16 Little Ice(02)
Zhang Min is not like the other children , he usually never whines and is particularly matured for his age. For as long as he can remember his father Chen Yang had been training him like and adult, toys and cartoons does not interest him one bit in a sense he is matured because he is raised like this despite being a five year old many lessons were drilled inside his head so he can inherit the business.
His games usually involved playing with stocks and solving math problems so he can't understand why his peers go as far as cling to their toys all day , playing gadgets and asking for bed time stories, it only came to him that he is not like the other children when the subject of a mother was raised . For the first time he fill empty and jealous, holding contempt to the man who his mother continuosly call out even to her sleep 'Mu Jung Xi '
The other children are acting cute and docile so he tried to imitate them whenever he saw his mom just maybe someday he will also receive the care of that gentle hands, softly caressing him as she sang him a lullaby to sleep . One day after peeking at her from inside her room like a small animal she took notice at that moment Zhang Min realized that Li-Zhen might have prepared an adorable child instead of a dull person in a child's body so that's what he did .
He tried to act cute just like the others , he carefully observe those the same age as him and imitate and then he really got the affection of his mom. Only to her she wont show this cold attitude even if its all a built up lie ...or is it still a lie at this point ? Sometimes even Zhang Min doesn't realize that he revert back to a simple child in front of Li-Zhen.
"Min play with me!" The girl in their class once again shouted at him when she didn't get a reply from the small boy. Her cheeks are puff as she demands for Zhang Min to play with him but the little ice did not bother putting her in his eyes , he is busy contemplating about his past actions.
"Hello? urgh how rude are you I'll tell it to my dad and he will scold you really hard" Zhang Min knew that will not happen. Everyone in these room no one can hold a candle to their Zhang family, only his peers thought that they are great but an adult knows when to back down. Just like this irritating girl even if Min punch her right now her parents would be the one to say sorry.
"You're annoying get lost" He really can't stand her annoying voice anymore just listening to her makes his head ache.
A caretaker approach the little ice prince and told her someone by the name Li-Zhen is waiting for him at the waiting area to fetch him, the woman even introduce herself as mother of the child so the care taker asked Zhang Min if he knew her and sent a message to Chen Yang.
Zhang Min nod his head his lips showed a rare smile as he followed the caretaker to see his mom.
Li-Zhen is wearing the convenient store uniform so the other parents are giving her the stinky eye. Who allowed this commoner to sit with them ?
"Mom! I'm glad you're here "
a small figure dash from across the corridor and jumped into Li-Zhen's bosom luckily she managed to balance herself and didn't show a sorry figure to the other people present.
"Baby don't run like that you might trip and get hurt"
Zhang Min nodded obediently but he still stick with Li-Zhen aiyaaah what would she do with this child he is so sticky but endearing at the same time.
"I'm here so maybe you can introduce me to your friends?"
"Friends...?"
Li-Zhen felt like she just had stepped on a bomb , maybe her Min doesn't have a friend just how tragic is that ? Li-Zhen want to cry while Min sneered inside his head . 'Who would want to befriend spoiled brats like them who know nothing but ask for toys and candies?' Still despite his inner thoughts he knew that playing the right card will get him more attention.
"Mom can I sleep with you tonight ? you're my only friend pleasssseeeeee" he initiated a puppy eyes technique and as always it is successful hehehehe he knew his mom is weak to his cute techniques
"Woah so this is your mom bah , she looks so poor wearing that uniform."
"I don't want your opinion, this is her hobby so shut up"
Li-Zhen:They all thought I'm working at the convenient store for fun?!
Li-Zhen did not focus on her son's rudeness but on his statement about working being her hobby, it could be said that she had focused on the wrong stuff.
"Min let's go home for now and don't fight with your classmates" Min pretend to be docile and smiled at his mom, sunflowers appearing on his background.
the girl from the class saw his smile and instantly thought that she wants to take Zhang Min home.
"I want him! Buy him!" the child started throwing tantrums while the house keeper could only try to ease the child she is taking care off.
"miss you can't buy that young master it's illegal" though what child knows about legality? the house keeper received a slap in the face and then the little girl gave Li-Zhen a poke.
"how much for your son?"
Li-Zhen sweat dropped at her question. Are children always this crazy?
"even if you give me every thing including your family's life it is not enough to buy the Zhang's young master." A tall man wearing a black suit said as he glance at the young lady.
after receiving a message that Li-Zhen would fetch their son from school Chen Yang immediately went to the pre-school only to see someone wanting to buy his son.
the man looks exactly like Min and looks like his small version.
"Mr. Zhang?!" the adult's exclaimed when they saw the tall figure and then they connected the dots with the young master.
Chen Yang ignored them and carried the small young master in his arms.
"Li-Zhen let's go home" his magnetic voice sounded and no dare to interrupt the family of three.
"wait a minute" Li-Zhen said before approaching the girl squatting to be on the same eye level as her.
"sorry my precious son is not for sale because he is priceless for me" hearing those words Zhang Min felt his heart soften and his legs turned jelly. He tried to hide on his father's arms which is unusual but he does not want to let Li-Zhen see his embarrassed face, it might have looked silly to him but to his parents he looks just like a normal child like any other.
