12 My Teacher Can't Be This Cute

The villagers were waiting for Bourne and Ur to come back anxiously since it had been more than eight hours since they had gone. Waiting was something unbearable, especially when they were waiting for their loved one. Even though they wanted to believe in both Bourne and Ur, their thoughts were filled with pessimistic thoughts.

What if they fail? What if they can defeat those Vulcans? What if they can save their loved one? What if...

'Ugh....'

The girl who talked with Ur and Bourne before prayed for them to come back as soon as possible. Sitting down at the entrance of the village, she waited patiently since she really missed her fiance.

"Over there! They have come back!"

Suddenly there was a noise which attracted everyone, their gaze turned and they saw a group of people who walked toward the village in group. If the one who came to their village was stranger then they might panic since they were afraid their village would be attacked. With a lot of grown up men disappearing, it would be hard to protect their lands, but this time they knew those faces very well.

"Dad!"

"Dear!"

Everyone in the villages ran toward their loved ones. No one blamed their actions since they also felt the same since they were very worried about their father, family, friends, etc. Vulcan victims also happily ran toward their loved ones. Hugging to each other, they felt very happy that they could meet with each other.

Only two figures, one was a woman and other one was a child walking calmly together while looking at the scene in front of them.

"Don't you think this is wonderful, Bourne?"

"That's true."

Bourne nodded then looked at Ur. "But my energy is limited. I'm not God. I can't help all of the people in this continent." It might seem wonderful and it was true, it felt good, but he didn't have a hero complex. He couldn't use all of his time to protect everyone and rather than use his time to do that, it was better for him to spend his time with Ur.

"That's true. Human energy is limited, but even so, let's do it from time to time."

Ur caressed Bourne's head and thought that she wanted to teach him about love. Her love life might not be good since she had been abandoned by her husband, but she wanted to show him different examples such as the scene in front of her.

Everyone was very happy and the head village came toward Ur and Bourne felt grateful for them.

Though, in front of this gratefulness, Bourne wasn't good with it. It might seem like a very wonderful scene, but the villagers hadn't paid him his payment for the quest. He knew that they were happy, but he hoped that he didn't forget to pay him. He might seem cold, but if it was someone else then they might die or be taken over by Vulcans during the quest. So it was normal for him to ask for compensation for his service.

The head village, of course, didn't forget to pay them and even gave them a bonus since he wanted to maintain a good relationship with them. This kind of problem might appear again in the future, and if their village decided to cheat them then their reputation would go into a dirt and they might not even able to ask someone for help when something similar happened in the future. To have the help of such a powerful magician who could bring all of their villagers who were being kidnapped by Vulcans without wound was something amazing to do.

Even though there were a lot of magicians in this world, it didn't mean all of them were very powerful. Only some of them could perform something which couldn't be performed by a normal human, but most of them might only be able to do simple magic such as create a small fire similar to a lighter or generate enough water to water the plants.

It was his first time on a quest, so Bourne was a bit surprised when the head village even gave him a bonus for the quest reward. He felt guilty when he thought about such rude things before, but no one could blame him. It was possible for the employer to cheat him and it was also the reason why he had been alert. Even though his power was very powerful, and he could decimate the entire village easily, he didn't have such a thought on his mind. He was from the modern world and the thought of killing people made him unbearable. But if something happened to his loved one in the future, then he might really need to prepare for it.

Having power isn't scary, what's scary is when someone can't control their power.

Bourne received the money and decided to go back with Ur. She also agreed since she also wanted to go back since she missed her home.

"Please wait!"

Bourne and Ur stopped and they turned before they saw the girl who they had talked before with a muscular man with a scar on his face.

"........"

What made them speechless was the girl seemed to hug the man's arm tightly with a blush.

"Thank you for helping me. Because of you, I can meet my fiancee again." The muscular man bowed his head toward both of them.

"You didn't need to thank us. We only did our job after all."

It was true, Bourne thought that their relationship was only an employee and employer. They paid him and he gave them his service. It was such a relationship, and this man didn't need to thank him too much.

"Even so, we're very grateful. I know that it isn't much, but you can have this softshell turtle."

The man took out a softshell turtle which was placed on the aquarium. He smiled and gave the aquarium to Bourne. "You can cook it in a hot pot and it can increase your stamina at night." He gave both of them a thumbs up before he left with his fiancee.

".........."

Bourne wanted to say something, but that guy had left him. He wanted to say that he was a child so it hadn't worked yet, but it was too late. He looked at the softshell turtle which swam innocently inside the aquarium.

'Is it really delicious?'

Bourne hadn't tried a softshell turtle hot pot and wanted to try it when he had returned later.

Ur was also speechless and also blushed since Bourne was a child. She knew that they had misunderstood their relationship and she was wondering whether they thought of her as a pervert who would lay her hand on a small boy.

"That guy might seem weird, but he really loves his fiancee and his fiance also loves him."

Bourne looked at Ur and somehow he could see her envious expression.

"Ur."

"Hmm?"

"I don't know anything about love, but one thing for sure, it might seem like a very wonderful feeling."

"Bourne..."

Ur seemed surprised by Bourne's words.

"When I'm with you, I feel happy and every day is very fun. When you feel angry or sad, I also feel the same, I want to make you feel better and make you feel happy. If this can be called love then that is my feeling toward you Ur."

"........"

"So if last night my words might upset you then I'm sorry. Truthfully, I don't want you to remary someone else. I know that I'm selfish, but I want you to remain single so..."

Bourne thought that fuck age difference, his mind was older and this woman was just right for him. If there was a magic which was able to make him older then he might bring this woman to government to register their marriage.

Biting her lips, Ur's eyes were red and she wiped her eyes quickly. "Ugh.. the wind is so strong. There is some dirt that enters my eyes." She hoped that this could fool him, but she felt happy when she heard his feelings. She tried to calm her emotions and looked at him with a smile.

"You're still six years old. Your feeling might change in the future, but if it isn't then let me hear it again when you've become an adult."

Ur knew that Bourne had a lot of future in front of him and she didn't want to bound him, but even so, she had a little, tiny hope within her heart hoping his feeling would remain the same.

"........"

Bourne blinked his eyes and asked, "So when can you consider me as an adult?"

"Well, I'm not sure. Let's talk about that in 10 later."

Ur seemed quite coquettish and held his hand.

"......."

Bourne was wondering how his teacher could be this cute?
