Hey did you hear me?" The male youth said as he noticed Kaito had ignored him.

"Ah, no I was already up" Kaito replied calmly.

"If you say so" the youth thought for a while before leaving the room, thinking that Kaito was just out of his mind.

Kaito tried to move his legs... but they actually weren't moving?

" I didn't know meditating could do this to my legs" Kaito said as he slowly gained control over his paralyzed legs.

"That's better"

"This is the last week of school, then i have the summer break till U.A high's entrance exam starts" Kaito smirked as he got dressed in his school uniform before going to the bus stop.

Just like this another school day went by silently, this time Kaito didn't go to toshikoshi's ramen.

Instead he went to a park near the orphanage, many kids usually hanged out there and it was usually very open.

Kaito was planning on practicing with his quirk, he didn't care if anyone saw him, he wasn't the type to hide his power.

The park had a small playground next to it, it was usually buzzing with activity especially whenever the school day ended.

Finding an empty spot in front of a tree Kaito calmed his breathing as his eyes scanned over the whole park.

Many kids could even be seen using quirks, a few were even play fighting, of course these were the elementary schoolers.

The middle schoolers only came here to talk or relax with their friends.

[Chaos Breathing~First form: Astral Sword]

Kaito released a warm breath of air as the astral sword formed in his hand, it was covered in a dark black fiery energy, the strange energy seemed to be powerful, yet flowed calmly like water.

Kaito felt the strange energy sink into his body as his physical powers raised tremendously, his muscles bulged through his shirt as he slashed out.

Even though Kaito didn't want to hide his power, it didn't mean he would go cause a commotion in broad daylight.
