170 Prepare your mind

It was only a few days after Bluenote, Rutsyrose, and Azuma joined Bourne's group, but they had to admit why Bourne was called the richest man on the continent. Their lives were very comfortable, even so, it didn't mean that they were going to give up on their training. However, they had been in this place for a few days and the damage which they received before was quite severe so they needed to rest for a few weeks or so.

However, that wasn't the only reason since they also had heard that Bourne was going to get married and he was going to marry seven women at the same time.

When they heard it for the first time, they were speechless, however, they had to admit that this demon king really had a style and somehow, it felt fun to have such a boss since they learned that their boss treated his subordinates quite well.

Rustyrose and Azuma felt quite good about the situation in Bourne's house and both of them could join with the rest of the team very well, especially Azuma since he wanted to train more and had a spar with a lot of Bourne's team from Gajeel, Erik, Erigor, etc.

Bluenote was the same, however, he was more interested in Bourne's security team since this team was simply an armies. He wanted to lead the team, but he knew that it would be a bit hard to do that since he only recently joined Bourne, so what he needed to do was to act very well and gain Bourne's trust.

Bourne's marriage was about to be held and the three former members of the Grimoire Heart had joined his group very well. It was all good news, however, suddenly he received bad news.

"Bourne!"

Mirajane was crying when she heard what had happened to her siblings and guildmate on Tenrou Island.

"Don't cry first. Let me check what is happening."

Bourne knew that it was impossible for Mirajane to calm down at this moment and he didn't tell her to calm down, but rather to find out what was happening on Tenrou Island and find out the solution to this problem.

Mirajane also understood and quickly wiped her tears since she knew that there might be a chance.

After calming Mirajane, Bourne didn't hesitate to use all of his resources to find out what was happening on Tenrou Island and he quickly received information from both the Magic Council and his intelligence team about what was happening on Tenrou Island.

Bourne and his women, along with Levy and Gajeel, were together, reading the report that they had received.

Not only Mirajane, but all the members of the Fairy Tail were sad, including Levy since the master of Fairy Tail along with a lot of their friends disappeared in this incident.

Levy needed someone to rely on and the one thing that she thought of her mind was of course, Gajeel.

Gajeel also didn't hesitate to bring his girlfriend to his home and also helped her to find out what was happening on Tenrou Island.

Then they found out that Tenrou Island was being eridicated by Acknologia.

Mirajane almost passed out at that moment, but Bourne quickly held her. He had a headache at that moment, he didn't care much about the rest of the members of Fairy Tail, but the problem was that both Elfman and Lisanna were there. Both of them were his siblings-in-law and he cared about them.

Bourne held Mirajane's hand and said, "I know that you're sad at this moment, but don't cry. You're going to affect our children." He then caressed Mirajane's stomach with a pained expression since seeing her this sad also saddened him.

Hearing "baby" words from Bourne, Mirajane knew that if she was sad all the time then it was going to affect her children. She quickly wiped away her tears and asked, "Then what should we do, Bourne?"

"I am sure that they're going to be alright. Trust them," Bourne said.

Mirajane nodded and felt that she was very dependent on Bourne at that moment. Her two siblings had disappeared which meant that she had lost her family. If Bourne wasn't here beside her, then she might not be able to get up at this moment.

"Still, I didn't think that Acknologia was capable of erasing an island without a trace." Ultear read the report calmly and told them about her analysis. "Even though Acknologia is known as "Dragon King", to erase an island without trace isn't something easy to do unless this dragon can drown this Tenrou Island on the sea."

"Drowning, huh?"

Bourne thought for a bit and said, "Mirajane, I will go out to see Tenrou Island."

"Let me go with you!" Mirajane wanted to know the news about her siblings as soon as possible.

"Alright."

Bourne nodded and said, "So who wants to go?"

After Bourne asked that question, everyone went out together, using a ship toward the direction of Tenrou Island.

The sea was quite restless and the people from the Magic Council were patrolling around the sea to check whether they were able to find out the members of the Fairy Tail that had disappeared along Tenrou Island.

It wasn't that the Magic Council was worried about the members of Fairy Tail that had disappeared, but they were more worried about Acknologia since if Acknologia could appear to destroy the Tenrou Island then it was possible for this "Dragon King" to destroy the continent too.

If that really happened then the Magic Council couldn't stay still and needed to find out what was happening, especially both Jellal and Simon who were very desperate at this moment since Erza had disappeared too!

While the Magic Council searched the trace of the Tenrou Island and the members of Fairy Tail that had disappeared, Bourne and his group came, and they were welcomed by the Magic Council since they knew very well that Bourne's magic was related to water and he might be able to find them out.

"Bourne, please..." Mirajane had never parted from Bourne's side at that moment.

"Don't worry, I will find them for sure." Bourne kissed Mirajane's forehead and searched the trace of the Tenrour Island and the members of the Fairy Tail that had disappeared. Then when he used his magic, his expression turned weird.

"Bourne, did you find them?" Jellal quickly asked.

"Yes."

Bourne nodded.

"Really?!"

Everyone felt very happy when they heard Bourne's answer.

"Where? Where are they?" Simon asked.

"Deep into the ocean," Bourne said.

Everyone was startled, but then their expression turned heavy since it meant that the rest members along with the Tenrou Island had drowned into the sea.

"But I feel something weird there and I am going to check it." Bourne held Mirajane's hand and said, "I am not sure what it is, but Mira, you're a member of Fairy Tail so you might find something different there."

"Bourne, please bring me there," Mirajane said without hesitation.

"I am going to bring you there, but please prepare your mind. If... If something really happens, I hope that you won't be drowned in sadness since seeing you sad also makes me sad." Bourne caressed Mirajane's hair and tucked her hair behind her ear.

Mirajane was crying, but she quickly kissed Bourne's lips, thinking that she was really lucky to have him beside her.

Bourne didn't try to tease her by putting his tongue inside, only hugged her tightly on his arms, and to remind her that he was here, beside her, protecting her, and would make her happy from now on and in the future.

Mirajane felt Bourne's feelings and also felt the same at this moment.

As both of them parted their lips, Bourne patted Mirajane's head and asked, "You're ready?"

"Yes."

Mirajane nodded gently.

"Good."

Bourne nodded and looked at everyone, "So who wants to go with us?"
