Toast

Louisa's POV

"Good night fiancée," Aminu whispered into my ear as he walked me up to my door with his hand resting on my back.

"Don't you want to come in for a nightcap?" I asked, I didn't want the night to end just yet, it still feels surreal to me that I'm engaged, somehow I fear that I might wake up in y morning and find out that this is all a dream.

"No, it's getting late I think I should get going," he gave me a soft kiss on my lips. "Goodnight babe."

"Goodnight," I waited for him to get into his car before I opened the door of my apartment and went in.

I can't wait to call my girls and tell them about the good news, although I think Miriam already has an idea this was going to happen.
