8 Blake's POV

She looks so beautiful even in her dumbfounded state. Who knew she could be this reserved after lashing out on me. She is wearing a short skirt which settled above her knees with a pitch shirt. Her curves are just the best thing I'm going to see today. Just like work of art. I want to touch every inch of her body but I know she isn't going to be an easy catch. But I really need to get into her pants real fast so as to forget about her before I lose my mind.

''Have your seat and stop staring at me like you want to kill me'' I said with mockery in my tone. ''okay s ssir'' did she just stutter. My Clara just stutter. The lady who scolded me like i was a kid is now acting like a kid caught stealing meat.

'' I heard you are the newest employee of the technical department. Do you love it here'' I asked while looking into her face. God! she is gorgeous. She is biting her lower lip and that alone is making me go crazy. I just want to take her over my table and show her who she belongs to. Wait there Blake she does not belong to you. If she doesn't belong to me, then I have to make her mine.

'' I love it here sir. Its so nice and serene. And I have a office to myself. Isn't that great.'' she said with a sparkle in her eyes. Maybe she is finally starting to warm up with me. ''Sir, I know you called me here for something else and I know it's not work related. I know I have called you names and to be honest I have no regrets. But please don't sack me because of personal things that happened between us. I need this job and I would not like to lose it now. Just forget all what happened over the weekend. I'm so sorry.'' she said all this within seconds. She really needs this job and she doesn't regret saying those stuffs to me. She has the nerves to say that to my face. But it only makes her more attractive. Pull yourself together dummy. She is your worker.

'' You really love to go straight to the point love. No foreplay?'' I said with a stretch on foreplay and her eyes widen. She is blushing so hard and is about to turn to tomato. I already love teasing her. She is so cute right now.

'' Dirty minded huh? I meant you love to go straight to the point and its good. Because I called you here for two things. The stress part and the police part. I'm taking you to my doctor today. He needs to dress the wound himself. And I'm taking you to the police.'' I deliberately mentioned police without saying why. She is so easy to tease. She looks scared but she masked her emotions and raised her chin up while folding her arms across her chest. This made my eyes have access to her cleavage. She is going to be the end of

'' I'm not following you to the hospital. And why are you taking me to the police sir. I didn't do anything wrong and the last time I checked I stole nothing from you.'' I love her energy. She looks like so ready to defend herself. She is nothing like those girls I slept with. She is stubborn and kind of childish.

'' I'm taking you there for your safety. We have to report your attacker. You were attacked and and you didn't think of reporting. What were you thinking. That person is still out there. Who knows what he is going to do next. And quit being stubborn, I'm taking you to the doctor in the next 4 hours.'' I said calmly. She is the stubborn type and acting stubborn with her is going to be stressful. ''Ok I'm following you to the hospital but not the police.'' she seems keen on not going to the police. '' Ok, but if anything happens again, you are going to report to the police and you will come live with me till we find a solution to the problem,'' her eyes widen immediately ''don't even think of arguing with me. Now get back to work babe''. I called her babe and I called her love the other time. These words just keep rolling off my tongue before j could take them back. '' Ok sir.'' she said briefly and stood up to leave. She placed her hand on the door and when I heard a click I knew she was about to get out of the room .'' Clara, can you stop calling me sir. Call me Blake. Just Blake please.'' I said cutely while she only nodded her head and leave. Her ass is something else. And the cleavage I saw the other time is still giving me a boner. I need to get her out of my system or I won't be able to get any work done.

Clara's POV

What's wrong with him. He is acting all fatherly, lovely and possessive. He even called me babe and love. He is not even my lover. I went back to my department and gave Nana a small smile. She returned the smile and told me that a package was delivered earlier. '' Ok thanks, did the person give you a name'' I asked. ''Nope''. Oops no name. I thanked her and I went inside my office. The package looks like something I have been receiving lately and I don't need to open it to know who brought it. My Secret Admirer again. I packed it and dumped it somewhere . And I started working. I really love working here but Blake keeps popping up in my mind. The guy is so cute in a manly way and I couldn't help but imagine kissing him in his office to shut him up. I wouldn't give into temptation. Losing my virginity to that guy means a lot to me but to him, I'm so sure he would not care.

When it was time for lunch I met Nana and a coworker who introduced himself as Matt. And we all ate together. Matt is a cool guy. Tall and average looking guy. He is funny and cracks me up but I kept comparing him to Blake. He asked for my contact and I gave it to him. He looks like he had interest in me until I discovered he is a gay. Well, good for me. I have always wanted to know what it feels like to have a gay friend. Little wonder he was funny and keeps making expressions in a girly manner. He is cute and funny. A good thing for his boyfriend. As soon as the lunch break was over, we went back to our daily activities.

I have been working for hours and I have been meeting fee colleagues for help. I felt loved here. Except by some people who give me the sadist look. I really don't care, as long as I do the job I love and get paid. I was working on my desktop when a familiar figure entered my office.

'' Don't you knock'' I asked Blake with stress written all over my face.

He stretched his hand to me and I placed mine in his. He drew me to his body and if anyone entered at this moment they would think we are about to kiss.

''I told you not to stress yourself. We are going to see the doctor and from there you are going back to your apartment to rest'' he said sternly.

'' You don't have to give me a special treatment. I'm just like every worker here and going home now isn't a good thing for me. Today is my first day here'', I said with unease. He was still holding me. ''Don't argue with me babe. You will go home to rest'' he replied with a calm voice. ''Stop calling me babe, I'm not your babe'' I love hearing him calling me babe though. But I'm too stubborn to accept. ''Ok babe'' he said and I bit my lower lip. He freed me from the intimate position I packed my belongings and we left for the doctor.

Hospitals are not my best place but I really have no option. And this hospital looks and smell nice. I'm sure rich people use this hospital. We met the receptionist and she directed us to the doctor's office.

''Good day Doctor. '' Blake and i greeted the man with smiles on our faces which he reciprocated. '' This is the lady you treated in my place the other time and I had to drag her along to get her wound clean. She is a stubborn little thing'' he just said that in my presence.

'' Stubborn and cute right?''the doctor said with a smile. '' Can you both stop talking about me like I am not here'' I said while raising a brow. '' My bad, I'm so sorry mia corazon'' he is teasing me again. ''Come here little lady,lemme attend to you.'' the doctor took me to a room where he treated the wound. It hurts a lot but crying is not on my agenda. After thanking the doctor, we both left and he took me to my place.

''How did you know my apartment'' I asked with surprise

''I'm Douglas Blake'' he replied cockily. I bit my lower lip whole shaking my head at him. He is proud arrogant and cocky.

'' The next time you bite your lips I wouldn't hesitate to kiss you out of your senses. Goodnight love.'' He said with a groan. I look flustered and I left his car immediately I said my goodnight.

I entered my apartment with a smile on my face but the smile vanishes. The whole house looks like a dumping site. Everywhere and everything has been turned upside down. It looks like the attacker came in. I screamed and I felt someone's presence. Blake,oh thank God. I hugged him tight like I was never going to let go. He took me to his car and kept his arms around me.

After trying to calm down for five minutes I eventually stopped shaking and dialled Tiffany's number. ''Hey Tiffany,don't come home tonight''. I explained everything to her .'' Ok Clara Bunny, stay safe please. And tomorrow morning you have to report this. I would have gone with you but I'm not in town. I love you so much. Take care.'' She said and hung up.

'' You don't need go inside to get any thing. You look so scared right now and going there isn't going to help anything. I'm going to make everything available for you. Seems you are stuck with me babe'' he said with care and a smirk. ''I really don't care who I'm stuck with right now. So just drive me out of this place'' I said with anger burning in me and he covered my hand with his hand while he drove us to his penthouse.
