Party (01)

After a few days it's finally the time for the party. Chen Yang left early to meet with Fang Li's secretary as she will be her partner for the night.

Zhang Min checked a few times for his father before going to his mother's room holding an invitation he got from his uncle Fang Li

Li-Zhen is preparing to watch the television when several knocks were heard from the door. She opened it and saw Zhang Min holding a white invitation in which he passed to the woman.

"We are going to the party!"He exclaimed and then the butler lay an elegant dress on the bed bowed and left. Min's face looks like he wants to be praised.

Li-Zhen carefully read the invitation hmm turns out this is the same party that Chen Yang previously asked him to go but after making that ruckus he asked her to not attend but now she also held an invitation. Li-Zhen does not really care if she goes or not but her son brought her a dress and the invitation, it would be a shame not to attend the event.

They could just casually eat some food, took pictures and then leave without being discovered by Chen Yang.

"Sister in law let me bring you to the make up artist and then I'll drive you and Min to the venue" This seems to be really prepared by Nephew and Uncle. Still Li-Zhen felt giddy going to a party once in a while. Ever since she got to this time she didn't have enough time for leisure as she directly plunged into working at that convenient store.

"Fang-Li thank you for preparing everything"

"Just show me something interesting and then I'll be satisfied."

If Chen-Yang is someone cold then his brother Zhang Fang-Li is someone sly, he expects some entertaining show to happen. He does not believe Li-Zhen that she had really change and lost her memories for all he know it might be deception on her part to get some company secret. The usual easy going Zhang Fang-Li is someone who protects the family above all else.

He knew that person would also attend so he wants to see how the woman who put a green hat for his brother to wear would react. Both Chen Yang and Min had always been controlled by Li-Zhen's every whim so it's up to him to take the look out.

"Something interesting? I don't have a special talent though"

"Uncle don't make my mom stressed " Min complained as he crossed his arms while looking at Fang-Li who laughed while holding up his hands in surrender.

"I won't , I won't geez"

Li-Zhen was brought to a make-up artist and then the artist skillfully prepared her making the somewhat ordinary lady turned someone exceptional. She always looks plain but if she take time to prepare even she could look this stunning. Not bad looks like she is still a beauty

Her hair is let down curled on the bottom while she have a cosmos palette make up the violet and black shade just make her skin to look fair matched with the maroon dress. Li-Zhen wore a pair of black pumps and on her slender wrist is a silver watch from a famous brand, now she really looks like a noble woman of the high society.

"now we are all set let's go but first of all I need to set some rules or my dear brother might have to skin me alive"

Mother and son sat on the stool while Fang-Li briefed them emphasizing that the most important of all is that they should never been seen by Chen Yang or he will be the one who pays working overtime. The other thing would be to have fun and don't get bullied by the other ladies or he will also be skinned alive. Fang-Li mainly talk about the importance of their safety and that's all the rules is about

Li-Zhen felt giddy being dolled up like this.

"Ah I forgot my brother has female partner, sister don't get too jealous over there it's just part of the job."

Li-Zhen nod, of course she knew that male usually bring partners to this kind of stuff, she promised that she will not disrupt Chen Yang's job but she did not promise that she will not get uncomfortable. Li-Zhen knew about betrayal after what happened with her past so she can't help but feel uncomfortable seeing her husband with another woman even if she really did not love him, Li-zhen is trying to learn to love the kind man who tolerated her all the years even if she had been will full all this time.

If anything she would like to have this family for a long time , living in harmony with each other but if there is really another party then they sadly have to part ways. She did not love him and if he raised the divorce she would accept but if he dares to two time her she would really beat him up then file a divorce.

"Don't worry I won't ever get jealous."

Fang-Li narrowed his eyes at her reply and shook his head side ways that poor brother of his, obviously his sister-in- law doesn't hold that much affection to him even right now after supposedly losing memories of the past years of their cohabitation.

They rode a blue sports car to go to the party venue.

Fang-Li obviously drove as Li-Zhen can't drive, Zhang Min sat on Li-Zhen's lap and the drive was kind of quite that its kind of boring.

"After I dropped you to the entrance you can play around as much as you can just don't get too crazy okie"

"What do you mean go crazy ?! I'll just eat take a picture and go home with Min mmm I'll just call the butler to pick us up on the entrance."

Fang-Li nod In reply and when they arrived in the venue he escorted the mother and son inside before going his way to socialize with the other guests. Zhang Min held Li-Zhen's hand as they went to the food corner to fill their stomachs before taking pictures, it's not like they will need to socialize as they don't know anyone in this party.
