Paisley POV

Aurora just finished her bath so she laid in my arm resting rendering me unable to do any useful task.

I was pacing around trying to get Aurora to sleep while mom was cleaning when I heard the door bell.

I kept on staying in the house Blake bought when we discovered we will be having a little us soon.

Blake and I had moved barely two weeks before his accident.

I wondered who would be at the door as I went to open it.

Surprised?

Not really

I have been expecting him since Mom Mory told me he knew about us. About our marriage

He looked just the same, although the expression in his eyes were back to the same one he had when we had first met.

He looked at me as though I was a stranger

"Hi" I muttered trying to swallow my tears.

"Hi, can I come in" it was then I realised I have been keeping him outside, so I stepped away from the door ushering him in

"Yes, please come in" it  broke my heart that he had to ask for permission before coming into his home
