The man got down from the bed as he placed his face in his palm.
His eyes darted to the digital clock placed on the small table beside his bed.
5:25am.
He stood up and walked to his wardrobe and opened it revealing enormous amounts of clothes. Different kinds of suits were hung as the man bent down and pick black slacks.
He walked out of his room down the hallway and grabbed a bottle of water and he opened a door revealing a gym.
Dropping the bottle of water, he started exercising;not stopping for a minute.
Suddenly, loud sirens were heard in the own compound. A frown greased the man georgous face as he stopped exercising.
Someone had broken in.
Footsteps were heard as everybody in the house was awoken by force. He grabbed the bottle of water and drained it before strolling out of the door.
He walked towards a wall and turned the cup placed on a smaller table beside it.
The wall opened up and the man strolled inside, the wall closing soundlessly behind him.
He walked towards the different computers arranged and sat down before his long, lean fingers started running over the keyboard.
He froze as his eyes scanned the CCTV cameras, the person who had broken in was in the underground basement.
He picked the walkie-talkie beside him to call someone but stopped as soon as he noticed the figure was injuried.
His brows fussed together as he stood up and left the room.
A man clad in black walked up to him panting "We haven't found him sir" he said fear in his voice.
"Continue searching" the man replied expressionless as he walked towards the basement.
He strode inside the basement, his eyes scanning the area before walking towards a car.
He bent down and a knife was thrust to his face immediately. He appeared unfazed as he stared at the knife.
The person holding the knife trembled, not from fear but she was loosing so much blood.
The figure was clad in black overalls and a black face cap. He couldn't see the face.
The hand trembled as it fell to the ground, the person taking sharp intakes.
The man reached for the face cap and removed it.
A pile of silky black hair fell immediately making the man furrow his eyebrows the more. An oval face came into the view.
It was a lady, her face had paled from the loss of blood.
She raised her eyes to meet the man's eyes as she continued taking in sharp intakes.
The man pinched in between his eyebrows before swooping up the lady.
He frowned the more when he noticed, she barely weighed nothing. She smelt of old books mixed with acacia.
He walked towards another wall as pressed a brick opening up the wall.
He walked unhurriedly through the passageway as the girl continued to stare at him, uncertainty in her eyes.
The man opened a door and he back in his room.
He placed the girl on the bed before walking to his bathroom to carry a basin of water.
He didn't change his expression as he tried to stop her bleeding.
The girl happened to be caught in a trance as she stared at the man's long fingers as they expertly tried to stop the bleeding.
He soon brought out a first aid box and his eyes seemed to waver when even after pouring almost a bottle of spirit on the wound, the girl's expression didn't falter.
The man reached for his phone and dialed a number.
"Bro....." A voice started from the other end.
"Get Min Gongze here in the next five minutes, you should bring him personally" the man interrupted.
"Why do you need a doctor early in the morning? Someone..... " the latter tried to continue talking only to hear a beep to show the other party had ended the call.
The other man chuckled as if used to the man's character and hurriedly called Min Gongze.
"Ah Ze, come to the mansion right now, my brother said he gives you five minutes else he's closing down your hospital"
"Huh? What!? " Min Gongze yelled from the other line. "So early in the morning, is he crazy?" He continued.
"You can say that after he closes down your company" the other man replied laughing as he hung up and dropped his phone.
