84 Punishment?

However....

Bourne looked at this girl and could see the potential in this girl. He wanted to create his own bodyguard team and could tell that this girl was very strong.

Celestial Spirit Magic was very rare magic after all.

The only person on this continent that he had seen to master this magic was Karen.

So when he saw that this girl was able to master this magic made him felt quite surprised.

"Sorry, boy. This is my master's order after all," Scorpio said, but it seemed that he didn't seem that sorry toward him.

Bourne ignored Celestial Spirit's voice since he didn't care much. In his mind, even if they were able to talk to each other or something, they were different species after all so there was a bit difference between human and spirit.

Bourne also thought that Celestial Spirit was only a tool for the magician.

"So girl, what's your name?"

Karen raised her eyebrow and asked, "What are you doing? She's an enemy!"

"An enemy of today is a friend of tomorrow." Bourne looked at Karen and said, "I've slammed her with a motorcycle before, so can we reset the relationship between the two of you?"

"What? How could you do that? Didn't you know that she almost killed me?!"

Karen didn't seem to fear Angel and her Celestial Spirit, when Bourne stood beside her since she knew Bourne's power very well. She might have felt anger before toward Angel, but her anger was reduced when Bourne slammed his motorcycle into Angel since she had to admit this girl was quite pitiful.

"....."

Angel and Scorpio seemed stunned when they saw Karen and Bourne were ignoring them.

"These bastards?!" Angel was full of anger and said, "Scorpio!"

"...."

Even if Scorpio's personality was quite mild, he also felt annoyed when he was being ignored.

"We are!"

Scorpio went down on all fours, in a stance which was reminiscent of a real scorpion's, and then pointed his scorpion-like stinger at Bourne and Karen.

"Sand Buster!"

A large amount of sand was subsequently fired from Scorpio's stinger in the form of a powerful sand tornado.

"Come here."

Hearing Bourne's voice, Karen let him hold her waist, wondering what kind of magic he would use after this.

"Exploding Water Colliding Wave!"

Then a magic circle appeared below Bourne, and a great volume of water was released from it, swallowing up and crushing everything with the advancing surge.

The powerful sand tornado was crushed by the incoming wave of water.

"What?!" Scorpio was startled and thought that this magic was similar to his girlfriend's magic.

Angel also wasn't sure what to do and could only see that she was drowned by the water surge.

The volume of the water was so great that it created a small ocean in the area.

"...."

Karen, who was being hugged by Bourne, looked at the small ocean and felt that Bourne might have done too much. She looked at Bourne and asked, "Don't you have a human heart?"

Shaking his head, Bourne let go of the arm on Karen's waist and made her fall into the small ocean.

"What?!"

Karen fell and all of her body was wet because of the water. "You bastard?! Is this how you treat a woman?!"

"Sorry, sorry, my hands slipped before," Bourne said.

"....."

Karen looked at Bourne again to see whether he was lying or not, however, she couldn't see anything and it seemed that this guy wasn't lying.

Luckily, Karen could swim.

"So what are you going to do now?" Bourne asked and sat on the top of the surface of the water. He pulled Karen from the water and made her able to stand on the top of the surface of the water like him.

"What do you mean?" Karen asked.

"I can see that Loke won't return," Bourne said.

When Karen recalled about Loke, she became annoyed and said, "I have to give him a punishment!"

"Have you ever thought about destroying his key?" Bourne asked.

"Destroying his key?!" Karen was startled since she had never thought of destroying Loke's key. Even if she wanted to give a punishment to her spirit, she would have never thought to destroy her Celestial Spirit Key, especially from her strongest spirit.

"I know that you feel reluctant since Loke is 12 Golden Zodiac Key and he's very rare." Bourne smiled and said, "Not only that, he's also handsome and strong. I'm sure that as his master, you're very happy with him, right?"

Karen nodded since one of the reasons why she could become an S-Class magician was because of Loke, without Loke, her strength would decrease dramatically.

"But did you know there is a secret mechanism within 12 Golden Zodiac Key?" Bourne asked.

"Secret mechanism? What do you mean?" Karen looked at Bourne curiously since she believed in him.

Their relationship was quite close after all and unlike Karen's boyfriends that she could change anytime, their relationship was similar to a friend and partner since one of the reasons why the Sorcerer Magazine could be sold well was because of Karen.

"I have heard that if you destroy one of the 12 Golden Zodiac Key, you'll be able to summon a Celestial Spirit King," Bourne said.

"Celestial Spirit King?! Where did you hear that?!" Karen was startled. Of course, she knew about Celestial Spirit King and knew how strong the king of spirit was since the king was known as the strongest spirit that ruled over all of the spirit.

"From a book collection on the Magic Council," Bourne said while manipulating the water and grabbed Angel who drowned in the small ocean since he needed her.

Karen also saw it, but she didn't care much since her mind thought about the possibility to be able to have a contract with Celestial Spirit King.

For what had happened to Loke, Karen didn't care much since in her mind, Celestial Spirit was only a tool for her. She thought as long as she could have the strongest Celestial Spirit, it was worth it to destroy Loke's key. She took Loke's key and looked at it for a while.

"You're going to do it?" Bourne asked.

Karen nodded and said, "Watch me out. If something happens, then help me." She wasn't sure about the danger of summoning the Celestial Spirit King, but she wanted to try it.

"Go for it." Bourne nodded and said, "I'll protect you." He was also curious about the Celestial Spirit King and wanted to see it.

As for Loke's key, Bourne also didn't care. He felt Loke's actions were too reckless and that spirit almost killed Karen indirectly. He also didn't have that much interaction with Loke so he didn't think too much about the consequences about this matter and he could tell that Loke didn't really like him.

Bourne wasn't sure the reason, but he didn't care much.

(it might be because Loke loses his master's attention when her master is with Bourne).

"If I fail then what should I do?" Karen asked.

"Depends." Bourne stared at Karen and said, "You can work for my company or you can master another magic. I've a lot of magic books. I'll let you read one."

"Only one?"

"Don't be greedy. Even if you choose one, you might not able to master it for a lifetime. It is better to choose the most suitable magic for you," Bourne said.

Karen pouted and said, "I know."

Unlike the majority of men who pampered her, Bourne was very strict with him which made her have dependence on him.

Karen took a deep breath and she was ready to summon the Celestial King Spirit. She wasn't sure, but she felt a lot of energy around her surroundings enter her body.

"Open the Gate of the Celestial King!"

Loke's key broke at this moment, and a light shone brightly in the sky, telling them that something was about to come.

---

Loke, who was hiding in the ruined church, suddenly felt his body disappear. He didn't know what had happened, but at the same time, he had a feeling that it might have something to do with that guy.

Loke gritted his teeth then disappeared from this world.

---

Karen and Bourne didn't look away and looked at the gigantic figure in front of them.

"B, Bourne!"

Karen was surprised, and pulled Bourne's shirt very hard since she didn't expect that she would be able to succeed.

But one thing for sure, the Celestial Spirit King appeared!
